The stillness of the morning is disrupted by the soft moans and whimpers. You sat clad in one of Hyunjin’s long shirts- his artist shirt- the buttons almost undone, your tits exposed for him. It was clear why couples enjoyed wearing each other's clothes. Did all of them get aroused like Hyunjin or was he just horny 24/7 you couldn’t tell, but then again you were not complaining either.
“What are you thinking about sweetheart?” Hyunjin asked, his morning voice breaking you from your monologue. “Thinking of how you ended up on my lap, grinding on my cock before eight in the morning? Hmm?” His shameless words made your face warm, your cheeks dusting pink.
You had been the first to wake up that day feeling chilly as you both lay naked under the duvet, limbs all tangled. Your boyfriend is still fast asleep. It was too compelling to stay in bed but you decided against it untangling yourself from Hyunjin you placed a soft kiss on his cheek before exiting the bedroom his long shirt in hand. The coffee machine hummed to life as you prepared coffee for the two of you. Hyunjin was busy looking at his phone when you re-enter the room. “Morning baby, did you make coffee alr-” His words are cut off as he sees you standing at the foot of the bed. The sunlight that seeps from the gaps of the window blinds accentuates the shape of your body when you step in its path, placing the coffee mugs on the bedside table.
He couldn't stop himself from grabbing your arms and pulling into bed. Again. You giggle in the process making him put on his signature smirk. After he successfully propped you on his lap, your legs on either side of him, he took a moment to take you in. Bare-faced, hair slightly a mess, and in his clothes. He couldn't take his eyes off your raw beauty.
“Pretty baby, you’re wearing my shirt,” he stated, you nodding along and acknowledging his observation. “You look good….” He said placing his head in the crook of your neck and sighing slightly, his warm breath tickling you.
“Jinnie…..” you breathed, as he bit the soft skin of your neck before kissing it and moving to mark the skin behind your ear.
You moaned, one hand placed on the nape of his neck the other on his chest gently prying him off your neck to meet his brown eyes. The long-haired man was still very much naked sans the duvet. His sleepiness was almost gone, eyes now glazed over with lust and adoration. Without another word, he placed his lips on yours guiding you in a passionate yet soft kiss. The coffee was forgotten on the table.
As his lips moulded with yours and kept you distracted-somewhat- Hyunjin began undoing the top buttons of the shirt, exposing your body to the early breeze in the room. He placed searing kisses on your lips and kissed his way from your lips to your jugular, your collarbone the top of your chest. Your sweet gasps edged him on and as your squirmed on his lap the duvet fell off, goosebumps raisin on his body because of the cold. You were sitting atop his bare cock now.
“Feel me baby?” he asked taking your hands from his shoulder and placing them on his crotch between your bodies. “Do you feel how hard I am? You do this to me? Mmh … god.” he whispered, groaning into your ears as he persuaded you to palm him. His kisses were desperate and messy. You held onto his shaft feeling how warm and heavy he was in your hand before slowly stroking him to full hardness. Hyunjin groaned into your neck as he held you close, arm around your waist. Even with the limited space you pumped him the best you could, collecting spit on your palm as lube which he rewarded with a kiss, hip bucking into your hands as he slipped his tongue into your mouth.
He could not take it for long, a few minutes of you stroking he was a whimpery moaning mess at the peak of pleasure. Sensitive from waking up now Hyunjin had his girl in his clothes gripping and touching his dick the big shirt slipping down her shoulder exposing one of her breasts. He came with a loud groan, biting your shoulder as you looked at him through your lashes and smiled. Hyunjin gasped as he saw you lick your hands clean with the most innocent expression.
His deep breath filled the room for a few seconds before he took you by surprise and began kissing your tits.
“Ah-h. H-Hyunjin..” a broken moan leave you as the man took your right nipple into his mouth using his tongue to stimulate it before sucking on the hardened bud. The sensation maddening, you writhed on top of him. He knew how to rile you up how sensitive your pretty nipples were, always hard from his touch.
“Stay still baby.” he tutted as he gave the same affection to your unattended breast. Your moans consumed him as he placed kisses along your torso reaching skin as much as his neck would allow in that position. What he could not touch with his lips his slender fingers aided. Fluttering touches on your inner thigh contrast with his bruising grip on your waist. You cried out as his fore and middle finger slowly entered you, thumb circling your clit.
