had a headache and used this as an excuse to escape to a dark room before family even arrived today. immediately had an anxiety attack and now i do not wish to leave this room ever again but it's dinner in half an hour and there are seven other people in this house 🙃

#i am just so tired and strung out and today involved a lot of hanging around waiting for people #which i find extremely anxiety inducing in general #and now my most stressful family members are here #by which i mean my cousin. she is the most stressful family member #even when things are going well the tone of her voice is tiring on a sensory level #and things do not always go well #basically my cousin is neurodivergent in a way that wildly clashes with my neurodivergence #but bc we're usually the hosts her needs always get prioritised #and sometimes this has not ended well #sighhhh #personal
