as for beginner.. DSLR Canon EOS 200D Mark II is worth buying.. it comes super handy. It suits me because i love visiting the nicest and coolest places here and there to shoot and I don't really like heavy stuff on me. The new release will awe you because you'll learn and adapt on-the-go. What do I mean by that? It gives you tips on how you want your pictures to look like. What do i like the most about this camera is the device connectivity.
