(#WDSU) According to #NOPD, U.S. Marshals from the #NewOrleans and #Houston offices arrested #JabrilCowart, 20, who is being accused of killing Montrell outside of a #Rouses on Baronne Street. Cowart was arrested in Houston but will be extradited to New Orleans to face a second-degree murder charge.
