Tired. Just a vent. 7-7-24

All I can say is the way he constantly talks to me when we argue should've been a clear sign to stay away for good. I was ready to heal, it had been 2 months down and no contact, from being together for 11years and going through our bs, this was the longest we had not contact each other. And today, he had reminded me of the reason why I didn't want to contact him at all, I should not have answered his call, I should've had him blocked, but my dumbass always had this hope that he is still the same Chris I met in the beginning of our relationship. All he had to do was say the words I wanted to hear, "I miss you, I still love you etc." and with that, I found myself talking to him again, ready to try and start again for the millionth time.

This day was supposed to be a good day, we were leaving his moms place to get breakfast, he said "Who got breakfast this time, me or you?", I felt bad because he got food the last times, but I knew where I was at money wise, I recently quit my job and my new job dont start til August, I knew id have to work more uber eats and instacart delivery today just to make enough for my upcoming bills, if I was working it would be a different story and for sure I'd get us food, I always offer when I have money, but this time I suggested him and said "I think your richer than me right now", he agreed to get breakfast but said something along the lines of "how, when i been buying the food" to which I replied, "its because I got $600 monthly credit card bills on top that my other bills", we got in his car and he said "idk why you never listen to me" and suggested again that I file for bankruptcy, but I told him I already looked into it and decided to not take that route for reasons like: my car will get taken away, my credit will be bad for a couple years, itll be hard for me to get an apartment for a couple years etc., he said he can sell his car to me, and that the years will pass and its better to settle my debts, but I told him again that I already decided, and I dont want his car, I cant even drive stick, he called me picky, and kept insisting and giving me reasons as to why I should file bankruptcy.

I asked if we can just not talk about it anymore, he told me "im not the one who brought it up", I replied and said "you did actually" and he said "no, your gaslighting me right now", and I said "nope, you are the one who brought it up and is the one actually doing the gaslighting, I did mention my $600 monthly debt and you brought up the bankruptcy suggestion", he said im not making sense and was getting frustrated and I continued to try to make it make sense for him to understand it but he told me to "shut the fuck up already", and now at this point we are both mad at each other driving towards Mcdonalds, I told him to at least acknowledge it then ill be done with it bec its not right he tell me im gaslighting him when its actually reversed.

He kept saying that I should just shut the fuck up already and told me that im annoying, we were already at Mcdonalds drive thru at this point and I was so irritated at how he is speaking to me and told him i dont want anything anymore, & ofc I wasnt about to listen to his "STFUs", I made it clear that he should not tell me to stfu and that if he does im not listening and that I could speak when I want and that he needs to acknowledge that he called me a gaslighter when he was the one gaslighting me, he replied and told me that im too much, and im annoying and a bitch and that I really should just stfu, and I responded saying the same thing again, that no, thats not gonna work on me, im not going to shut up, he got his food and we drove out of mcdonalds.

I told him im done, were done and im not gonna take the disrespect again, he replied sarcastically "OooOohhh OoooOOkaAAaayy" as if to say im bluffing or that im just saying it and will still stick around (which I dont blame him for thinking this way bec its true, im always still around whenever he calls after our bs, my dumbass always has false hope), in response I said "im am done, fck this already, im just gonna go fuck someone else", I know it was wrong of me to say, but at the moment of anger and wanting him to see that I am serious, thats what came out my mouth, he called me a hoe and told me to go spread my legs and be a hoe, I told him that its actually him that is the real hoe when it comes to the opposite sex, I just say im gonna do things but he does the real action, brining up that everytime we break up he seeks validation of other women so quickly, finding out recently how quickly he downloaded Tinder again and even subscribed again and paid for the "tinder gold package", he said he never fucked anyone, but I told him that im not dumb and regardless if you didnt, thats what tinder is for, setting up a plan to eventually do it, I havent fucked anyone other than my ex at Saipan & in Hawaii so far its just him even after all our issues, and for him to call me a hoe when he does all this so quickly everytime we are apart pissed me off, so I told him "its you who is worse and is actually a hoe" , he responded "men cant be hoes, only women, were just hoe-makers", I was just mindblown at this point that this is really his mindset and I should've already known, he is an adrew tate fan, im stupid to think that 2 months is really gonna change a person, I expressed how fucked up that is to say and he continued to tell me to stfu and that all this started bec im broke and telling me to go home already.

