i have this scene in my mind where Mike and Will come out to each other before confessing and have a really nice talk about it and then when they just sit in comfortable silence one of them breaks it:

"...so...did you once have a crush on Lucas too?

"....i may have been a little too obsessed with him when i was 10...."

"dude! 11yo me was ready to plan a wedding when he did something sweet!"

and then they start laughing and teasing each other and just having fun being gay and comfortable with themselves thank you for listening<3
