thinkin about how great the wranglers crew would be as aunties and uncles to y/n and tyler’s baby
boone especially like that is HIS favorite little person and he’d always be getting the two of them into trouble. tyler walks into his kitchen one day and there they are, sitting in the kitchen floor eating y/n’s cookies that no one else is supposed to eat. i feel like he’d just walk away and be like “boone you are so screwed when y/n gets home”
i think aunt dani and uncle dexter probably went out/went online the second they find out y/n was pregnant and bought baby a tiny little cowboy/cowgirl hat
and kate definitely buys baby LOADS of clothes. the minute she finds out tyler and y/n are expecting, her cart is full and her credit card info is being put in. y/n’s favorite thing kate got them is a little onesie that says “tiny tornado” on it
as soon as the kid is old enough, lilly definitely teaches them how to fly a drone. she starts with small, cheap ones of course. can’t have the wranglers’ other baby getting damaged. i can picture tyler getting knocked in the head with a toy drone more than once for sure
y/n is sitting in a lawn chair one evening as she and tyler had decided to host dinner for the crew, and lilly is showing baby all the cool parts of the drone and such. lilly asks if they want to fly it and of course they say YES because, duh it’s cool
y/n then passes tyler coming out of the house as she’s going in to grab a drink, and suddenly there’s a smack and a loud groan from tyler. y/n starts to walk outside, confused, just as she hears “lilly!!” “sorry!” and sees tyler holding his temple
yeah, the wranglers would make great aunts and uncles. babysitters, though? that one’s questionable

👑Tips for littles on a budget👑
This is some tips for tinies (or carers looking for gifts for kiddos) on a budget! Of course you don't need any gear to be a good regressor but a lot of us like toys etc. and it's okay to want them!
🧸thrift stores, a lot of thrift stores have toys and plushies, sometimes they are a bit broken or dirty but there are lots of tutorials on YouTube for cleaning and restoring plushies and toys🧸
🐾e-books, you can find kids books online as e-books which are often pretty cheap or you can watch tiktoks of people reading those books🐾
🩷diy onesies, a lot of regressors like onesies but the prices are pretty steep, if you can't afford them don't fret! Its super easy and affordable to make one yourself all you need is an old t-shirt and snap buttons plus a way to attach them, just get a big t-shirt, sweatshirt or even hoodie and add 2-4 snap buttons in the crotch, boom you have a super cute and discreet onesie!🩷
🧸diy toys, there are lots of toys you can make yourself either by sewing or crafting and there's lot soft videos on YouTube for it, or get creative🧸
🐾mobile games, I love to play video games when im regressed but game consoles are expensive so free mobile games are a great alternative🐾
🩷dollar store etc, while you shouldn't rely on stores or websites that use cheap labor for everything it's okay to make exceptions every now and then, especially for toys, pacis, sippy cups and similar🩷
🧸pull ups, instead of cute printed diapers get big kid pull-ups in the baby-section or medical diapers from a drugstore, they are less then half the price of a pack of adult diapers from brands like tears etc.🧸
🐾learn to diy, making things yourself is often the most affordable thing to do, not with everything obviously but with a lot of things, learn as much stuff as you can so you can make lots of gear yourself🐾
🩷look for affordable stores, lots of paci stores on Instagram are very affordable and the ones that aren't often have sales so keep an eye out for that, lots of shops also have promoter codes they are happy for you to use, for example with my code 'bunnybab' you get a small discount at pacisbybunnie and cozypacicorner🩷
🧸buy second hand, thrift stores are a great place but if you want little specific stuff looking on vinted, swoop or even insta is a great idea! Lots of people sell gear they no longer connect with🧸

Pluto
“One more chapter, Papa?” Ivy asks.
Tommy closes the book and places it on her bedside table. “We already did one more chapter, remember?” he reminds her gently.
He knew the question had been coming, and his answer is the same every time. In the past, getting Ivy to move on would have been a bigger struggle. But they've been working on their nighttime routine for a while now, and she’s getting the hang of it. Her question, and Tommy’s answer, are both part of that routine, and he knows she finds some kind of comfort in it.
