Change of cosplay plans for Out Con in May! I've decided to do Megurine Luka's "Blackjack" outfit from Project Diva F2. For those who don't know, she is from Vocaloid, which is a singing synthesized software that has grown in popularity thanks to Hatsune Miku and also from Sega's music video games series "Project Diva".
