The Heart of Batata Vada: Batata Vada Masala
The Batata Vada Masala is a crucial component contributing to the exquisite flavour profile of Mumbai's renowned Batata Vada. The blend of spices has been meticulously selected to bestow a distinctive and captivating flavour upon the potato filling of the Batata Vada. The masala mix commonly comprises a combination of many spices, including mustard seeds, cumin seeds, turmeric, red chilli powder, asafoetida, and other ingredients.
●    Spyran Mustard Seeds:
The inclusion of Spyran mustard seeds contributes a subtle and nutty taste to the masala. The aforementioned elements frequently serve as the initial stage in the tempering procedure, imparting a nuanced level of spiciness and a unique flavour profile to the entirety of the mixture.
●    Spyran Cumin Seeds:
The addition of Spyran cumin seeds to the masala contributes a distinctly warm and earthy flavour, hence augmenting its overall aromatic characteristics. They play an essential function in establishing the fundamental basis of the spice blend.
●    Spyran Turmeric:
Turmeric, renowned for its vivid hue and advantageous properties, is a fundamental component within the Batata Vada Masala. The addition of this ingredient not only imparts an aesthetically pleasing colour to the culinary preparation but also provides a delicate undertone of bitterness and a comforting sensation of heat.
●    Spyran Red Chilli Powder:
Spyran red chilli powder is renowned for its ability to impart a scorching sensation, characteristic of the Mumbai street food experience. The addition of heat and spice enhances the flavour profile, resulting in a delectable experience with every mouthful of Batata Vada.

Watch Out For These Things While Buying Masalas
There is no such thing as the best Indian masala brand as such, the things we expect from each masala powder or spice mix differs from person to person and depends on a lot of points like spiciness level, how finely or coarsely ground it is, the aroma, the color, and so on. Those are mostly the taste, texture, and smell, there is much more than just those things that you need to look for while opting for one masala brand over the other.
Whether you want to buy garam masala or Italian seasoning online, you need to first look at the masala brand’s claims. Looking at the back of their packaging or better - visiting their website can help you get a lot of crucial information that can help you decide to go with a specific brand’s masala. One of the first claims that you need to look out for is if the masala is organic or not. What this means is that this masala will not have come in contact with pesticides, they are not modified genetically in any manner, and they will not contain any harmful synthetic agents. This makes it a great choice for all, and especially for those who follow a clean lifestyle. When it comes to spices specifically, you need to focus on buying from brands that grind the masalas using techniques that retain the aroma and natural oils of the ingredients. What this will do is take your dishes to a whole new level by adding exquisite taste and aroma to them. When it comes to niche or specialty spices like oregano seasoning or peri peri masala lookout out where does the main ingredient come from. So if you are buying the best peri peri masala brand the peri peri will be sourced from South Africa.
Looking out for these things when you plan on buying regular masalas like pav bhaji masala or special ones like peri peri can help you choose the best option.

A few Strategies to Increase Sales:-
Contemporize brand engagement- The type of snacks consumers purchase often depends on their age and lifestyle preferences, for example millennials tend to consume assorted snacks throughout the day whereas older people consume very less frequently and tend to have a certain specific choice.
Incorporate local flavours and tastes- For your business to thrive in Pune, you need to cater to understand the taste buds of local people. Their preferences and choices have to be considered to boost your sales.
Promote bundling opportunities- Encourage your customers to try something new by promoting a bundle or two-for deal, and buy one-get one free deals.
Know about your inventory- Customers are loyal to your best selling products, so be aware of the top products’ inventory levels.
Watch upcoming trends- It is important to keep a watchful eye on upcoming trends for continued growth in the industry. Trends in the snack category show which ingredients must be premimtized at what time.
