So...yes and no. Absolutely agree it's not nurses. However, there's absolutely projects and lab reports and papers for STEM, just....yeah not for your average medical practitioner.
The people doing the crazy bad stuff are your researchers and engineers and lots of computer science/software people. So your nurse will know what they're doing but they're forced to follow some stupid protocol based off a PhD's generated paper using bad tools and devices made by engineers who thought generating designs or code was a good idea...
