The adverts
The advert ideas.
So I have been testing out different ideas for clothing. I want to come up with the clothes and then come up with a story for them.
Wetsuits
Cycle unitards
Tennis Skirts
Hiking shorts
I noticed that the brief does not say that the items have to be clothes and because of this I have been thinking about other items, such as:
Sleeping Bags
Shoes
Backpacks
However these items would not work with the slogan that I have already chosen - "Let the clothes play on with Persil".
Possible Items
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I really wanted to include wetsuits as one of my items for the adverts. However it is not recommended to wash them in a washing machine. Even though they can be hand washed, I feel like most people avoid buying items that need to be hand washed.
Chosen 3 items:
Water shoes:
They can be washed in a washing machine using Persil.
They are important enough to purchase for a holiday/summer only activity.
They aren't likely to be used for other purposes.
Hiking shorts:
They can be washed in a washing machine using Persil.
They aren't as useful outside of the summer months.
They aren't usually the most fashionable, so they don't appeal to people as normal everyday clothes.
Cycle unitards:
They can be washed in a washing machine using Persil.
They aren't wore outside of cycling in the warmer months.
They are important enough to purchase for a particular activity.
I am slightly concerned with the hiking shorts as they seem to be the most versatile.
My next step is to create stories for each of the items.
Lake district research:
Tourist Activities:
Tumblr media
Tumblr media
The lake district the is most popular camping location in the UK.
Water Shoes story:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Water/wet shoes can be used for outdoor water activities. With outdoor swimming being the most popular water activity, i am unsure as to whether to use that as the story or something less popular. As the advert is about the fact that the character would be unlikely to use the shoes again, using a more popular activity might be the wrong choice. Canoeing or kayaking is a better choice for this story, with maybe a just bit of outdoor swimming.
Outdoor activities are a choice for some people when choosing stag do activities. There are actually companies that plan fun weekend stag do’s that include canoeing.
Character: Male - Early 30’s
Went to his friends adventurous a stag do. Had to buy water shoes as they were going canoeing. While canoeing across a lake he had a great time. The group canoed over to an island he climbed up the muddy island, getting his shoes dirty. When he had finished canoeing he put his dirty shoes in a wet bag then put them in his suitcase and then headed home. Once at home he didn’t know what to do with them, he remembered that he had Persil laundry detergent. He washed the shoes with Persil and they were as good as new. While remembering the great time he had wearing them, he felt it was only right that someone else will get to have a great experience wearing them, which gave him the idea to sell them online.
Let the clothes play on with Persil
Hiking Shorts story:
Tumblr media
Hiking around the lake district and up the mountains is the main reason people come to the lake district. Standing at the top of a mountain is the best way to see the beautiful views. I think focusing on walking up a mountain is the best activity for this advert’s story.
I need my character’s story to be about why they wont wear the shorts again. As men are more likely to hike the women, i feel like having a woman be the character for this story is the best choice. A young woman around early - mid 20’s, who was ‘forced’ up a mountain, while on holiday, with her family, before going to university.
Character: Female - early 20’s
While on a camping holiday in the lake district she was convinced to walk up a mountain. It was a warm day so she put on the hiking shorts. It was very difficult hike but when she got to the top she was amazed at the view. She smiled the whole way back down the mountain and was so glad she was convinced to hike. Once back home she unpacked her bags. She found the shorts and realized she was never going to wear these while at university. She remembered the views and the great time she had in the lake district. She decided she was going to sell these shorts online so someone else could have a great time while wearing them. She washed the shorts with Persil and they were as good as new.
Let the clothes play on with Persil
Cycle Unitards story:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Cycling is fairly common in the lake district. My struggle with this story is coming up with a reason why someone would not just cycle where they live.
My current idea, is a man having a mid-life crisis cycling summer. However this might be a thing that would happen to men at a older age, around mid 40s-50’s and that is a bit higher than my target audience. Another idea is a triathlon that a man decided to take part in. The are triathlons in the lake district. There are bucket lists of things to do before you’re 30, the lists sometimes include things like triathlons.
