girl help, selling your house and being a college student is not easy. ALSO having ocd while having people you don’t know (who you can’t even see), go into your room and walk around and touch shit, this is actually awful

#i’m being dramatic but UGHH #i haven’t gone to therapy in so long and someone presumably touched my chalk wall which meant there was random shit ALL OVER the bathroom #walls #door #and toilet #and now even though it’s been lysoled i don’t want to touch it #even though it was chalk from my chalk wall most likely #which i also don’t want random people to touch #like urghhh #and now my room doesn’t feel like my room and now it’s like i can feel all the germs from other people LMAO #idk if this makes sense #but it’s awful ajd usually i’m not like this bad about germs and my ocd is usually something else #but like maybe it’s because im so overwhelmed #i want this to be over so badly #like i guess logically my room is my safety bubble and i don’t have control of who/what/when goes in there #and it’s so nerve wracking #and i cant get a break from college #because i have to go home and hardcore clean and then wake up super early every single day for random people to go inside #ITS SO DAIKDJS #like it’s not that bad but it feels that bad like everything is just way too much lately #and ik im overreacting i just don’t know how to stop it lol #but i just feel dirty and to show i have to go into the room that’s currently giving me a panic attack lmao #it’s like i have no safe place to go anymore yknow #meg’s incoherent thoughts #tw vent #tw ocd
