feeling hungry between 5pm and 5am feels so delicious but i feel like I'm dying if I'm hungry between 5am and 5pm T-T
#idk if this makes any sense#but i interned at a wellness center for a while and they were a bit kooky there#ayway they told me we must all intermittent fast at night times so no eating for like 12-13 hours and this is obvi easiest when ur asleep#so i got in a habit of eating dinner at 5pm and eating breakfast at 6am#so i still do that and im fine w it i fought the cravings n stuff (it was sososo hard the first few months i struggled but my internship la#y was so adamant)#but now in the day time i am constantly hungry its so annoying !!! i just wanna eat i love food#but it also depends bc sometiems i just wont eat breakfast till 10/11 am and I'm fine#but teh Moment food is in my mouth !!!! starving#SOSOS hungry#also generally tho food is my holy grail i love it sm#my lunch n dinner is always amazing food i refuse to eat like a peasant#breakfast is my silly billy food time ill have cereal and wtvr#but i think the internship lady was onto smth bc my body feels so yum in the mornings now#no bloating nothing ready to get at it#kal rambles