We parked by my car at his moms house, I got out his car and told him he shouldn't be talking to me like that, went in my car, and started to drive away, as I passed by Mcdonalds I realized I left my weed with him, I felt so stressed and needed to burn, I turned around and called him, he answered with a "WHAT", I told him im going back to grab my weed from him, he told me "well good luck getting it back" and that i should ask a new guy to get me weed, I told him I just want it back, im stressed and it is mines from my uncle, he said "good luck im not home anymore" but as I turn in his street he was just leaving so I drove in front of his car to block him, but he went around me and drove off, we were still on the phone at this point and I said "wow, really" and he said yeah wow, and started to continue to say alot of toxic things so I hung up on him and just turned around and followed him tailing behind him, he wasnt stopping so I honked couple of times and saw he was blinking into the gas station, so I did the same and thought "finally, hes just going to give me my weed back", but boy was I wrong, what did I really expect, this is Chris.

He got out his car and proceeded to the gas pump, I got out as well, walked up to him and asked him if I can get my weed back, he said no and continued to ignore eye contact while inputting his card in the gas pump, so I checked his doors but they were locked, I kept asking him if he can just give it back and he kept saying no, I told him id leave him alone if he just gives it back, still he said no, out of frustration I became louder, asking the same question if he can just give me back my stuff, a guy in a moped came by us and asked if all was ok, Chris said yeah, and the guy said something along the lines of "u sure, i been hearing alot about girls asking for their things back" and Chris said "why your gonna do something about it?" and they guy was about to step off his moped and Chris put his phone down, but I stepped in between them and told Chris to just give me my stuff, he ignored me and still and told the guy something along the lines of that he grew up in nalo, oluolu st., as if to represent or as if that will be him appear tough, anyways at this point he went to sit in his car and I didnt see where the other guy went, but I stood by his door asking the same thing, and he told me no still, and said "you see what your causing", he drove off with his door still open bec I was standing by it and told me he going home and drove off, so i drove off as well to go to his place, but ofc he wasnt even home.

I parked on his street, thinking if i should just wait there or just go home already, he then texts me that im "fucking crazy" and that he "cannot believe I did all that for a nug" and that im "a fucking trip & acting like a kid", he proceeded to say he didnt give it back bec he didnt want me to leave (even tho he verbally said "go home") and that he just wanted to talk like adults (even tho how he was speaking to me was not how adults speak to each other), I responded and told him all he is saying is literally a projection of himself, its childish to hold someone stuff and keep it from them when they are asking for it back, and he shouldve just told me he wants to talk instead of calling me names, I told him im at his street and I just want my weed back, he told me he is at the other gas station bec i guess its my fault that he wasnt able to put gas at the other gas station we were at, he told me if i want my weed back id have to drive to him, I told him that im not trying to take Pali hwy back to town and that he needs to meet me at his street bec thats where he said he'd be, still he kept urging me to drive to him and that hes not doing me any favors after all that and that hes only gonna wait for me for a couple minutes, I told him I already followed him around and he drove off 2 times and its not fair and that he should be the one to bring it, and that if not I may need to turn to his family for help.

I stayed parked on his street and eventually after a couple mins I see his car pull in, he rolled up next to my car and handed me my weed back and drove off.

I am so damn tired of this, I was in the middle of healing and Idk why he had to text me and call me saying he misses me and wants to be with me, idk why I answered his call, I should've had him blocked, but now here I am, going through the same bs. & Chris being Chris, will most likely be seeking another girl for validation & supply while spreading his side of the story probably saying I am drama and toxic, in his eyes, he has no faults and is always the victim and sane one, and now I will have to start all over my healing journey. God, please give me the strength, im sorry Ive asked this a million times but you need to give me more strength than you normally do, you should know me, im weak & always hoping. I dont wanna be weak anymore, I wanna be strong and be good and whole on my own.

