The most common theories were that the Songbird was the watchful protector of Columbia, keeping the city safe from possible invaders. My notion was the Songbird was created from a version of Booker who never became Comstock and who never sold Elizabeth. When the young ones misbehave, escorts children to their grave."

Bioshock Infinite: Songbird

   Songbird was created to keep Elizabeth locked up in her tower.  But who is Songbird? I ask this because a Voxophone from Jeremiah Fink says that Songbird is “half-machine half-man” and also when Songbird first met Elizabeth, his oxygen tube came out meaning whoever is in there needs oxygen, ie a human. 

  So is Songbird just a random person stuck in there? I’ve seen theories that it could be an alternate Booker but that doesn’t fully make sense since for every Comstock there’s a Booker, and with one missing Booker there’s a Comstock that didn’t die in Columbia.

I dunno, I just think about this sometimes. If some unfortunate person got stuck and experimented on to become Songbird, or if it was someone who volunteered to protect the Lamb of Columbia. 

 I guess we’ll never know.

Some quick sketch's i did of Songbird with little Elizabeth from Bioshock Infinite. (I am so proud of his hands, I can't believe they came out actually nice!)

I love Songbird, i wish i new a bit more about the big'ol fella. 

Like, is their an actual person in that suite? or all machine? If they're is a person in their, how? Because this big bird is HUGE. 

The bottom one is Elizabeth asking Songbird to take her out to see the world. But being controlled by someone else can hinder that promise, hurting Elizabeth.

I may go back and clean them up a bit more and maybe (stressing on that) color one of them.

YES HAVE SOME CHRISTMAS SONGBIRD.

This was supposed to be a birthday gift for a friend, but somewhere along the line I lost the original file, had to start over, and fast forward a week later and it's finally done. But then it's also Christmas. So then I added some stuff.

Happy belated birthday, PKL, and Merry Christmas! :D

(I understand that Songbird's eyes should be green in this current situation but I'm simply too lazy to change it right now.)
