his fingers tightened around the stem of the glass as he wandered the wide open space littered with varying art. no one knew him here, and that's exactly how he wanted it. shifting, he stands towards the back of a small crowd of people as the murmur and stare at the large canvas hung up on the wall. wild colors and abstract motions covered the piece from end to end. his heart swelled with pride as he listened intently to different opinions. and then, there was a silence. not because anyone had stopped talking, but because the attention had been completely been rerouted the moment dark eyes lifted and landed on jen. his breath caught in his throat. a one night stand, and if he was honest - he hadn't stopped thinking about her since. his eyes flickered across the space, shuffling to hide himself among the crowd, but almost as soon as he did, the dispersed. leaving just him only a handful of feet away for her. "hey," his voice cracked.

there's a twinge in his chest at the sight. sure, he didn't exactly have the right to be anything other than thrilled for his best friend - but, there's a dull ache in time with the beat of his heart that reminds him that it's so much more than that. swallowing thickly, he forces a smile in her direction and takes a single step back, not necessarily prepared to have any less space between the two of them.

Cherry threw a "party" at the park so everyone could get out and get to know each other better! The date started with Matt making tons of food because Cherry was just a bit peckish. That's love right there!

Nikolas was not feeling the park today, it's hot and he'd rather be by the pool

Cherry asked Terrance about his daughter so Terrance whipped his phone out to share some photos of his little girl with her. Cherry would just love to meet her one day soon!

While Matt and Cherry were trying their best at chess, Billy came over and flirted with MATT instead of CHERRY lmfao like boy what xD

Nearing the end of the day, Cherry wasn't feeling too hot... so she complained to Wesley about the heat for 20 minutes
