Hear me out. Art forger Barty. (No magic here)

Barty is an art forger. A high class one. He sets his sights on the Mona Lisa. Now, there are many levels to this. First he has to break into the Louvre and get past all their security measures and the measures protecting the painting. Then he has to be a good enough artist to convincingly replicate one of if not the most famous paintings in the world. He also has to make sure to use all period and location accurate materials to ensure that if it’s examined, no one will notice. Of course, Barty has done this before. His crowning achievement is when he starts a rumor that the painting is a forgery (his day job is in art restoration so he knows the right people to spread these things to) to get it examined and it’s deemed the real thing, he knew it would be, but he had to prove it. The real one is in a storage container with dozens of other famous paintings, he has no intentions of doing anything with them, he just likes the thrill. He goes to the museums with paintings he’s switched out and Evan takes pictures of him standing next to them with this maniacal smile and they put them on their fridge. Evan is so proud.
