AD and I are working hard on the descriptions for each job to bring that to you as fast as we can -- we hit a bit of a wrench in how we wanted to go about it but we do plan on having it for you by the end of the month. So sorry about that delay!

So what makes your vampires different than vampires in other groups? I was looking at one and wanted to know. Thanks.

We know there are a lot of supernatural groups with Vampires out there, and each has their own unique ideas and concepts of the vampire lore. We actually have a page on the Vampire Race in BVB that gives you all of the information and history of our vampires, as well as how they’re made. 

Here are a few key highlights:

the vampires here are less refined, and more on a savage spectrum

their blood makes humans high

they are created when a human ingests enough vampire blood to “overdose,” or kill, them

they can only consume human blood -- not the blood of upyr, animals, or the dead

sunlight is fatal to them -- and thus Sanctuary has tailored itself to both daylight and nighttime life