He reaches down to switch on the night-light. It’s one of those moon ones Evan saw online and had insisted they buy for her, along with those glow-in-the-dark star stickers that he’d always wanted as a kid. There are stickers everywhere in Ivy’s room, actually - and not just the nice wall decals you can find on Etsy, but the cheap shitty stickers she brings home from school or begs for every time they go to Target. There’s fairies on her bed frame that Tommy knows he’ll never be able to remove, and sticky residue all over her desk from the fire truck stickers that she’d picked off one by one instead of doing her homework. Tommy and Evan hadn’t grown up in the kind of households where kids were able to put stickers on the walls, or play with paint or glitter, or make mud pies, and every time Margaret’s eyes fall on one of Ivy’s marker covered dresses and she smiles one of her cool, polite smiles, Tommy feels a tiny flash of victory that he doesn’t bother to hide.
“What are we gonna dream about, tonight?” he asks, taking Ivy’s hands in his own. Maddie taught them this routine years ago, when they were first trying to get Ivy to sleep in a ‘big girl bed’, and it’s managed to stick.
“Unicorns,” Ivy answers quickly. It’s always unicorns, and has been for months. Tommy’s quite sure that unicorns must be in every dream she ever has, because they are ubiquitous in all of their lives now. She has a unicorn backpack with a unicorn pencil case and a unicorn lunch box, and no less than seven stuffed unicorn toys in bed with her at this very moment, tucked under the unicorn comforter where she is lying, wearing unicorn pyjamas. Even Tommy dreams of unicorns - just last night, he had to ride a unicorn into a wildfire while carrying buckets of water in both hands.
But he still closes her hand into a fist and squeezes it tight before kissing it. “Unicorn dreams it is.” He pulls her in close for a hug. “I love you to the moon and back.”
“I love you all the way to Pluto,” she says back to him, because Oliver Jeffers taught her that the moon is a one year drive away and Pluto is an eleven thousand year drive away, and Ivy is both decent at maths and eager to get the last word.
He kisses her softly on the forehead then pulls back, ready to get up and turn off the light. But Ivy tugs on his sleeve, so he crouches down next to the bed.
“What is it, baby?” he asks her.
“Do you still love Daddy to the moon and back?” she asks, her voice small.
Tommy suppresses a sigh. God, kids are perceptive.
“I still love your Daddy all the way to Pluto,” he promises, trying to reassure her.
“Why are you fighting, then?” she asks.
Tommy strokes Ivy’s hair. “Sometimes people who love each other still fight sometimes,” he explains. “Like when Bandit and Chilli built the swingy chair.”
Ivy’s face is screwed up in concentration. “And then they were happy again?”
“That’s right,” Tommy says.
She doesn’t look mollified yet, though. “Will you ever stop loving each other? Like Sarah’s mum and dad?”
“I don’t think so,” Tommy says truthfully. “There’s too many things I love about him.”
“Like how he always gets the voices right?”
Tommy laughs. Evan is very good at reading stories. It’s always seemed to come naturally to him, whereas Tommy never manages to get the voices quite right.  “Yeah, like that,” he agrees. “And how he makes me laugh all the time, and how he knows so many different things” -  he hears Ivy’s door creak slightly, and feels two sets of eyes on him now, both watching him intently - “and how he cares so much about helping other people, and how he never gives up.”
He looks up to see Evan smiling softly at him.
Tommy stands up. “It’s time to sleep, now, Ives,” he says, and this time she doesn’t protest.
“Night Papa,” she yawns sleepily, curling in on herself and hugging one of her many toy unicorns.
Tommy turns out the light as he exits the room, then grabs Evan’s hand and pulls him silently towards their own bedroom.
“Evan,” he says as soon as they enter the room, his voice quiet so that Ivy shouldn’t be able to hear them.
Evan cuts him off before he can say anything. “I’m so sorry, Tommy. I really am.”
He’s said that so many times the past few hours, ever since Tommy met him at the hospital that afternoon, and suddenly Tommy feels so guilty for making him feel like he has to say it.
Tommy pulls him closer, puts a hand on the small of his back and another on his shoulder, as though they’re going to dance instead of talk. “I know, love.”
