Some surfaces have stories layered over stories...this happens to be one, a canvas board painted over probably 3-5 times. That mentioned, they make some of the best surfaces with that transparency thing dancing memories and marks. And with this here it's just something about the newest marks with that slight exaggeration I once favored on everything - damn, it had me put the brushes down. Let her breathe, bold yet subtle with beauty... Last one for this until completion. I like where the left(newer) piece is going. I may change background and make lines more angular. I played it organic and curvy due to the nature of the curves in face.
