My restaurant turns six this year if you don’t know operating any business for six years is huge. That being said as I reflect nothing can really prepare you emotionally, physically, and mentally, when you decide to become a entrepreneur. There are a lot emotions and feelings that you feel when you take that leap. If you don’t know some of them are loneliness, accomplished, proud, nervous, scared, happy, worried, stressed. But what I noticed that remained constant was my passion for hospitality and cooking because no matter how hard the road gets and trust me the road will get hard. My passion for this thing called hospitality keeps me in line and of course the love and support of my partner @babygirlrn who really encourages me and reminds me of what we have built together and what I have done helps me to stay the course!!
