Coloring Time!

I don’t usually mind not having a carer, but sometimes it’s hard especially this afternoon. It’s been so hot today and I haven’t been feeling well and I hardcore regressed for most of the day. 

Usually I keep easy dinners around for when that happens that I can just eat or at least have snacks to grab until I feel like I can make myself dinner. Tonight’s dinner was a tortilla. Just a tortilla. I’m obviously feeling not regressed right now, but I’m SO drained. 

I don’t see enough people talk about involuntary regressing and how exhausting mentally it is. I don’t feel like I can even get out of bed right now to feed myself properly. Good reminder to do my grocery shopping tomorrow and to keep myself stocked and prepared for when this happens.
