Robert does his part for Matthew and tells Jack of being approached by him, too. Well, choose your side, Robert 🙄 (he told ya about Matthew that IS something, Jack). Jack confronts the Kings to come to him not his son if there’s anything to do with the land. They are basically at a stalemate. In the end, Tom give Jimmy and Matthew carte blanche to do WHATEVER it takes to get that land.
