Bahkan saat ia tumbuh kuat bersama daun-daunnya yang "memperindahnya", masih sering diterpa oleh "angin kencang"; yang mungkin saja menjatuhkannya jika ia tidak cukup kuat untuk bertahan. Hingga mungkin saat ia jatuh, dengan mungkin banyak "korban" yang "luka" karenanya, ia masih diberi kesempatan untuk bertumbuh kembali jika "akarnya" masih bertahan. . . . Proses pertumbuhan dan perkembangan individu kurang lebih serupa. Banyak proses yang harus terjadi; juga "luka", baik diri sendiri maupun individu lain yang ikut terlibat, tentu juga ada saat ia "berbunga" dan "berdaun" lebat, serta ia perlu melalui masa yang terbilang "relatif" panjang. Tidak fase yang terbilang stagnan dalam prosesnya; karena "perkembangan" akan terus terjadi sampai "akarnya" berakhir. . . .
