it‘s not necessarily warranted bc my track record with people younger than me is actually like… great but. we have two new 18yos at the office and they genuinely make me anxious bc teenagers scare me
#theyre absolutely fine but like#idk how to describe this anxiety bc its so DUMB#but theyre both very skinny and always wear makeup and put themselves together every day#which are all things i dont care to do and am fine without#but also i knooooow those girls from being a teen and uh#yeaaaaah they were not great#but yeah im definitely in no way their peer and i know they must be nervous its their first job etc so i will#do my very best to make them feel welcome and good abt working there and at ease#but also like 17yo me still lives inside me and she is being v weird#good thing she hasnt been in charge of the n 13 years lmao#like god i always sound insane and i swear im not#oart if why my track record is good is that i very much am 30 and good with that#but also teens are judgmental#most people kinda calm down as life goes on bc they realise that everyone goes thru shit#and like have themselves been pieces of shit tbhhh#but teens just fuckin judge u on sight lmao#personal#life
