Toujours dans le cadre d’une étude / état de l’art pour un projet de site de production avec considération environnementale, mes recherches me mènent vers l’exemple de cette cave, la cave-oeuf, conçue par l’architecte Marine Jacques-Leflaive - Atelier Zéro Carbone Architectes.

Je suis impressionnée par la résolution technique, écologique et esthétique de ce projet et la démonstration d’une solution incluant le contexte géologique (construction en sous-sol difficile, due à la nappe phréatique peu profonde) et l’ambition écologique (température de maturation sans climatisation, matériaux biosourcés, combinaison de savoir-faire traditionnels et d’ingénierie spécifique au projet, par exemple la préfabrication pour optimiser la production de certaines pièces)
