When we say equality and EQUITY, this is what we are talking about... From the smallest - treat Black people like you treat White people when you pull them over in the streets, to the biggest - treat Black people like you treat White people in the justice system and all other systems. ======= You don't have to sprawl Black people on the dirty streets when you pull them over. And you certainly don't have to shoot them in the back, or shoot to kill them - unprovoked and unjustly. You can be civil when you approach Black people. You don't have to treat us like hardened criminals. You can actually treat us like the humans we are. ======= Now the children, families, and Black community are traumatized and you want to fix the effect. When will America fix its racist problem (the cause) when it knows it can? WHEN??? ======= Tired of witnessing Black trauma! ======= That is why we - Black people - must do some things differently.
