Help Me Slip
Sometimes, I want my caregiver to help me slip into little space. I want them to notice that I'm grumpy or not having a good day or anything else. I want them to ask me if I need to be little. To start calling me my favorite pet names, telling me to go get my gear, and everything that makes me small. I want them to make me little on purpose.

Tips for littles on their periods
It has been brought to my attention that it can be quiet difficult for littles to regress and stay regressed while they are on their period. Which makes total sense, It can be a painful and scary experience for anyone but I feel especially for the little ones.
Here are a few things I hope help.
- Pain, Pain, go away..
Heat helps lots with cramping and can provide some comfort. You can use a long sock with rice in it (make sure to spray the outside of the sock with water! It can cause a fire if heated dry) a heating pad, warmsies are the absolute best (they are stuffed animals that can be heated) and you can also use a warm water bottle. Make sure it's kind of thick plastic so it doesn't melt.
For medication you can either try liquid ibuprofen or crush up pills and mix them with warm milk.
- Time to get comfy
It is best to be as cozy as possible when you don't feel good. Put on some soft pajamas, throw some more blankets on your bed to feel like your laying on a cloud, and get a biiiiiiigg arm full of stuffies
- Bath time
Don't be afraid of bath time, I know it's scary but I promise it'll be okay. It isn't super likely that you will make a mess in the tub but if you do it's okay, no big deal. Messes can be cleaned. If it's seeing it that you are worried about then colorful bath bombs and lots and lots of fun bubbles should help. Don't forget bath toys!
- Other bath room stuff
Now for the kinda yucky stuff. Instead of just toilet paper try using baby wipes. If you have diapers you can wear those or thick pads are similar. If you are in littlespace try to stay away from tampons because they can be pretty scary for kiddos.
- Nom noms
It is super important to to eat and drink right now. I mean it always is but you will feel so much worse with am empty stomach. Try to stay away from spicy foods because they can make your period heavier. Drink plenty of liquids like water and milk and green tea helps with cramps.
The first couple tips use heat and medications so please be careful. I love you guys very much and I don't want any babies getting hurt.

as someone with a hard time voluntarily regressing, do you have advice?
the last time i tried it took me three hours and five coloring pages and a whole season of bluey </3
all the websites i looked at were like "get your paci" a=but i don't have any gear to make me feel small
Hey kiddo!
I know it can be hard to regress sometimes for whatever reason- maybe you've been too stressed, too busy, or just having a little block the same way artists or writers sometimes have. But I promise, you are still a valid little even if you struggle with regression at times.
Regression can come in so many different ways for people that it can be hard to give a definitive answer of how to make regression easier for you specifically, but I do know for some people who don't have the ability to own gear for any reason (living or financial situations) it can be even harder. So Star and I decided to come up with a little list of activities that can help with both! If anyone has any ideas or questions, please reblog and we'll add/answer what we can!
For kiddos who don't have gear because of living situations-
Legos- these are a great toys that can be bought in "adult" type sets, and many people don't question having Legos as a hobby no matter what age you are! Make yourself a little castle, or your own creations!
Magnets- I've always loved playing with magnets! You can get packs of bead magnets for fidgits and sounds, or even just play with the invisible force between two refrigerator magnets!
Playdough/slime - you can buy it or look up some easy at home recipes! Make it your favorite color, and add some glitter or beads to it for a textured play!
Tangles/figdgit toys- I've always loved fidgit toys, but some of them can secretly act as chewies/pacis too depending on textures!
Childhood movies- now that streaming is more avalible, it's pretty easy to access some movies from our childhoods! Personally I love the old animation of Disney movies, but there's also Scooby-Doo and all sorts of other cartoon network shows on hbo and Netflix!
Stuffie party- gather all of your pals and make a big circle on your bed or the floor, and enjoy their company! Ask them about their days, what did they get up to while you were out?
Kids apps- im planning to make a larger post about these in the future, but there are tons of apps that can help the regression process, and it's easier to hide if you're scared of people finding out.
Agere blogs- this one is kind of silly, but I think sometimes it can help a lot to scroll through some blogs that post outfit boards and soft little things! It can help to know you're not alone in your regression too, and maybe you can meet some friends who will help you in the future!
For kiddos who don't have gear because of financials-
Baby Einstein YouTube- if you don't remember Baby Einstein, it used to be a DVD series on learning for kids! They've moved to YouTube, and you can listen to various songs and watch different shapes and colors, it's very relaxing! You can do the same with clips from shows like sesame street.
Tell a story / madlibs- making things up and being creative is a great way to open your little mind. Telling a story about the unicorn who lives in the woods, or making up a silly madlib about the purple horse who jumped the tree. Make up the silliest story you can, don't worry about it making any sense, that's the whole fun of it!
Kids music- you can find playlists on YouTube and spotify for kids music! You can go from instrumental to learning songs like "wheels on the bus"!
Play with textures- at work we have sensory buckets for the kids. Put sand or rice or glitter in a bowl, mix in some beads, bells, cotton balls, or whatever other fun textured things you have around. Just put your hands in it and explore! Take time to touch every texture, try to focus on objects like it was your very first time seeing it!
Blanket fort- take the pillows off the couch, move your kitchen chairs around, take off your sheet if you need to! Make yourself a little oasis, snuggle up, and enjoy the small feelings!
I spy / where's Waldo games- you can play with books, apps, or even just with a friend in real life! I love to play with Star, it puts them in little space almost immediately as they frantically search for "something orange"!
Wear mismatched clothes- I've always believed that matching socks are bad luck in general, but I also think there's something about not having high fashion can help regression tons! Don't worry about the stereotypes of pigtails and overalls, wear those silly leggings and the oversized t-shirt with holes in it! Wear a sock up to your knee and one down to your ankle if that's what feels right! Clothes deserve to be a comfortable reflection of how you feel!
Remember, Littlespace is just like any other mindset. It doesn't matter what you do or don't have, as long as you're enjoying some childlike wonder again. You're just a lil kiddo! That's all it comes down to. Remind yourself that you're valid for healing your inner child and letting yourself enjoy things, you deserve to be a little angel again. Do things just because you want to, just because you're curious, just because it looks good, soft, whatever. Being a kid is learning everything for what feels like the first time no matter how many times you've learned it before. You deserve to experience things for the first time again, to relax, and to heal.
Sending love and always wishing you the best!
Pippi Saturn 💕