- you know that this is gonna be worse than the liyue macdonalds the monent you step in

- Jean is the manager by position but shes overworked :( the poor soul

- constantly juggles between her work and making sure Klee stays alive (on request of Alice)

- everyone knows this and still loves her just convinces her to take days off to take care of Klee (she still comes back at least 3 times a week to make sure noone died tho)

- this is where Diluc becomes the stand in on most of the days (because he looked like he was gonna burst if a certain 'customer' asks for wine ONE MORE TIME)

- Speaking of Diluc, he used to work as a bartender before he quit due to unknown reasons. Noone knows where he used to work except for Kaeya, Diona and Venti

- Much like beidou, venti comes in drunk but its 100% of the time, even if his shift is at 6.30 am

- hes a slacker thats all i can say

- the only work hes ever done was try to convince jean to let him play his guitar (modern day lyre) accompanied by Barbaras singing in the store

- of course the answer is no its a fucking KFC

- diluc wouldve fired him if he were the actual manager

- on his breaks hes always MIA (gone to see a certain ronald mcdonald) due to the removal of a redhead at the counter he used to harass for wine

- Noelle is the heart and soul of this entire establishment (bless her) and poor girl almost always ends up doing ventis job

- but shes well rounded and can be put anywhere!! She can even lift heavy boxes!! everyone loves noelle

- the kfc does not have a drive thru but they do have delivery!! Amber, Diona (fast), Bennett (not so fast) and Razor are usually the ones going out

- Amber and Diona are quick at their job, they'd probably be even more productive if there were more deliveries (they just hang around the store when there's nothing to do)

- razor has to keep an eye out on bennett so the food doesn't get damaged in some way (he once got struck by lightning while delivering :( )

- also because razor cant be put on cashier bc he cant read very well and would always key in the wrong orders

- albedo was in the kitchen with sucrose (she cant speak to people, shy girl) until they found out he was experimenting with food items (wow hed definitely be best friends with xiangling)

- he got banned and was sent to the counter with kaeya. Cue the flirty comments from kaeya, but its better than a customer finding a seasoned spider in their mashed potatoes.

- barbara is definitely at the counter, her fanclub is the one of the reasons business is good. Of course, albedo and kaeya are always there to make sure they dont go overboard (through slightly violent ways, word is one of the fans had a 'talk' with kaeya and never showed up again)

- haha gyoon from sign vibes ok ill shut up

- Mona is a part timer, banned to the kitchen after trying to sell her astrological services at the counter to the customers with their meal

- she needed to pay for her college tuition somehow 🙄

- similarly, fischl also got banned to the kitchen after shed reply to every customers order with a whole Victorian era paragraph when she couldve just said "thank you, have a nice day"

- Lisa is in charge of ordering ingredients, and she knows everything. One less ketchup packet? She knows and shes coming after the supplier. Any company that delivers to this one KFC knows to count their ingredients in advance should they face the wrath of Lisa

- As for Rosaria and Eula...damn theyre mean as hell, and they spend every break together talking about how much they hate their jobs....as much as they complain they are the few of the better and NORMAL workers

- well..as chaotic as this KFC is.. at least they earn enough so the workers get paid (yes, including venti)

Can I have two Health Insurance Policies from different states?