“You- you know I love you and Ivy more than anything; that I always want to come home to you.” His right hand is clenched tightly, and Tommy grabs it and unfurls it gently, running a thumb over the fingernail marks Evan has unwittingly left there.
“Evan,” Tommy says again, and finally Evan stops and looks at him. “You don’t have to apologise. I’m sorry I made you feel like you do. This is my fault, not yours.”
“No, but I - I keep doing this dangerous shit, and-”
Tommy doesn’t like to cut Evan off. But he doesn’t like watching him beat himself up either, so the decision isn’t hard.
“You can’t help it,” he says firmly. Because he’s figured it out.
It was an old habit he’d fallen into, a retread of the arguments they’d had early on in their relationship, when Evan just couldn’t seem to get it into his head how important he was to Tommy. How he didn’t get to sacrifice himself anymore, because he had someone who needed him, who was waiting for him at home.
Instinctively, when Tommy had gotten Bobby’s call today, he’d assumed that it was the same thing, that Evan had forgotten about it again, and to be honest, it had hurt. That they still weren’t enough.
But he’d realised his mistake when he was getting Ivy ready for bed that night. When she’d run from the bathroom to her bedroom after he’d clearly told her not to, and had slipped to the ground because her socks hadn’t had enough grip.
“It’s about performance, not knowledge,” Ivy’s occupational therapist had explained to Tommy and Evan once, shortly after they'd found out that she has ADHD. “She knows exactly what she’s meant to do, and if she could do it, she would.” It was why explaining the rules to Ivy has never really worked, because she already knows them all. She knows she isn’t meant to call out in class, or snatch toys away from other children, or go to the bathroom without asking the teacher - she just doesn’t have the impulse control to stop herself.
And Evan knows that he needs to come home to Tommy and Ivy. If he could stop himself from going ‘full-Buck’, he would.
Which is why it’s Tommy who should be apologising.
He moves his thumb in little circles against Evan’s shoulder, knowing that Evan finds the movement soothing. “You didn’t do anything wrong. It’s just how your brain works.”
Evan’s breath catches a little, and Tommy doesn’t know if it's relief or something else until he speaks. “I don’t know how to stop it,” he says.
Tommy brings him close, squeezing him tighter. “You don’t have to, love,” he says, heart aching at the words. “I’m sorry I made you feel that way.” He leans back again, and places his fingers under Evan’s chin. “I love your brain.”
Evan leans forward, and rests his head against Tommy’s shoulder. “Just my brain?” he asks.
Tommy pretends to consider it. “I guess your spleen is pretty great, too.”
Something for @bucktommypositivityweek. I know it's a day late now, but this one is for Day 1 - What they both love about each other.

cheap stores to find agere objects!
in person
dollar stores
often in dollar stores you can find a specific baby section with low-priced baby objects! though sometimes there are objects that only specifically babies can use, there are some agere friendly objects as well!! some of the things you can usually find here are:
- teethers
- sippy cups
- baby powders / lotions
- bath toys
- baby toys / blocks / rings
- stuffed animals
- hair bows / accessories
- rattles
- off-brand bigger kid toys
- colouring books + crayons
2. walmart , target, etc
though this can be less cheap than places such as dollar stores, there’s often either more options or more on-brand objects here. here you can find toys and themed objects for kids from popular tv shows, or branded stuffed animals. there’s a variety of options for many different agere age ranges! some of the things you can usually find here are:
- baby bottles ( be careful of the teet )
- sippy cups / themed sippy cups
- kid cups
- teddy bears / stuffed animals ( of shows and other popular brands )
- dolls / barbies / trucks / etc
- bigger kid toys & popular brand toys
- baby lotion / powder / oil
- baby food ( either the squeeze type / liquid or puffs! )
- teethers / ice teethers
- pacifiers ( i wouldn’t recommend, they will hurt your teeth ! )
- security blankets
- kids plates
- baby / kids books
online
etsy
etsy can be tricky! a lot of the time there are shops that aren’t sfw, which isn’t always comfortable or available for minors under the age of 18! if you’re uncomfortable with that, make sure to add ‘ sfw ‘ and ‘ agere ‘ to your searches, aswell as checking description boxes of either the listing or the shop in specific. also watch the shipping on certain listings as they can be very expensive ! some of the things i often find myself searching for and you can find here are:
- adult bottles with adult nipples ( this means that you can use them without hurting your teeth as much! ) / these can also be themed towards shows and characters aswell as have themes in general!