🍜food tips for tiny's and big's🍜
food can be a hard topic for any number of reasons, these are some tips that help me when I struggle with eating whether it be amount, nutrient value or other. Especially around the holidays food can be hard so I hope this helps somebody!
🩷set your boundaries, don't be afraid to speak up for yourself if somebody hurts your feelings or crosses your boundaries, your feelings matter!🩷
🩵don't restrict yourself, especially when sensory issues make it hard for me to eat, I ignore what I should be eating, as long as I get nutrients in my body that's important🩵
🩷smooth it out, big sensory inputs can be scary and hard to manage so what I like to do is blend veggies I like taste wise in cream and then blend it until it's a smooth sauce, then I eat it with noodles and cheese🩷
🩵a full tummy is a happy tummy, it's okay to eat, when your tummy feels all full that is a good thing! It means your body gets the food it needs, remind yourself of that🩵
🩷reward yourself, if you struggle with eating too much or too little make a chart of an amount of meals per day and every time you reach the goal give yourself a sticker and at a certain point you can get a small reward like a plushie or toy🩷
🩵 accomidate yourself however you want, if it works for you it doesn't matter what other people say, don't let anyone make you feel bad about what you are eating or how and if they try to: remember point one🩵
🩷fun plates, use plates and other dishes or cutlery that bring you joy, wether it be something related to your regression, a spin or hyperfixation doesn't matter, making meal time fun makes it much easier🩷
🩵 entertainment, I like to watch shows, listen to podcasts or call with friends to eat so I can focus on something else then the food and reduce chances of intrusive thoughts and such getting in the way of my meal time🩵
🩷mind your regression, regressing during meal time makes eating much easier for me but for others it makes it harder, do whatever works for you and dont worry about what other people do/don't do🩷

Jupiter’s Guide to Padding!
Heyo! This is my official guide to our padding preferences as a cglre relationship. Every little is different, so even though these are my top recommendations, they may not work for you (or your little).
Padding Brands:
My little loves wearing padding that feels fitting, sounds crinkly, and most importantly has strong leak guards because he definitely needs them. The brands that we use the most are Rearz, ABUniverse, and LittleForBig. For daytime use, Rearz Lil Squirts Splash are his favorite. For nightime, Rearz Alpacas with the addition of a plastic leak guard. For active wear, ABUniverse Bunny Hops. It doesn’t matter if you wear padding 24/7 or just for an hour, it is important to have comfy padding!
Padding Safety:
So now you’ve picked out your padding, but now you have to make sure that you wear it safely. As a caregiver, safety is one of my top priorities for my little. I have a collection of protective items for when it is time to change him. Even if you are a little without a caregiver, it is important to be safe when wearing padding to reduce the risk of rash, skin damage, or UTI. The list of items I use is as follows:
Johnson’s Bedtime Powder: This absorbs any wetness on your skin to make sure that it does not create diaper rash (This can be used every time you change)
Aquaphor Healing Cream: This cream will help prevent, sooth, and treat diaper rash. (If you are 24/7, this should be used once a day, preferably before bedtime. If not, this should be used only when you have diaper rash.)
Up & Up Lavender Baby Wipes: These do not have to be lavender scented, but my little loves them so of course I have to get them for him. (These should be used after every change, but if they are very messy, then they must take a shower as well.)
Arm & Hammer Munchkin Pacifier Wipes: These aren’t exactly for padding, but when my little is very smol, he like pacis and other little-related stuff. These wipes can be used on pacifiers, teethers, and other toys (the SFW kind). Anything that was in your little’s mouth should be sanitized after every use.
A Few Caregiver Reminders:
Do not force your little to wear padding if they do not want to
added stress may induce stress-regression which is abusive and harmful to your little
Make sure that your little is clean before putting new padding on
this reduces the risk of infection or rashes
If your little leaks or messes, do not be angry at them
this is unavoidable and it scares them more than it scares you
they look up to you so make sure to comfort rather than punish
Don’t be afraid to try new things!
the idea of padding may be scary at first (for a little or cg), but when done in a safe and fun way, it adds a whole new level to littlespace
Thanks for reading! I will be posting more tips and tricks soon!
See ya!