Character: Male - Late 20’s
He read an article online about 30 things to do before you are 30 and decided to complete the things he hadn’t achieved yet. A triathlon was on the list, so he looked online for triathlons to take part in, he found one in the lake district, signed up and started training for it. When it was race day he turned up and took part. It was very hard and he struggled, but was so proud of himself when he finished. Once he was home after the race, he washed his unitard and it came out as good as new. He knew that he had loved the experience but also knew that he would not be taking part in another one any time soon. He saw how the unitard was in near perfect condition so he decided to sell it online.
Let the clothes play on with Persil
Advert example:
I created this on Premiere Pro. I used stock images and sounds to create an example of the hiking shorts advert.

Essential Tips Everyone Should Know Before They Go Kayaking
Whether you want to go kayaking in the UK or go kayaking in the best spots in the world, you will need to have a good basic skill set before heading off on an adventure of your own.
As part of our kayaking for beginners series, here are our top ten tips every kayaker should know before they get in the water for the first time.
1) GET A LESSON Tip number one, get yourself a kayaking lesson. You might not think that you need one. How hard can it be to paddle a kayak, right?
It’s not rocket science but you might find yourself paddling around in circles for the first half an hour without some proper coaching. You’ll waste a lot less time and learn how to paddle and recover from a capsize.
Kayaking lessons aren’t expensive. Go Canoeing! have a great search tool online to help you find a kayaking centre near you with details about kayaking for beginners lessons called starter sessions starting at £5 per person.
2) DRESS FOR THE WATER, NOT THE WEATHER It might be a hot sunny day, so you’ll be tempted to wear shorts and tee to go kayaking. But the water temperature might be icy cold.
Make sure you wear clothes that are appropriate for the water not the air temperature. If you fall in (which isn’t totally unlikely) then you will be glad you wore a wetsuit, kayaking gloves and waterproof cagoule rather than summer clothes.
3) CHOOSE THE RIGHT BOAT There are a whole range of different types of kayaks available – from long narrow racing boats to tiny squat freestyle playboats.
You want to learn in a recreational kayak that’s suited to the water you’ll be paddling. For example, if you are paddling on a lake then you’ll want to rent a flatwater boat. Sit-on-top kayaks are great for beginners as they are easy to paddle and reassuringly stable.
4) ALWAYS WEAR BUOYANCY AID Wearing a buoyancy aid is essential for any kayaker – whether you are a beginner or an experienced paddler.
You’ll read this in any kayaking for beginners guide. Buoyancy aids are like life jackets but allow more movement around the arms and neck, which make them much more suited to kayaking. Even if you are a strong swimmer, you never know when you might get into trouble in the water.
Buoyancy aids will always be provided by kayaking schools, but if you are paddling alone we recommend buying your own or renting from a nearby watersports centre. Read more about choosing the right kayaking buoyancy aid here.
5) SIT PROPERLY IN YOUR KAYAK Learning how to sit properly in a kayak will make it so much easier when you start paddling. Your kayak might have a nice comfy backrest but don’t slouch. It’s best to sit up straight with your lower back and buttocks at 90 degrees to each other.
6) HOLD THE PADDLE THE RIGHT WAY This might sound obvious but plenty of people hold their paddle the wrong way when learning to kayak. Hold the paddle with both hands just over shoulder distance apart. Make sure the concave part of the blade is facing you. When you dip the paddle blade into the water, the concave part should sweep through the water. Check your knuckles are in line with the blade.
7) ALWAYS BRING A CHANGE OF CLOTHES This is another simple piece of advice but easy to forget. Always bring a change of clothes, even if you don’t think you are going to get wet. I can’t emphasise the number of times I’ve been grateful for that spare set of clothes.

The Case For Spider-Man: Homecoming (*SPOILERS*)
I’m six years old. I hear footsteps enter my room and beneath my bunk bed I see my father leave something on the desk. I waited till he left and then peered over the side. What I saw on that desk would resonate with me for the rest of my life. Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man.
From the age of six my favourite superhero has always been Spider-Man. I remember that Halloween I wore a Spider-Man costume for a full week before and a full week after the costumed holiday. Like every person when they are young, you test if you have superpowers. I tried climbing walls and shooting webs out of my wrists. To little avail I was only able to learn how to make a wicked “THWP” sound. So.... there’s something for my efforts.
Tumblr media
We’ve been fortunate in the last fifteen years to have had so many interpretations of Spider-Man. From Cartoons, Comics, Video Games and of course, the movies. With the films we’ve been lucky enough to have six interpretations of the character. So, today i’d like to make the case for why Spider-Man: Homecoming is the best interpretation of Spider-Man/Peter Parker to date.
