Happy New Year everyone! And happy new pattern! (Well, I'm happy to be publishing it anyway! 😄) The Burren Beanie is now ready to go - it's available from Etsy, Ravelry, LoveCrafts, Makerist and my own website. The sample is knit in a soft new merino Aran by @sionnachyarns , who is based in the Burren. (The Burren is a beautiful area in Ireland, famous for its landscape and natural beauty.) I had such help from my great testknitters with this one: @silvercharmster helped improve the crown decrease section, and @needle_addicted translated the pattern into German for me! So it is now available in two languages, which I am delighted about. The hat is knit in the round, with a repeating 8-stitch and 8-row pattern, and only needs 1 x 100g skein of Aran yarn.
