Happy Transformation Tuesday evening! 3 years ago today I was supposed to have a total knee replacement in my 10 operated knee, and today I put 3 plates on each side of the leg press! YAYYYY, thank you @organicelltm amniotic stem cells that has regenerated my knee and still good today! Thank you also to all my TLC warmup activation exercises I do several times a week to keep my hips, hammys and booty strong to keep this magic knee happy!