The sting subsided as his fingers slowly worked you open. Hyunjin had steady hands from being an artist a watercolor master at that. He stroked your insides with the same gentleness he used to control his brush. His fingers maintained a steady pace your pussy making a squelching sound in the otherwise quiet room.
“Hyun… Hyunnie please..” you whined moving your hips in tandem. Hyunjin released your waist and he leaned back on one hand to look at you desperately moving on his fingers.
“Oh pretty.... look at you. Fucking yourself on my fingers wanna come?” he teased your thumb rubbing small precise figures on your swollen clit.
You nodded with an 'mmph' as he started to scissor his fingers.
“No please.” you moaned as he pulled it out completely bringing his fingers into his mouth sucking your wetness off.
Your breath was ragged as you watched him. Hyunjin frantically undid the rest of the buttons on his shirt slipping it off, your naked body on his now. You brought your hands to cover yourself but he stopped you. “What have I told you about covering yourself in front of me? hmm?” he asked holding both your hands behind you as he adjusted your body slipping his cock into your cunt with his other palm.
You moaned and Hyunjin sighed at the feeling of him entering you. He used his free hand to bring your face to his kissing your lips. “Jinnie… move..” you whispered trying to wriggle your hands free from his hold and move your hips. Hyunjin chuckled before thrusting up into you, entering deeper.
“Ngh..ah” the angle was too much the curve of his shaft perfectly nudging your soft spot making you whine.
“Oh baby, you feel so warm….” Hyunjin said hips picking up speed as he pushed himself in and out of your pussy. The sound of skin slapping and moans made an erotic symphony as you arched your back. Hyunjin rested his forehead on your sternum hips unfaltering as they thrusted into you.
“Hyun- I’m gonna…. please I want to come?” you told him. He released your hands as he used both of his to hold onto your body fucking you onto his cock. Your hips met his halfway as you held onto his shoulder finger gripping his hair and pushing his face into the crook of your neck.
“You gonna come beautiful? You clos- ...oh god you're squeezing me…” he said biting the skin of your neck before gripping your chin and shoving his tongue into your mouth muffling your sounds. His fingers moved to gently press your clit.
“Come for me angel, I wanna see you lose yourself on me.” his words were like affirmations your pussy obliged soon finishing on his dick. He followed all broken moans and stuttering hips.
You rested your forehead on his as the two of caught your breath. “Well, the coffee is cold now,” Hyunjin said breaking the atmosphere and you giggled. He kissed your lips once, twice, once more before you stopped him.
“I need to wash up.” you said sitting straighter hands locked behind his neck.
“Good idea. I’ll eat you out in the shower.” Hyunjin said throwing the duvet farther before getting up.
“What?! No Hyunjin! Put me down!!” you yelped as he carried you out of the bedroom. You wriggled your feet as he landed a soft slap on your ass laughing maniacally.
The birds chirped outside as the sun’s scattered rays entered the room. The two of you entered the bathroom shutting the door. Hyunjin pushed you into the shower cabin. It was his day off and Hyunjin did not plan on using it to rest. What a great morning!

coffee; dostoevsky, f.
↪︎ fluff, established relationship, soft fyodor.
↪︎ 365 words.
↝ summary: you drink coffee with your lover.

You start out by grinding the coffee beans. After you tamp it, insert the portal filter in the machine and place a cup under it, you take another portal filter and repeat the process. Afterwards you froth some milk and pour it in one of the cups, making a heart with the milk's foam. You feel proud of yourself for getting better at making latte art in just a couple weeks. While humming a tune you heard on social media, you pour water on the other cup and then place both of them on a tray, setting them aside temporarily while you clean everything up.
Once you're done, you grab the tray and walk towards the small balcony of your apartment. You set the tray on a small table, next to a dark haired man. He seems lost on thought, only reacting when he hears your soft footsteps behind him.
Even though winter is days away, the temperature of Saint Petersburg proves to be unforgiving of those not accustomed to it. "Those" clearly referring to you as even while wearing multiple layers of clothing, you could clearly feel the chilly weather creep up your spine and causing you to shiver. The man next to you chuckles.
"Is my suffering entertaining for you?"
"Not at all. Although, we could go back inside if you're feel too cold."
While he does say it with genuine concern, you can feel a hint of playfulness in his voice.
"You're not even wearing socks! How are you not cold?" You whine.
Fyodor laughs softly.
"I was born in Moscow. Winters there are much colder than this." He takes the latte and takes a sip. "Besides, I grew up here. I got used to it as a child." You did not know that. Your hand reaches out to get the remaining cup.