Before you answer, please read this thoroughly. I am a student and Illinois Resident. I have PPO health insurance in Illinois that I pay out of pocket for. $1000 deductible, 100% covered. I go to school in Florida and have employer insurance in FL (ever since Sept 2008), but it's an HMO. The PPO my job offers has no deductible but is 80/20 coverage, so I opted the HMO. For the average person, it would make no sense to have 2 policies, but I'm not ordinary. I have many pre-existing conditions (some I was born with), hence the Illinois coverage. In Dec of last year, before my FL insurance kicked in, I had a multitude of issues which caused me to have to use my BCBS of IL in Florida where I'm attending school. Many of those things are at bay now, but for doctor visits, exams, etc to arise other than routine check ups, should I start using my FL HMO insurance and just use my IL insurance for when I visit home during breaks? Or should I just drop my FL insurance altogether? The reason this is an issue is b/c I am afraid I my rates will go up or they drop me if I continue to use my insurance which was meant to be for IL, but I have been using it in another state. Yes they will cover b/c it's PPO and it falls under the BCBS umbrella, but this is the risk I take. I will NOT drop my Illinois insurance because I have pre-existing issues that is NOT covered by my FL insurance, so switching isn't even on option. Plus they keep doing layoffs and my certainty at this job isn't guaranteed. Furthermore, I keep reading about fraud, this is not my intent. I am just trying not to have my rates rise anymore b/c I am a student and not making much as it is. I am looking for the best coverage because good health care is my primary concern. I am NOT trying to file a double claim with both insurances, and I am NOT trying to collect any money out of this. Things happen like the flu, ER visits, and any other reason to visit the doctor when you are sick or injured. I have a 2 week window during open enrollment to drop my coverage thru my job. Hello everyone, I am an international student who's been in the USA (Buffalo, NY) for the past 2 years working hard on my masters (i'm 25 now). I bought a POS Saturn last year for 2000 dollars and, well, for that i needed to get car insurance since it's mandatory in this country. Since i was from abroad and i had a learner's permit at the time, i had to get insurance with my international license. Progressive was my only choice so i paid around 700$ for 6 months. That's the rate I've been paying for the last year. Unfortunately, i just don't have the money anymore to pay 700 more dollars for the next 6 months. I tried different insurance companies but they are all around the same range. Apparently, i was stupid enough to not get a credit card as soon as i landed in this country. I was raised with the if you don't have money, don't spend it philosophy so i just used my debit card. This is the only reason that i can see for these absurd rates. Every single one of my friends ( all international students ) pay around 200-250/six months dollars for their pieces of crap cars. I just feel like i'm not being given a fair deal. Not having any credit might put a penalty on me, i understand somewhat how a capitalist mind works... let's say about 100-150 more dollars for 6 months, but a whopping 500 $ ? Don't you think it's kind of messed up that first of all it's mandatory, and then there's no baseline to at least make sure that noone gets ripped off. I've been doing some research and have been able to find very little information on this topic. My husband and I got married recently and with our combined incomes, my son would no longer qualify for Medicaid (which had previously been his insurance). My husband asked his employer (who carries Aetna) if he could add his stepson and they told him yes, absolutely, they just needed his birth certificate, SS#, and a copy of our marriage certificate. We provided all these documents, and then they told us we needed to cancel his current insurance and provide proof of cancellation before they could cover him - which seemed strange to me, because I've had Medicaid as secondary insurance in the past, but we complied. We provided them with the letter saying that his coverage would be terminated effective June 1st. Hubby asked HR if everything was in place, and they said yes - as of June 1st, when his Medicaid expired, they would pick up coverage. Then yesterday (June 7th), HR approached my husband and told him that an Aetna representative called them and said that they can NOT cover his stepson unless I, the biological mother, am also on the insurance. This was NEVER mentioned to us previously and they knew he was not planning to add me as well - we never provided any of my documentation or information. I called Aetna and they told me that HR at the place of employment are the ones who determine this policy, and HR is telling us that it's the insurance company. So now my son is completely without coverage when they TOLD us that it would begin on the 1st. I have no interest in switching my insurance - I am covered under my parents' policy and it is very good. I am currently pregnant and I know my OB takes my current insurance