That being said, By elevating this film I do not intend on dismissing or diminishing other phenomenal versions of this character.
*SPOILERS AHEAD*
Within the MCU, before we ever meet Peter Parker, We meet Spider-Man. So it’s only right that we start this nerdy dissertation talking about the aesthetic, his suit.
Tumblr media
Okay, yeah, it’s a cool suit. But we’ve had cool suits in the past. All three suits take inspiration from different artists and storylines within the Spider-Man lore. The first DIY suit is heavily inspired by the shortly ran mini series “Spider-Man: Noir” Where the story takes place during the Great Depression.
Tumblr media
The suit that we have come to know as Spider-Man in the MCU is heavily inspired by the iconic artist John Romita Sr. A dead give away to this is the eyes. If the name seems familiar it is because his son John Romita Jr. has had a lot of success as a comic book artist as well working on Wolverine, Spider-Man and mostly famously, being the artist that worked alongside Mark Millar in the Mini Series KICK-ASS.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
And the third and final suit for the film. I believe is a mixture of two suits that were amalgamated into one idea. This is just my own theory but I feel you can definitely see a resemblance. The Iron Spider-man and Spider-UK.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Now that we’ve settles that. The reason I want to talk about the suit is that Spider-Man: Homecoming is the first Spider-Man film that uses the suit for more than just aesthetic, it’s integral to the plot of the movie and the theme of the story. In previous films, we understand that he just gets the suit. Be it he buys a wetsuit online or he sows it himself. But am I really suppose to believe that an a (allegedly) fifteen year old kid knows how to sow a suit of that intricate detail? No, of course not, cause that would be nitpicking. Also, it doesn’t really have to do with the linear progression of the story, which is fine, it doesn’t take away from the movie, but it doesn’t give it any extra points neither.
That isn’t the case with Homecoming. We know that Peter gets the suit from Tony Stark. A technological wonder far beyond Peter’s wildest dreams and a weapon he doesn’t fully understand. This is a great centrepiece for the theme of the story. Peter is smart and capable but naive with his idealism. It’s because of this that Peter is overtaken time and time again.
Think to when he stopped the supposed car thief, It turned out to be a guy just trying to get back into his own car. Think to when he first encountered the bank robbers and they suddenly pulled out weapons that had alien tech! It’s this inexperience of Peter Parker that catches him flatfooted. But the kicker is that because he is smart and capable he doesn’t believe that he really has any inexperience and when the adults give him limitations he automatically rebels because he knows he can do more than they say he can. Which he proves!
The suit is a reflection of Peter Parker’s inaccessed potential.
So during the second act when we get to see the full potential of the suit but with the same inexperience from Peter, he gets sloppy and uses the suit as a crutch and finally causes him to make a mistake that nearly takes the lives of other people. Thus Tony takes it away.
“If you are nothing without the suit, then you shouldn’t have it”.
Tumblr media
A perfect line that one, ties beautifully into Tony’s own growth from when we first meet him in the MCU and secondly, it’s a line that Peter will call upon later to finally access the full potential within himself.
When you think of Peter Parker/Spider-Man, who do you see? What does he look like? What does he sound like? For the casual viewer I expect them to think to Toby Maguire or even Andrew Garfield. But to all my fellow comic book fans and specifically Spider-Man fans, a different image comes to mind.
The choice for Marvel to cast an actor who actually looks like a teenager goes a long way. To a lot of people, this doesn’t seem like much but again to the comic book fans it’s huge.
But is a young actor enough? You can talk the talk but can you walk the walk? To portray Spider-Man, you need a balance between naivety and conviction. Which we get with Tom Holland. Toby was too emotional and I think we can all agree that it was tough to see Andrew Garfield as the “nerd” at his school. With Tom, we see him channel, The Ultimate Universe Spider-Man.
In 2000, Marvel did a major re-launch and re-imagening of their characters. Spider-Man was part of this relaunch and out of this series, I believe we got the best series of Spider-Man stories to date.
