#ITS THREE AM AND I HAVE FRIENDS COMING OVER TOMORROW AND I HAVE PLASTERED THE MONKEES ON ME AND MY SISTERA CRAFT CABINET#IM SMILING SO MUCH THOUGH THE SEROTONIN IS THROUGHT THE ROOF RIGHT NOW#Also I had a panic attack in Walmart today <3 someone started yelling about politics <3 I just wanted to buy a record player <3#AND THEN I GOT HOME AND- THE- THE RECORD PLAYER DOESNT EVEN WORK MY DAD IS TAKING IT BACK TOMORROW#Hopeffully the exchanged one will work and I can play the Pisces Aquarius Capricorn and Jones LTD I just got#I paid $5 for it I almost cried when it came#you can get used monkees vinyls off Amazon pretty cheap btw#idk about other artists but as long as it’s not the Head soundtrack the monkees are cheap#I already had their first two albums from when I used to collect around 5 years ago#all used <3 I am poor <3#but I like the used ones they feel like they have a story#especially since most of mine are family handmedowns#I have two or three Beatles ones that have my grandmothers name written on them#and a monkees 45 with my uncles name on it#but uh yeah all I think about is monkees and Pokémon and maybe Beatles and I need psychiatric Help <3#I’m obsessed with old men again 😔#but yeah there’s an update and a rare photo of my room and I love the monkees#their tv show is amazing minus the racist 60s shit#I will watch The Devil And Peter Tork until I die man like that one really makes your heart feel things#also I know the laugh track in it is awful but uh after rewatching Monkees On The Line I understand why I’m so attached to Mike#warning for that episode lots of s*icide mentions but she never does anything because she’s an actress rehearsing a part and traumatizing#Mike in the process but god I just I love that man so FUCKING MUCH wtf#and one of my friends is also hyperfixating on it <3 he loves Davy <3#introducing my other best friend to them tomorrow and I think they’ll like Mike or Micky#they throw a curve ball and they like Davy#OH GOD SORRY UH I JUST RAMBLED ON ILL GO AHDJNF I LOVE YALL