and they have already preapproved all prenatal care and the birth. I might have considered switching if absolutely necessary had we known ahead of time, but we didn't, and now his insurance has lapsed as a result. I live in California. What is the difference between HMO vs PPO? Meaning there cost and coverage. I know that HMO has a very small selection of Dentists and PPO means you can pick from a larger selection, but I am asking about costy and coverage. On 7/24 I was at a Dairy Queen drive thru the person behind me hit the truck I was driving. I was looking at her in the rear view mirror the entire time. She had a cigarette hanging from her mouth that was unlit and she eventually backed up after hitting me. I got out of the truck and looked and I did not see any damage. She then said I didn't move you hit me I then told her No I did not hit you I am in front of you and this truck was never in reverse. Since there was no damage to the truck I did not bother getting any of her information since it was not my fault. On 7/27 I got a call from the police saying she told them I hit her. I gave them my side of the story and they said she had a witness who was a passenger in her car and they will be in touch. I also let them know I had a witness as well. The cop called me back yesterday and wanted to get my insurance information so her and I could exchange information. My question is do I have to give my insurance information to this cop? I did not hit this woman and I think she is trying to get one over on the insurance company. The cop said yesterday I'm surprised the truck does not have any damage because her car does have damage. This truck was a rental truck which was inspected at the time it was dropped back off at the rental company obviously there was no damage to it. This woman looked like she was on something to begin with and I'm guessing she was not paying attention probably looking for a lighter and let off the break and hit me. Which I still don't see how her car would be so damaged. I don't want this con artist having my information. OK, so I got my car insurance renewal to start on 16 May, and it went up from 40 a month to 60, for no gosh darned reason. Grrr. I know that the insurance has gone up a lot, and I think they blame the compensation claims for this, but up a THIRD! Jeeeeeez! Last year, it went up from 35 a month to 50 and I had a whinge down the phone at them, and they reduced it to 40 by changing the recovery a bit (I don't get help now unless I am more than a mile from home; but the chances are I would be when I broke down anyway, and even if I was half a mile away, I could walk back!) so I agreed to change that. So I rang them today and they said they can lower it a fiver because I am a 'loyal' customer, (so down to 55 a month.) Big deal! I am nearly 40, I passed my test 20 years ago, and I have been with them 10 years and NEVER made a claim, and yet they bump my premium by a third! I am like It's a LOT of dosh. My daughter was in a car accident on Feb. 25. She was traveling straight in the southbound lane, when a rushing man in the northbound lane turned left in front of her. The driver admitted that he was upset because he had been following a school bus for the last 20 minutes and his friend, whom he was trying to pick up, was late for work. He stated that when he saw the driveway that he cut from behind the bus to turn in then realized from the skidding that he turned in front of a car. His insurance company is still investigating and waiting for pics of the scene and his friends statement. I was told by his insurance company (USAA) that witnesses not listed on the police report could not be used, but his friend is not on the police report and they are waiting for her statement. NC State Highway Patrol responded to the scene and the driver was cited for failure to yield the right of way. The driver was apologetic and admitted several times around a number of people that he must have blanked out or was daydreaming from the frustration of the school bus. USAA is saying that they need to make sure that my daughter was not 1% at fault, meaning speeding perhaps. The officer estimated her speed at impact at around 40 mph and the speed limit is 55mph. She hit the drivers back tire of his Jeep Wrangler (small truck) causing him to rest in a small trench or ditch ion the side of the attempted driveway. The front passenger side above the front tire and the front by the headlight is damaged on her car. She tried to avoid him, protect her younger sister (13) and avoid veering to much left in fear of hitting the school bus. My girls were terrified when I arrived 15 minutes after the accident. USAA stated that she may have had time to instanly stop, but she tried everything that she could do. In my opinion, she should have never been put into that situation. USAA is saying that points of contact are off, but my insurance agent said that she hit the back tire because a Jeep Wrangler is only 5 ft long and he was not towing a boat or driving a common sized vehicle. Plus the driver admitted to pushing down on the accelerator when he realized what was happening. I just need to have someones advice on this matter before hiring a lawyer. Thank you.""