A comfortable silence falls between you. It lasts long enough for both of you to finish your coffees.
"I wonder if our children will like the cold."
His head is turned away from you so you can't see his expression, though you're pretty sure the pink tint on his cheeks isn't caused by the sun.
"I hope they do."

i hc fedya as a latte girly.

Warnings: dark elements, noncon, age gap, gaslighting, manipulation, other dark elements. Proceed with caution. (short!reader)
Note: Please let me know what you think as it helps me a lot with ideas and I love interacting with you all.
Part of The Club AU
Your alarm wakes you at the usual time. You're still achy but functioning. At first, you're disoriented, still unused to your new, albeit, temporary home. You rub your hips and stand, groaning as you find the muscles in your back looser than usual.
You sift through the bag of clothes Lloyd got for you and pull on the thin blue robe with white lilies. The hallway is silent as you listen through the door, unsure what to do next. You need to start your day, you can't miss any more work.
You emerge quietly and tiptoe downstairs. You make your way to the kitchen, its high ceiling making it feel even larger. You near the silver coffee machine on the sleek white counter and examine the many buttons
You find a bag of coffee in the cupboards and measure out the overpriced grinds. You'll have to do some shopping on your way home, you'd hate to take what isn't yours. It won't hurt to keep a list of what you owe.
You set the machine to grind and leave it. The coffee will be enough to get you out the door. You go back upstairs and find an outfit to wear to work; a pair of burgundy capris and a fluttery sleeved tee shirt with a watermelon print.
You take your time in the bathroom cleaning up. The odds and ends Lloyd gathered for you don't really help much, you at least have a tooth brush and your comb. You finish up and wonder if you might not be able to barter a few more things from Johnny. Just the thought of seeing him makes you nervous. Maybe not, probably best to just start over.
You still can't believe it's over. There's a gnawing in your chest that says it doesn't have to be. That sore spot in your cheek quickly chases it away. No, he hit you. You always said you wouldn't stay with any man who would do that.
You return to the kitchen, the aroma of coffee luring you back. Lloyd surprises you as he stands at the counter, pouring a cup as a satin robe hangs from his shoulders. He turns and you gasp at the open front. He's shamelessly half-hard as he faces you and takes a deep gulp.
"Uh, morning," you keep your eyes on his face.
"Mmm, good coffee," he grits through his dry throat.
"Good to hear," you chime and cross to the counter, taking down a mug of your own and filling it. "I'll buy you more to make up for what I used--"
"Don't bother," he grumbles as he rubs his eye socket, "we have our arrangement."
You hesitate and wet your mouth with a taste of the coffee. You look across the kitchen rather than at him. You swallow, "is that... I don't know if--"
"Look around, hot stuff, I don't need money or an extra bag off coffee," he scoffs, "and what I want, you can give me."
"Mm," you clamp your lips together, "well, I'm just going to finish this and go to work," you lift your mug, "I'll have to figure out how long the commute is so I can get back into it."
"Right. So responsible," he sneers, "I somehow respect it and despise it."
You look at him as he turns to you. His robe ripples as you see him bobbing at the bottom of your vision. You put your mug down and grab his robe, closing it and tying the belt snugly.
"Chilly in here," you say.
"Really?" He arches a brow.
"Like I said, work."
"What time?"
"Should be there for eight--"
"No, what time are you getting back?"
"I... probably five or--"
"Right, you walk in and I want you naked before you get to your room."
"Hmm?" You blanch.
"I'm gonna be carrying around these blue balls all day waiting so don't fuck around," he points at you, "now say 'thank you.'"
"Thank you? For?"
"For not bending you over right now," he says as if it's obvious, "I'm not a patient man, but damn if the pussy isn't worth the wait."
You squint and step back, picking your cup up again, "do you always have to be so... crass?"
"Well, honey cunt, that's who I am. The double L is for Long and loud. I'm sure you can confirm the veracity of that," he winks.
You have to keep from letting out a disgusted noise, instead draining half your cup. You are entirely unprepared for any of this, most of all him. Somehow, you know the day isn't going to go any faster knowing he's waiting on you to get back.
🍑
The normalcy of work welcomes you back. The little problems of the kids and the demands of finicky parents at drop-off keeps you on your toes. It's almost enough to make you forget all the turmoil of your after hours existence.
You sit with the kids for pick up and see them off one by one. Carol helps tidy up the play area as you go through the closing list. Naptime and the end of the day are the only quiet moments you get in this place.