- adult pacifiers ( these can also hurt your teeth much less and are safer to use! )
- baby hat / mitt / boots in adult size
- adult onesies
- baby sensory cubes
- sensory objects ( chewies, sensory books, fidget toys, etc! )
- adult diapers / training pants ( make sure to be extra careful with brands if you’re uncomfortable with not sfw shops!! also, make sure to be very careful with sizes as sometimes these can be sized weird. )
- adult length pacifier clips
- adult sized bibs
- bloomers
- rattles & stuffed animals
2. amazon
amazon is a limited place for specific agere products but it has a wide variety for baby products in general! not only this, but their shipping is often very discreet and also fast + inexpensive! keep in mind shops that aren’t sfw again if you’re uncomfy with that! some shops that are popularly available on amazon are: LFB, rearz, landofgenie, etc. some products you can find here are:
- adult onesies
- adult pacifiers
- adult bottles
- adult bibs
- sippy cups + cutlery, plates, cups, etc
- stuffed animals, rattles + sensory
- adult diaps / cloth diaps
- teethers / ice teethers
- baby powder/lotion
- bibs
- adult pacifier clips
- fidget toys / toys / dolls, fandom/theme plushies + toys
- footed jammies
- changing pads
- overalls
- colouring books
- play tents
- mobiles + crib accessories
- DS + DS games
- leapfrog toys
- accessories ( ex: boys, headbands, clips, necklaces, etc )
- bubble bath / bath toys
- night lights
- long socks / paw socks
3. aliexpress
make sure to be careful here!! you can find most things that you’d be able to on amazon here, but make sure whatever you buy has reviews!! if not, it’s easy to get scammed. not only this, but it takes a long time to ship!
4. shein
shein is probably the most limited out of these options! you can find more discreet things here rather than more open things! some things you can find here + what to search for to find them are:
- onesies! i often use the words ‘ bodysuit / t-shirt bodysuit ‘
- cute water bottles!! sometimes you can find sippy cups here but they take a bit of searching for! ‘ cute water bottle / kids water bottle / sippy cup ‘ usually work!
- thigh / knee high socks!
- overalls
- nightlights
- fidget toys / stuffed animals

Recommendation for baby regressors
This is mostly geared towards closeted regressors, but can helpful for anyone!
If you want baby toys but are worried about keeping them discreet or if they’re too expensive, I’d highly recommend fidget toys instead. They are a great alternative, and they wouldn’t have to be hidden.  Because many are designed to stimulate the senses, they function similarly to baby toys, making noises, having interesting shapes and colors, etc.
Fidgets can also be purchased in bulk or varitey packs online for fairly cheap. Obviously, the quality won’t be as good, but they might be more accessible/easier to replace than traditional baby items. But make sure to be safe with them! Many fidgets cannot go in your mouth, so if that’s a concern, make sure to get child safe ones, or to not use these in the first place. Anyway, here are my recommendations:
Slime/Putty/Play-Doh
Fidget dodecagon/cube
Pop-its/simple dimple
Stress ball
Mochi
Articulated fidgets
Chewlery
Tangle
Wacky Track
Gloobles
Water timer
Busy Board
Pop tubes
Water snake
Hope this helps someone! Happy regressing!

Do you have any tips for buying/hiding littlegear or petre gear?
I have a few!! Good luck with this, friend!
Buying:
I was able to start collecting gear when I was pretty young, because my parents got me my own bank account at 13 and became uninterested in my purchases not long after. That's probably not the case for you, so my buying advice won't all necessarily be based on experience! If you can order things online though, Amazon has pacifiers and stuff for really cheap, and Etsy is usually pretty good, too!
