Im not surprised at the irl merch bullshit. Back in 2017/18 (i dont remember) i ordered the dan skeleton shirt and after two months i sent them an email asking where it was, and they responded that they were out of my size and could send me a size bigger or refund it?? Theyve always been like this
skeleton t-shirt was already in 2019. i remember that drop. and yeah, as someone said on twitter, irl merch was always bad with inventory. maybe just not to this extent that they had to massively cancel orders. also, people rarely share their problems with irl online for some reason. now with jackets it was a huge shake for everyone. but there were problems with calendars, catboy sweaters, previously with candles arriving broken and etc. 99% of these problems are easily solvable. but irl merch sometimes doesn't respond for weeks, and that is a huge problem of their customer service. replacements are being send as much as i know? but we as customers have to do some work to get there, the thing that we shouldn't do ideally. and twitter realised it now as well.
