tarn as an entire cyberverse character is so funny. he was literally an idw kill squad leader who brutally tortured people in a gorey fashion. then cyberverse⁠—you know, for kids⁠—was like. what if we took this guy. and made him our new villain. hes just as fucked up and evil but without the gore and the kill squad. his motives make no sense and when told hes being evil: there is no excuse. there is no warped morals. there is no sad backstory. he is just like yes im evil, yes i have no motive, we exist.
