Hey guys! How's it going?🙂. . It's whisky Wednesday, but it's also world cocktail day! So I tried to cover both today with a tasty rye whiskey cocktail 😉. . So this is called a Blinker. This is a Prohibition-era spicy three-ingredient cocktail consisting of rye whiskey, pink grapefruit juice, and raspberry syrup. According to Tuxedo No. 2, the blinker "resides in the same neighborhood as offbeat classics like the Japanese, Seelbach, and between the sheets: recipes that don't really make sense on paper". . Here is the recipe: . 60ml rye whiskey 30ml grapefruit juice 7.5ml raspberry syrup . Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake with ice then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. .