Tips for Age dysphoria
Hi kiddos! You already knew that I have age dysphoria, it means that my internal age doesn't match my body. I don't know if it's because of trauma or my autism but I have it for a long time. Sometimes it's really hard and painful so these are few tips that I use to deal with it, hope you'll find them helpful!
○ Wear oversized clothes with cartoon characters or things that make you feel tiny! Looking at the mirror and seeing a kid outfit will help you feel better!
○ If you have a bad age dysphoria day replace  your normal dishes with kids dishes! Your toothbrush with one with dinosaurs! Your glasses with sippy cups and bottles! Your socks with mismatched disney socks! Try to make your everyday life more tiny!
○ Watch kids cartoons! Instead of watching news or big TV show when I feel age dysphoria I only watch kids cartoons and I try to pick the kid that resembles me the most. So while watching I repeat something like "he's just like me! He's me!" And that make me feel so much better!
○ You can also create a visual board or fill a journal with kids from movies, cartoons or series that you think represents you the most! I usually look at mine in my journal and it's very useful and a stimming activity too!
○ Draw yourself as a kid! You can use a picture reference if you want to capture a particular that you had as a kid but the drawing doesn't have to be good! I usually draw myself next to my plushies and I make me with their same height eheh!
○ Read books aimed to a certain age! In library you can find books for different ages they even have sections for that so you can pick whatever suits your internal age!
○ Decorate your room for your younger self! Add posters! Stickers! Colorful flags and drawings! Stuffies corners! Soft blankets! A small table to draw while sitting on the floor! A drawer just for toys and onesie and your pacis! And if you need to be subtle you can also decorate under your bed or inside of your wardrobe!
I hope these tips helped you! They certainly help me feel better! If you find difficult to take care of yourself use a picture of you as a kid and do it for that version of you okay? You deserve love and kindness and happiness as everyone else, remember that! Big hugs kiddos! Have a great day/night!
Remember that you CAN like and reblog but you CAN'T repost even with credits or use the tag #mine under this post

What I Want as a Little
If I'm little and I say "I can be a big kid" I don't want you to say "okay, do whatever you want." I want you to tell me that I don't need to be anything other than your baby and that you'll take care of any big kid problems. Don't let me try to be big after I've already slipped.

Well Rileyslittlespace was definitely where I first learned about ‘sfw littlespace’ and ‘cglre’. still have that thumbnail of him in that god awful blonde ponytail clip wig and littletude onesie burned in memory. He never seemed to follow other adults even though he was atleast in his early 20s it was always 14,15,16 year olds who he’d be ‘little’ friends with. He’d even give tips on how to purchase and hide ‘regression’ stuff from your family directed to children still living in their parents homes

Hi! I was wondering if you had any advice for feeling insecure about regression? It’s really been a struggle for me and I’ve known about my regression for a few years now, but I hardly ever regress anymore because I just get too insecure over it. It’s like a subconscious block and I don’t know how to let go of it if that makes any sense. I have no idea how to get past it because I don’t have anyone to discuss it with. Any advice or reassurance is so appreciated thank you 🥺 it’s been such a struggle for too long now
I absolutely do lovey! It means so much to me that you came for advice and are recognizing that sometimes we need a bit of help ♡
The first thing I want to say is to make it clear that that is okay, we all struggle with our regression at times! Insecurity, inability, it all happens and that is perfectly alright. It'll still always be a part of who you are so don't worry! It's right there waiting for when you can go back to it (/≧◡≦)/
And here's some ideas for what you can do !! I've personally used these when struggling, and they're very helpful,,
🍨 Connecting with your inner child first! to regress, you need to be in tune with that childlike state of mind. try watching some kids shows while big, playing games you did as a child, and eating "kid" food!
🌸 Making a comfortable place for yourself! no matter if this is simply a nest of blankets, putting things over mirrors, or etc. A place where you can forget about being grown up helps loads
🍨 Don't ever ever forget that you don't have to go all the way in at the start. Simply letting yourself let go and be in a calm state of mind will still do wonders, take it slowly and remember that regression is so different for everyone <3
This is getting a bitt long so I'll leave it at that! My dms are always always open, and I do act as a big sibby in case any of you sweeties need a bit of extra help with going little ഒ˚₊