Tumblr media
This sentiment was proven when Tom Holland appeared on The Nerdist Podcast with Chris Hardwick where he admitted that he was a life long fan of Spider-Man but it was not until his casting of the role that he submerged himself in the lore of the character. It’s here where he focused primarily on, you guessed it, The Ultimate Spider-Man.
If I can recommend any series of Spider-Man comics, This series would be at the top of my list.
Something this film does that personally affected me was the Tug-O-War that Peter has to do between his regular life and his life as a Superhero. When I was younger, I too missed out on hanging out with friends and parties or things most teens should do because I was completely devoted to sports. Add on top of that, I was barely holding on in school because I didn’t think I was going to need it later because I was so convinced I was going to be a professional athlete. Oh how I paid for that. With this story, On three occasions we see this Tug-O-War affect Peter. Once at Liz’s party, the second time in DC and the third time at the dance. Peter is ripped away from his regular life by his responsibility.
The next thing I want to talk about is the villain, The Vulture. Within the MCU, we’ve had our selection of villains both good and bad. But one thing Marvel has become notorious for is killing off their villains. Thankfully we don’t get that here. But on a another level, what were their motives again?
Tumblr media
No seriously, what was Malekith’s grand plan? Domination? What about Yellowjacket? Power? There are common tropes that villains fall into with the Superhero genre. But. Not. With. Homecoming.
Here we have a guy who had invested everything into a project only to have it ripped away from him and feeling the need to steal for the sake of his family. A blue collar villain that will do anything for the people he loves. We can all understand that right? I certainly can.
Following this, we have The Shocker. I had a friend tell me that he believes that The Shocker was waisted in this film and not given enough to do. But quite frankly The Shocker is a glorified henchman. I demand that anyone reading this go and find a story where The Shocker is a convincing, menacing threat to Spider-Man and also not a henchman to some bigger bad. Even then, The Shocker actually almost beats Spider-Man in fair combat up until Ned (Ganke) intervenes just in time for Peter to stop him.
And finally the tinkerer? Meh. He really doesn’t do anything in the film except well...Tinker.
Tumblr media
The final piece to this film that I believe separates it and rises above the rest of the Spider-Man films prior is The Twist. Before I give it away, I want to talk about the misdirection.
Whenever we have a scene where the people involved in the twist are on screen, there are clear and present stakes that affect the linear progression of the story. Within this movie, we are presented with three dramatic questions.
1) Will Peter prove himself to Tony?
2) Will Peter get the confidence to ask out Liz to the homecoming dance?
3) Will Spider-Man defeat The Vulture?
When you see these three questions, you can conjure up your own beginning, middle, end that in any other film would still make a solid film with a satisfying ending. But with how these three stories move without giving anything away is amazing to me.
So when we do get the twist. The Twist being Adrian Toomes is Liz’s dad. The movie gains a new level of awareness that is executed perfectly.
How is it that the best moment in a Superhero movie is a conversation between two people in a car? amazing.
I’d also like to make note that I think Hannibal Buress probably has the best line in the MCU ever.
Tumblr media
I believe Spider-Man Homecoming is the best Spider-Man film to date because it gives you everything you want but just not how you expect it. You get a great actor casted to portray a character that feels both young and naive but also strong and courageous and you have a villain with a real tangible motive that proceeds with a surprising climax with a satisfying ending.
I cannot wait for the what comes next for this new Spider-Man and what his place will be in the MCU.

Fashion must fight the scourge of dumped clothing clogging landfills | Fashion
Facebook users will be familiar with the On This Day feature. From time to time it greets you with a blast from your relatively recent past. Some find it unnerving, especially if it’s a picture with an ex, for example. But my eye is always drawn to the clothes. Whatever happened to that handbag? Do you still wear those jeans?
If it’s an image from more than three years ago, then the answer is probably “no”. According to a recent report from Wrap (the Waste and Resources Action Programme), the average piece of clothing in the UK lasts for 3.3 years before being discarded. Other research puts the lifespan of UK garments at 2.2 years. For a younger demographic, you can probably halve that. A UK-based fashion company tells its buyers to remember that a dress will stay in the owner’s wardrobe for only five weeks.
