I’m new to the fandom and a Larry! I went on a deep dive after seeing some reels of Louis and Harry when they were mere babes on X Factor. I started with the ID diaries, then on to some of their old interviews with the rest of the group and then seemed like I went down a rabbit hole. They were so cute and playful, until management tried to control and silence them. They we so smitten with each other. I was sick to my stomach the way they were all treated and I’m quite positive they all have emotional damage from that experience. They were so young and vulnerable; their poor faces when they were asked personal questions about dating, their sexual preference and experience to closeting L & H. I believe label/management made L & H perform dating stunts to try and conceal their relationship and try to maintain the image of H being a womanizer. I believe L & H are together now after some hard times and I believe they broke up at some point between 2015-2016 and maybe reconciled in 2017. My timeline is probably incorrect. There are so many small hints with H’s tour that they are together. I’m sure you have been asked this a million times, what are your thoughts of Louis fathering Freddie? By the way, he is the most adorable little boy! He looks so much like Louis! I thought L & H were both gay. At one point, I thought maybe they used a surrogate, because some of the photos of Briana’s were kind of suspicious when she was supposed to be pregnant. It was rumored that she was using one of her cousins’ photos where they were mostly body shots and her face was concealed by hats or turning of the head. But, that timeframe was when they were possibly broken up. Also, I’m not sure why they don’t come out unless their new contacts will not allow them to do so. Why are they still doing to PR girlfriends? Elenor must have a pretty significant paycheck and contract as well. I envision L & H in 20 years doing a documentary about their experience in 1D and exposing the music industry and it’s horrible treatment of young vulnerable kids. Thoughts?

as to why they won't come out now, we can't know. we'll hopefully know someday. just know it was definitely not their choice to begin with and that it's more complicated than "why don't they just come out"

as for why the pr gfs are still around: they're still closeted, and they'll always be connected to each other. if one of them now appears single/not straight the gossip will start immediately about their past and all the implications there. which, first and foremost, would fuck with their privacy. and they also need a beards so their love-filled albums make sense. camille was the beard to twist the love story on fine line into a bittersweet breakup and neatly hide away all the identity exploration bc everyone is paying attention to the (imaginary) heartbreak anyway. that's why we have holivia now - hs3 needs that cover, too. who else is harry writing all these love songs about? not to mention that the relationship drama and omg he wrote the album for her is pr gold and makes that shit sell way more than aw he found himself

a final thought is that i hope simon cowell dies a horrible death and his empire is burnt to the ground so thoroughly nothing can ever grow there again <3
