During fascia yoga sessions, we are taught the importance of breathing properly, and preparing the mind to allow the release of tensions through mindful stretches. The beauty of breathing movements, and meditation as a whole, is that it can be done anywhere. You don't require any equipment, specific physical condition or prior yoga experience. Fascia Yoga is a meditative practice combining breathing exercises and micro-stretching, to improve holistic relaxation, encourage positive thought processes and reduce symptoms of anxiety.