The way we get dressed now has virtually nothing in common with the behaviour of previous generations, for whom one garment could be worn for decades. Wrap estimates that we purchased 1.13m tonnes of new clothing last year in the UK. While an estimated £30bn-worth hangs about gathering dust – Tinie Tempah’s refrain “I have so many clothes, I keep some at my aunt’s house” was spot on – an unpalatable quantity goes in the bin. A survey commissioned by Sainsbury’s last spring found that 235m items ended up on landfill sites as people readied their wardrobes for summer. Surely we can do better than this?
Vivienne Westwood – never one to miss an opportunity to call her legion of fans to action – thinks we can. “It’s about quality, not quantity – not landfill,” she said recently at one of her own shows. Hot on her heels, Vetements, very much the “it” brand of our times, made its own statement last week. The label filled the windows of Saks Fifth Avenue in New York – one of the commercial hotspots of global fashion retail – not with its latest collection, but with waste garments en route to a recycling charity.
But it was Stella McCartney who really upped the ante, electing to shoot her latest collection on a Scottish landfill site. Models lay across the rusted husks of old cars and languished on top of household waste. From a sustainability perspective, Stella McCartney is the luxury Kering group’s top-performing brand. Much of this success is based on McCartney’s own personal resolve. It’s clear that the landfill backdrop is not just an interesting aesthetic to her.
Now there’s an obvious contradiction between selling fashion and instructing us to buy less, but what these designers are calling for is some sanity in an industry now rated as the fifth-most polluting on the planet.
The fashion industry has developed a pretty terrible reputation – not least for exploitation of human capital, outsourcing production to the world’s lowest-wage economies. Four years ago, 1,133 garment workers were killed in Dhaka, Bangladesh, while producing clothing for high-street brands and their subsidiaries. After that, many worried what was next.
For those in and around the industry, garment waste has long been rumoured to be the next big scandal. Globally, levels of production and consumption are forecast to increase as fashion waste becomes an environmental crisis to rival plastic pollution in oceans. This is a tale of over-production and supply, powered by the relentless “fast fashion” system of production that over the past three decades has revolutionised both the way we dress and the way clothing is produced – and not often for the better.
Much of the waste in the fashion industry is hidden along a chaotic supply chain and doesn’t make it into the environmental accounting that underpins a Wrap report. Perhaps the worst of it comes in the form of readymade garments, assembled and sewn but discarded because of an order mistake or an issue with the colour. According to industry insiders, this waste represents 3-5% of every factory’s inventory (and a large factory in Dhaka can produce 240m pieces a year).
There is no verified figure for the amount of clothing produced globally each year (predominantly in low-wage textile hotspots like Dhaka without waste management systems) but my own research puts it between 80bn and 100bn garments. That means a lot of hidden fashion waste.

Where it becomes highly visible is on the outskirts of big production areas, such as the garment districts of Dhaka. This is where the production waste leaves the factories and is absorbed by the air and earth in the local community. Waste from the cutting room (called jhut) often ends up in so-called go-downs. These makeshift sorting operations are the stuff of legend in Dhaka, with fires a regular occurrence. But what happens to all the rest?
“You don’t even want to know,” says Estonian designer and clothing waste researcher Reet Aus, who spends a lot of time following unwanted garments out of factory gates. “You see it by the side of the road being sold, or just dumped, but a lot is burned,” she says. “I know a brick factory near the garment district where the main fuel is garment waste. You can’t really see anything around there, the pollution is terrible. Remember that thanks to the chemicals and finishing agents, used textile waste is basically toxic waste.”
Meanwhile, the urge to buy grows stronger as clothes shopping takes on a quasi-addictive quality. And let’s be honest here, are the fast-fashion corporations with their extraordinary profits likely to do anything about consumption, the driver of waste and the driver of the industry’s impact? Their business model, after all, depends on it.
Increasingly these brands are signposting a way of allowing us to have our cake and eat it. They are buying into recycling schemes and investing in competitions to close the loop on textile fibres. The idea is that if they can collect waste garments and regenerate fibres to be used in new garments, the impact of fast fashion can be negated.
The trouble is, it’s hard to buy into. I have been critical of brands overclaiming in this area before, particularly when I looked at the numbers around H&M’s recycling week in 2016. In truth, there are quite a few technical barriers to closing the fashion loop – that is, regenerating fibre from an old, unloved outfit, spinning and making it into something else, all within a timeframe and quality that’s interesting to the consumer.
