Okay, besties. I'm debating trying to make a Peberry Tie again. My mom says she thinks it sounds Absolutely Disgusting, but I think it might taste good (if I can actually make it correctly this time lol) so I would like to get more feedback. I was thinking a shortbread crust, custard-like vanilla pastry cream, and a fair amount of uncooked pecans just mixed into the cream. I prefer uncooked pecans over toasted pecans since they're a bit softer. Basically it's just a strawberry tart with pecans instead of strawberries.
