 hello  lovelies  !  just  a  quick  message  that  there  is  NO  room  for  ooc  hate  in  our  roleplay  ––  we  will  not  tolerate  anyone  sending  rude  messages  to  our  players  ,  as  this  blatantly  goes  against  our  roleplay  guidelines  .  if  there’s  something  that  concerns  you  ,  please  come  talk  to  the  main  OFF  of  anon  +  we  can  handle  the  situation  .  we  will  be  hesitant  to  do  meme/ask  days  in  the  future  if  we  see  things  like  this  happening.  thank  you  !

CADENCEHQS  TASK  01    :    WITHOUT  THE  MUSIC.

 what  would  your  muses  life  be  like  without  the  music  ?  without  cadence  records  ?  without  fame  ?  how  would  they  act  without  their  life  being  influenced  by  the  music  industry  ?  for  our  first  task  ,  you’re  going  to  dive  into  what  your  muse  MAY  HAVE  been  like  if  they  weren’t  famous  or  didn’t  land  that  job  at  cadence  records.  where  would  they  be  ?  what  would  they  be  like  ?  this  fun  little  task  will  show  how  fame,  influence,  and  music  impacted  their  life  by  showing  what  they  wouldn’t  been  like  if  they  DIDN’T  make  it  to  where  they  are  today.

HOW DOES IT WORK ?

 this  task  is  a  FREE  RANGE  task  in  the  means  of  we’re  not  going  to  tell  you  exactly  what  you  need  to  do.  you  can  write  a  self  para  ,  you  can  make  a  character  aesthetic/moodboard  ,  you  can  make  a  ‘would’ve  been’  social  media  page  ;  ANYTHING  that  helps  portray  your  muses  life  had  they  never  made  it  as  a  musician  or  with  cadence  records.  for  some  ,  it  maybe  be  a  small  change  and  for  others,  a  HUGE  difference.  please  be  creative  and  make  sure  to  tag  things  with  CADENCE.TASK01  so  we  can  see  all  of  your  pre-cadence  musings  !

 this  task  is  open  from  now,  time  of  posting,  and  doesn’t  have  a  closing  date  at  the  moment.  this  isn’t  considered  mandatory,  but  we  would  LOVE  for  everyone  to  work  on  this  over  the  weekend  ! if  you  have  any  questions  for  us  ,  please  reach  out  +  we'll  clarify  anything  you  need  !

hi friends , just wanted to apologize for the brief disappearance –– i started work again ( rip summer ) and it’s proving to be taking way more of my time then i thought it would. that said , we are going to go ahead and make cadence a CLOSED group just until i can get a handle on my schedule. as soon as i can, we’ll go through with a revamp and reopening to public. for now , please feel free to keep writing + i’m sure you’ll see me on my characters once i settle into working again , we just won’t be updating or keeping up with the main until we decide to reopen the group. we love cadence and will definitely be reopening things once things are more settled for us. thanks for understanding <3

 good  morning  ,  friends  !  sorry  for  not  being  around  at  all  yesterday  ,  admin  cherry  is  on  vacation  and  i  saw  the  jonas  brothers  last  night  (  which  ,  absolutely  amazing  )  SO  i’ll  be  back  on  today  to  take  care  of  anything  !  i  will  be  getting  to  the  inbox  in  a  few  minutes  here  but  first  i  was  wanted  to  say  –––  i’m  not  sure  why  people  think  it’s  okay  to  send  out  anon  hate  but  i  want  to  make  known  that  you  guys  are  absolutely  amazing  and  thank  for  you  handling  it  so  well  and  being  so  supportive  of  each  other.  we  as  that  you  please  DON’T  post  any  further  hate  that  may  come  to  your  inbox.  please  just  DELETE  IT  and  notify  the  main  to  discourage  any  more  to  be  sent.  if  it’s  not  being  posted,  theres  no  point  in  sending  it.  we’d  also  encourage,  just  for  now,  your  the  anonymous  feature  to  be  turned  off  until  we  feel  our  cadence  troll  has  left  the  building.  thank  you  guys  !

 so  i’m  getting  EXTREMELY  tired  but  i  wanted  to  announce  our  opening  time  before  i  head  offline.  like  mentioned  ,  i’ll  be  on  later  than  usual  tomorrow  ,  so  i  felt  that  tomorrow  wouldn’t  be  the  best  do  for  opening  as  it  would  have  to  be  around  7  pm  est  +  10  pm  est  and  announcing  it  now  would  feel  last  minute .  THAT  SAID  ,  i’ve  gone  ahead  and  get  our  opening  date  for  THURSDAY  ,  AUG  1st.  we  are  still  waiting  on  a  bunch  of  accounts  so  this  gives  us  a  day  to  get  things  in  order  !

 time  wise  ,  we’ll  open  for  PLOTTING  on  thursday  at  3  PM  EST  and  then  for  INTERACTIONS  at  6  PM  EST  to  allow  some  time  for  plotting  in  between.  picking  an  opening  time  is  always  tricky  ,  but  i  hope  this  works  for  everyone  +  that  you’re  excited  for  thursday  !

hi  ,  hello  !  quick  apology  for  suddenly  disappearing  ,  i  had  a  sudden  family  emergency  but  all  is  well  +  i’m  here  !  two  quick  things  :  ONE  ,  based  on  the  vote  and  talking  about  it  with  cherry  ,  we  are  NOT  going  to  be  having  a  group  discord  .  the  vote  was  very  close  and  we  feel  like  it’s  a  better  decision  for  the  group  to  not  have  one  .

TWO  ,  the  group  was  HIGHLY  in  favor  of  a  gossip  blog  ,  so  we  ARE  seeking  TWO-THREE  members  who  work  cooperatively  to  run  the  gossip  blog  keeping  heavy  in  mind  that  they  would  need  to  work  to  involve  all  members  (  to  the  best  of  their  ability  )  on  the  blog  .  the  blog  would  also  have  to  be  accessible  by  admins  so  we  can  monitor  the  blog  to  make  sure  everything  is  kept  fair  .  if  interested  ,  please  REACH  OUT  to  us  via  im  !

 hi  members  ,  we  know  you  guys  have  been  asking  about  an  ooc  discord  +  a  gossip  blog  ,  so  before  we  take  the  steps  to  create  them  ,  we’ve  created  a  POLL  to  take  member  vote  if  this  would  be  something  you’d  like  or  not  .  the  ooc  discord  would  be  optional  +  the  gossip  blog  would  be  admin  monitored  but  we’d  like  to  get  a  few  offers  to  run  the  blog  to  we  can  focus  on  the  main  +  our  characters  .  that  said  ,  please  take  a  few  seconds  to  VOTE  HERE  ON  YOUR  PREFERENCES  .
