This was my first time hosting a fanweek; it was small and had a few little hiccups but for the most part it went amazingly!

I have finally acquired the Pact Ring, and I have to say... it really sucks that like half or more of the “explicitly romantic” options... still aren’t very romantic. Like some of them are great! Seadall and Pandreo have WONDERFUL “S” ranks, and Goldmary’s is plenty romantic even if I don’t personally care for her. But then there are others like Diamant where the dialogue tries SO HARD to dial down the romance despite the event being proposal-coded to hell and back. And he’s far from the only example, IMO, even if he’s perhaps the most notable and/or jarring.

In general I think this game restricted the romance options too much (Alear is supposedly 17. Why are OTHER 17 year-olds “too young”?) but they could have at least let all the romantic options ACTUALLY BE romantic. Is it really too much to ask for actual love confessions?

Yunaka is the first person to realize what's happening to S/O, seeing them start to drop rapidly.

Before anyone can even react, her speed allows Yunaka to catch them effortlessly, trying to shake them awake.

(Yunaka) "H-Hey! S/O, are you hurt?! What happened?!"

She checks for signs of injury before realizing that they were just tired, making her take a sigh of relief.

Thank the Gods that it wasn't anything like poison.

...No, she's not an assassin, what are you talking about? She's just a normal traveler, just like everyone else in Somniel!

Regardless, she gives S/O a piece of her mind the minute they get up. She gets trying to work hard, but it'll be no use if they drop dead!

(Yunaka) "Wake up, sleepyhead! Jeez, you really scared me. Next time just take a break, otherwise you'll make me faint!"

Ivy's heart drops the moment she sees S/O fall to the ground.

Every worst case scenario starts blaring in her mind before realizing that their case was not lethal.

(Ivy) "Why on earth did you not say anything...?!"

Ivy shakes her head but is relieved, taking S/O to a healer.

When they wake up, she is sitting next to them and greets S/o with a small smile.

(Ivy) "I do not believe that working so much to the point you'll pass out is beneficial for the long run."

Her smile quickly vanishes before she becomes serious.

(Ivy) "Next time, please get enough rest. If not for yourself, then for me, S/O."

She can't help but worry about them, sending Zelkov or Kagetsu periodically to check on them whenever she is unable.
