Do you know if it's possible for someone who starts T in their 30s or 40s to get taller? My (lack of) height is a big source of dysphoria for me, and the replies on your post are the first I've heard of adults changing height on HRT. I know it's different for everyone, but it would be nice to know if it's possible.

I wouldn't expect any dramatic effects, but as you might have seen in the notes on that post, some 30- and 40-somethings do report modest height gains on T. Like a few centimenters or a portion of an inch, or a significant enough improvement in posture and musculature that it's noticeable (this happened for me). You can check out the ftm and testosterone subreddits as well for some anecdata