Assuming you're able to go to in person stores alone, most of them have sippy cups, teethers and bottles for pretty cheap (especially dollar stores)!! I don't recommend pacifiers for babies because those aren't comfortable and can hurt your teeth! This is also a good way to get pet or kid toys!!
If you struggle with opportunities to be in stores, make up excuses like needing craft supplies for school or pet treats/toys if you have pets! If your people like to accompany you into stores, maybe saying something about how you want to try being more independent will work.
If your people are nosey about what you purchase, buying something else along with your gear, putting the gear in your backpack or something similar, throwing away your receipt, and only showing them the other item(s) can be a good cover! This also works for online purchases, as long as they arrive at the same time/in the same box!!
Hiding:
My favorite place to hide things was definitely behind the books on my bookshelves!! You can also store things in a container that implies something else is in there (ie boardgame box, jewelry box etc)! Another popular location is inside of a closet depending on how much space is in there! Closets are especially helpful for hiding bigger toys (again, depending on the size) if your people don't approve of you having stuff like that!
If your people are s u p e r nosey, inside of a vent is not somewhere people usually think to check, if your vent covers come off (mine did). If any of your pillows have zippers, that's a good place to hide fabric things like pet collars! Generally beds can obscure or hold things better than you'd think! Under pillows is an easy location if you and your people don't typically move them, but I'd consider that as a temporary location more than anything else.
That's all I got! I hope at least some of this stuff can help you out!! Good luck!

Older moms Lexa sits down in her rocking chair while she watches Clarke and her kids set up the twins nursery. Lexa gets emotional as she sees all the old furniture they used for her two older kids when they were babies now being put up again for her twins
It's been a bit more than a decade since Lexa saw these pieces of furniture. Hidden away in the attic and the garage, she had forgotten they were even there. If she hadn't, she might have had given them away or sold them for cheap online.
She is so happy she never did.
They are old and grimmy now, Clarke and the kids having spent an entire weekend sanding and repainting them. And now here they are, painted white, new hardware installed. It's like staring back at the past.
She never imagined herself here again. Sitting innher old rocking chair that Clarke so excitedly bought when Lexa was pregnant with Aden, so proud of herself that Lexa couldn't even bring herself to be mad about the money she spent on it. The one that unabled her to survive those nights where Madi refused to sleep, attached to Lexa's bossom as a way to bring herself some comfort as she rocket her in the chair.
The changing table that saw so many diaper blow-outs and tears and screams. The dresser that will once again hold all those tiny clothes Lexa used to look at and wonder how her babies had ever fit in those.
And it feels so special to see her kids, no longer babies, closer to young adults now, but forever and ever her babies, helping their mom reassemble the furniture, knowing once it was being built for them. They talk excitedly about the twins arrival, about wanting to help, about playing with them, about showing them around their high school. The way Clarke's eyes have that twinkle again, the anticipation of seeing their babies and being able to provide them with a safe and beautiful nursery to sleep in.
She rocks gently in the chair, her back killing her as the babies move around, kicking her and each other. And she is excited. Everything is different and yet everything is still exactly the same. Times changes, she's older, Clarke is older. Their kids are older. There is no longer a toddler asking her about his baby sister. There are two teenagers bossing her around, to stay put, stay sitted. Two teenagers so over the moon for their little baby siblings. Clarke still smiles the same when she wakes up next to Lexa, she caresses her bump the same way. Her voice is slightly raspier, but she still foes the same baby voice when speaking to their unborn twins. The furniture is the same, it might have new paint, new clothes, new toys, new diapers but it is the same one they bought as first time moms, so overjoyed with the prospect of their little boy arriving.
And Lexa.... Lexa might not be the same. She sometimes fears she is too different, to detached from the newborn mom life to do it again. But then she feels them move, sees them in the ultrasound, groans with the same annoyance when they refuse to let her sleep and its all the same as it was before.
They'll manage it again. Oh so diffently than they did last time. But with the exact same love.

Fun 'Little' Activities for Playing At Home!
Run out of fun ideas for entertaining your little one, adult baby, or regressed subby partner? Here are some very quick and easy at-home activities that'll make almost any Little feel extra cute, regressive, and happy!