“Every fabric is different,” says Aus, “so one garment might contain a blend of different fabrics. On top of that, you have to strip out the zippers and buttons inherent in post-consumer fashion waste.” So while a consumer may believe that a loved jumper or sundress is going to be magically regenerated into a new item, in practice your old T-shirt is probably going into a well-worn recycling network.
She and her team have developed software to keep track of potential garment waste data during production, which she is trialling with a large manufacturer: Beximco in Bangladesh. By getting information about the volume and material of leftover textiles, she can design that material back into a product before it becomes waste. “I’d rather not produce waste in the first place,” she reasons. “Plus, this is a better system for large brands who find recycling and regeneration difficult. That is easier for smaller, more agile companies.” This means some of fashion’s big lessons about its waste may come from unlikely parts of the apparel world. For once, the smaller companies have a chance to steal.
Tom Kay, the founder of Cornish outdoor brand Finisterre, is addressing a waste problem highly relevant to his customer and doesn’t care that it might seem niche to the rest of us. “The average neoprene wetsuit only lasts two years,” he says. “We’ve redesigned with wider seam tape and better stitching but it still only lasts probably for three. It would be disastrous for these things to be dumped, but there’s nowhere for them to go. That’s why you see them piled up in people’s garages.”
Last week, he launched an intriguing job advert in partnership with Exeter University: a £26,000-a-year position, paid by Finisterre, to be filled by a materials scientist who shares his dream of making wetsuits from wetsuits. “We don’t know how it will go, but I’m excited,” he said.
THE FIGURES
■ Last year 1,130,000 tonnes of new clothing was purchased in the UK – an increase of 200,000 tonnes since 2012.
■ Fashion in the UK lasts an average of 3.3 years before a garment is discarded.
■ Extending the life of a garment by an extra nine months reduces its environmental impact by 20-30%.
■ Providing one tonne of clothing for direct re-use by giving it to a charity shop or selling it online can result in a net greenhouse gas saving of 11 tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent.

Beginner’s Guide to Surfing: What You Need to Know
Tumblr media
Equipment
The first thing you’ll need to surf is the right equipment. Here are the essential items you’ll need:
Surfboard: The surfboard is the most important piece of equipment you’ll need. Beginners should start with a longboard, which is easier to paddle and more stable than a shortboard. A good rule of thumb is to choose a board that is at least three feet taller than you.
Leash: A leash attaches to your ankle and connects to the surfboard to prevent it from drifting away if you fall off.
Wetsuit: A wetsuit keeps you warm in cold water and provides protection from the sun and surfboard wax. Choose a wetsuit that fits snugly but doesn’t restrict your movement.
Wax: Surfboard wax provides traction and helps prevent you from slipping off the board.
Technique
Before hitting the waves, it’s important to learn the basic techniques of surfing:
Paddling: Paddling is the foundation of surfing. Lie on your board with your arms stretched out in front of you, and paddle with your arms and feet to move forward.
Standing up: Once you’ve caught a wave, you’ll need to stand up on the board. To do this, place your hands on either side of your chest, push up to a crouching position, and then stand up, keeping your feet shoulder-width apart.
Riding the wave: Once you’re standing on the board, you’ll need to shift your weight to maintain balance and ride the wave. Keep your knees slightly bent and your eyes focused on where you want to go.
Safety Tips
Surfing can be a fun and exhilarating activity, but it’s important to take safety precautions to avoid injury:
Know your limits: Surf within your skill level and only attempt waves that you feel comfortable with.
Check the conditions: Before heading out, check the surf report and weather conditions to ensure safe surfing conditions.
Respect other surfers: Be courteous to other surfers in the water, and don’t hog all the waves.
Watch out for marine life: Keep an eye out for marine life such as jellyfish, sharks, and stingrays, and know how to react if you encounter them.
Wear proper safety gear: Always wear a leash and a properly fitting wetsuit to prevent injuries.
Know how to handle wipeouts: Falling off the board, or “wiping out,” is an inevitable part of surfing. Learn how to handle wipeouts safely to avoid injury.
In conclusion, surfing can be a fun and rewarding activity for beginners, but it’s important to approach it with caution and respect for the ocean. By learning the basic techniques of surfing, using the right equipment, and following safety tips, beginners can enjoy a safe and exhilarating surfing experience. So grab your board, hit the waves, and enjoy the thrill of surfing.
