I know we all hate JKR, and that H*rry P*tter is bigoted, whatever whatever, but why isn’t there a single cool character in those gigantic seven books. They’re all so awkward and for what? I know they’re br*tish so their coolness taps out before the normal standard, but my god, they’re all so whiny and pale and uncomfortable all the time, like they’re trying to hold a fart at all times. ALL of them.

#like #The Hunger Games has Finnick and Cinna #most PJO characters ARE cool #perhaps it’s dishonest of me to compare some of the best YA series of all time to that garbage #but i saw a clip of Cedric telling Harry to take a bath with the egg #which uh #out of context just sounds fucking insane but that’s not the point #and he looked so awkward #in what was supposed to be a friendly moment #you have the most attractive white dude of the millennia with rosy cheeks and perfect hair #and you manage to make him uncool #how does that happen?