Treasure map: hide an object (like a stuffie, key to their cage, or diapee change) and leave a ridiculously convoluted set of clues. Make a treasure map, give riddles, make something cute and fun and I guarantee your little one will remember it for ages! The more complicated and silly, the better! Maybe it's a map to "mommy cove" or "the dead pirate snugglebeard's" lost treasure! Have fun with this!
COLOR MATCHING! This is easy: use any colored markers, pens, or pencils to make a nice long list of colors... and send your little out to find matches. Perfect gray rock, little one! Aww the red of your apple isn't quite the right fit, go look for something else red! Seriously... it's a short and simple activity to set up but leaves the little feeling special, cute, and blushy for their caregiver! Plus... it's silly little fun!
PAPER AIRPLANE CONTEST! EVEN IF it's just you two alone, make it fun! Tape a landing zone goal on the ground across the apartment, give your little a sticker for the "best designed" paper airplane, see whose can go further... and then help your little win, so they feel cute and pandered to and adorable! You'll notice them making lots and lots of paper airplanes for weeks after, because it made them feel so cute and special and little!
"Kid" science projects: from the baking soda volcano to growing your own rock candy, it's all available online, will make your little one feel silly but cute, and let them indulge their curious, wondrous little side a bit! Extra points if it's something really fun like the rock candy or something new and cool they've never seen before!
Biodegradable bird feeders: from orange peels to larger veggies, you can make a simple bowl or small bird feeder that's biodegradable and isn't a commitment to keeping a permanent bird feeder. BUT... since it's biodegradable and cheap, you won't mind if your cute little one goes a bit crazy and makes 3, or 4, and excitedly points out every bird that stops for a nibble. If you need extra detailed instructions, just look up biodegradable feeders or 'orange peel birdfeeder' and you'll get plenty of online advice!
Pool (or bath) party! By which I mean things like issuing craft supplies to make a cute boat out of a pool noodle, or letting your little cut up a sponge to make it a cute animal shape, or let the little one specially decorate and color on a favorite pool/ bath toy for them to play with at bath time! It's even more fun if you can enjoy a little VERY MINOR splashing and playing in the water.
MAZES! Well, drawing them at least. Have you and your little sit down and draw a maze for the other person... extra points if the big uses nice fine pencils and pens and the silly little only gets thick markers and crayons! Maybe even a competition: who can finish the other one's first! And obviously: no cheating!
Kink bucket list! Have the little and/or caregiver make a fun list of neat activities, kink included, they've always wanted to do and make a goal to check one off the list every month! Maybe it's very 'mature' like a daddydom wanting to make their little one climax with no touching... or maybe it's cute and silly, like wanting to take a little to the zoo with pullups under their big boy/big girl clothes! Regardless... it's never too early to start ticking things off your list!
There's no time like today for making your little feel loved and cute and regressive and special. And there is generally nobody that your little one wants to play with more than their caregiver! So have fun, let yourself be cute and silly right along with them, and as always...
Stay Happy, Stay Healthy, and Stay Kinky!

Man, it’s not the fact that there are people who homeschool that bothers me; it’s that there’s this growing movement on social media that homeschooling parents are objectively better than parents who send their kids to public school, that you’re a negligent parent if you can’t feasibly make homeschooling work for your kids, that if you’re worried about family expenses, the dad is morally obligated to work 80+ hours a week while the kids eat shitty, cheap food and only wear hand-me-downs from yard sales so the mom can stay home and homeschool.
These weird-ass trads are posting online all, “Anyone who says they can’t make homeschooling work is just making excuses! We live on one factory worker’s income, and we make it work because we don’t selfishly indulge in luxuries! We don’t buy snacks at the grocery store, we don’t own a TV, we give our babies Tupperware bins and wooden spoons to play with instead of wasting money on frivolous toys, we never go to the movies or go on trips! The problem is that modern parents just aren’t willing to give up lavish conveniences for the sake of their children!” And yes, I’ve seen Facebook comments saying all of these things, lmao.
