First tumblr post, and it's Curse Birds! I'll post some Manta stuff later on. I should post Curse Birds content too later on, in case I get any new followers on here in the future. I like how you can do so much with ordering the images! A little clunky with a mouse but its cool, especially just coming from having to choose only four of these to post to Twit. Viewing the feed on the phone as well, it feels a lot more image/media centric. I will have to see whether I will try and keep up posting the same thing over all socials, or if I will use them slightly differently. I can see this site being used more like a blog, where people follow for quicker and more detailed updates. We'll see. Long live the tumbler

Brisbane - Day 1

Soo, soo viele Eindrücke auf einmal, man weiß nicht wo man anfangen soll

.. aber vllt einfach beim Aufstehen. Nach etwas Snoozen kamen die meisten dann doch besser aus dem Bett als gedacht. Dennis und Lea haben motiviert die Beschaffung von Frühstück und SIM-Karten gemeistert. Nach der ersten Busfahrt war dann auch dem letzten von uns klar, wie krass freundlich die Australier sind. Die Menschen am Ticketschalter waren super hilfsbereit und ihr glaubt es nicht aber hier bedankt sich JEDER beim Busfahrer!

Auch Brisbane ist eine total schöne, saubere Stadt mit einem überraschend gelungenen Mix aus tollen Altbauten und modernen Glaswolkenkratzern. An jeder Ecke findet man Kunst, schattige Sitzmöglichkeiten für Jedermann, Wasserspender oder andere Kleinigkeiten, die der Stadt einen so angenehmen und freundlichen Touch verleihen. Fähren statt Bussen, Binchicken (riesiger, weißer Vogel!) statt Tauben, Strelizien und Calathea statt Buchsbaum.

Das Highlight des Tages "Southbank", ein freier Pool mit Strand mitten in der Stadt am Fluss.

One of the many animal species that reside on the African continent and also in Australia is the Ibis (sister species to the African Sacred Ibis) In Australia they have been dubbed Bin chickens, this is due to the fact that they forage through trash cans looking for food , loitering in McDonalds car parks in pseudo ‘hungry teenage gangs’ waiting for leftover Big Macs.Due in large part because of drought and also the relentless urban sprawl which has destroyed many of their habitats and turned them into environmental refugees. Most view these beautiful creatures as pests...