Like I’m sorry, but if you have to go out of your way to actively force your kids to live in poverty all for the sake of not sending them to public school, they’re going to grow up resenting you. They’re not going to appreciate being stuck at home all the time with nothing to eat, nothing to play with, nowhere to go, and never having their dad around. Having toys to play with and (good) things to watch and (healthy) snacks to eat aren’t “luxuries” for kids; those things are actually necessary for their growth and wellbeing! Kids benefit from going out in public to watch movies and go to museums and the like, actually!
And before someone comes after me for bullying homeschool parents, this clearly isn’t applying to all parents who choose to homeschool. If it’s what’s best for their kids, and they’re able to feasibly make it work, then great! But I’m just not liking this growing trend of trads insisting your moral obligation as a parent is to raise your kids in substandard conditions like you’re medieval peasants when it’s avoided by making a couple sacrifices against the ~ideal trad lifestyle~ if the finances just aren’t there.
Also, why aren’t these people upset that they feel like parents “should” give up these supposed “luxuries” for their kids? Like instead of noting that a lot of parents can’t homeschool because of finances and promoting societal changes that can help negate this reality, their solution is to instead declare that all families should adopt an impoverished lifestyle, or else the parents are just indulgent and selfish? What a winning argument to convince parents to homeschool. 🙃

Hello! I want to get fun gear for my dreaming but 1. My parents will judge me and 2. I can’t find anything I like at Dollar Tree. Any tips for what to do about either of those? 🚀🧸⭐️🌈🖍️
hello! i hope you don’t mind my answering this publicly, i figure other people could potentially add some other tips!!
🌙 try getting something more discreet! plushies are typically a good option since they can be for everyone of all ages! there are also things like adult coloring books and stim toys! also, try using little themed items like colored socks, baby lotion, and
🌙 look at online shops! amazon typically has cheap stuff if you can get it or have prime! if not, there are other shops like etsy and such that sell cute stuffed animals, clothes, books and etc for cheap!
🌙 if you can’t find anything online or are unable to make online purchases, rather than dollar tree you could go to stores like five below or cheaper places in the mall if you have one near you! you should be able to find cheap and discreet childlike items to help with your dreaming, like cute journals and stationary, books, plushies, games and stim toys, and such.
🌙 if you manage to find things like pacifiers and obvious child items that you like and are able to buy, i’d suggest keeping only one or two of them and hiding them in things like your pillowcase or a shoebox! that way you can use them discreetly without anyone finding them or questioning you.
i hope any of these help!! i’m honestly not sure what else i could suggest but if anyone else has any ideas to help this kiddo that would be amazing!!! i’m sorry you’re not able to dream freely and in peace, but one day you will, i promise!!! i’m wishing you the best of luck!!

regarding your comment on post (/) 723687963758886912: beanie hunting is only expensive if you go online to do it. the antique & thrift stores are where you get them cheap. i get hauls of ~10 for 7 to 10 dollars at my local thrift store. which is why i have 90 something of them excluding dupes but thats neither here or there
For those following along at home, here's the post: https://www.tumblr.com/beanbagbuddies4life/723687963758886912/pov-you-have-9-new-friends-if-anyone-says-bean In which i said "If anyone says bean hunting is an expensive hobby, spit on them: this is a $15 haul and 5 of them have tags" (I bought 9 Beanies total)
And true it is expensive online!! Beanies retail for $7 (and basically have since their inception) so if you're trying to buy NWT online it'll universally be AT LEAST $7 + shipping. Of course beans that aren't new are less, but they still orbit around that $7 mark. And, of course, there are still people who think that retired Beanie Babies are worth money. So If you've never been Bean hunting, a collection of 100 Beanies might look like over $700 worth of toys. I don't know if the conception that Beanie collections are valuable is as widespread as it used to be, but I can see why someone might think that.
Thrift stores near me often sell beans in bags of 3-5 for $2-6 each. I'm pretty surprised if I ever have to pay more than $2 per plush. Which is why it's so common to see collections of well over 100... lol.
This is all to say that if you spend time oogling Beanies online, consider a trip to some local thrift shops or garage sales and chances are you'll find Beanies at less than half the cost they were!! If you want a big collection it's probably much more attainable than you think!