You say goodbye to your coworkers and break off from Nina as you go to your own car. You throw your bagbin the passenger's seat and start the engine, reversing out and slowly pulling onto the street. You steer out onto the adjoining avenue but have to keep from taking your usual route.
You grab your phone and look at your trip to work and hit reverse. You still need the extra help finding your way. You ignore the notifications from the unknown number in your inbox. Not hard to guess who.
You turn onto the next street and hear a woop as a siren flashes red in your rearview. Shit.
You pull over and stare in the side mirror. You know it's him before he even steps out. Fuck, fuck, fuck. What do you do? You see a few parents walking with wagons and kids on foot… witnesses.
You hit your messages and cringe at the sight that pop up with the first chat. Lloyd's recognizable even with his head out of frame. Alright, that's the last thing you're thinking of.
You hit the little phone icon in the corner and let it dial as you lock the screen. You drop it on the seat and roll down your window as Johnny approaches. You reach over to find your insurance and license.
"You know why I pulled you over?" He bends to sneer above the window.
"N-no, officer," you murmur and hold out your license.
He wraps his hand around yours and squeezes until you whimper. You try to pull away but he clings to you, "this isn't fucking over."
You gulp, fighting to wriggle free. He's too strong. You whine, "please, Johnny–"
"That's Officer Storm," he snarls as he lets you go, "saw you on your phone. That's a fine." He checks out your license and insurance, "let me run this."
"You know you don't have to do that–"
"Shut the fuck up," he barks and puts his hand on the handle of his nightstick, "don't start resisting. That's obstruction."
You snap your mouth shut and sit back, "okay, sir."
You lower your head as he struts away with a laugh. You cautiously tilt your phone a light up the screen, you see the call time ticking. You hope Lloyd is listening, and if he is, you pray he'll do something.

WIP Wednesday: Chihaya
A/N: I started this on Wednesday, so it still counts. Meet Eto's daughter, and also here's Eto having a bit of a relapse of Not Coping with being a parent.
Rain patters down outside, making the city outside the windows look like a fuzzy photo. Hopefully, Mom isn't getting soaked out there. Chihaya takes a deep breath and rubs one heel against her braided anklet, slowly, back and forth, taking in the soft-firm, smooth, patterned texture.
It's not as comforting as usual.
Mom is having drinks with Naki and Miza, they know her, she tells herself.
She buries her hands in the folds of her dress, working the fabric slowly, gently, between her fingertips. It's soft. Warm with her body heat. (She feels a bit chilly suddenly, despite it being summer.)
Mom's been out later than this before, she reminds herself. (It helps less than it should.)
Although it's summer-weight fabric, her dress has a top part like a sleeveless hoodie, and the hood has picked up the smell of her coffee-scented shampoo (a warm, sweet, swaying kind of scent). She gathers the hood up and brings it to her face.
In.
Hold.
Out.
A car groans to stop outside the apartment building.
There's a patter of footsteps, an unsteady, off rhythm under the sound of the rain. The door clacks and clunks open. Mom's scent fills the air, along with the click of an umbrella folding up... and the sharp but sickly-sweet scent of wine.
Ew. What do adults see in it?
Still, despite how her nose wrinkles at the smell, warmth fills her chest to see Mom home. Mom leans her umbrella up against the wall in the genkan, dripping onto the tile. She sits on the cubby for shoes, which they use for towel-rags instead (and sometimes for guests' shoes), and starts toweling her feet dry with one hand.
"Hey there, kiddo," Mom says, voice slow and scratchy, reaching out with the other hand.
Mom waits with her hand a centimeter-ish away. Chihaya leans into the offered hand, and Mom ruffles her hair. This close, there's little bit of the salt tang of sweat along with the irritating scent of wine and the scent of Mom (old books, very sugary coffee, apple pastries), and the not-smell of rainwater. (If nothingness had a smell, it would be rainwater.)
"Welcome home, Mom," she says.
Mom smiles at her, but it's as watery as the rain, and even though Mom carefully avoids eye contact, she can see Mom's eyes are like the thick, cloudy sky.
Oh no.
Mom walks unevenly to the kitchen. Chihaya can hear the cupboard, the sink and the clink of glass (and Mom fumbling a little, not confident like usual).
Ah. Too much wine. Time for the Comfort Blanket.
She rummages in the cramped hall closet, past the mop, the vacuum and the towels, pushing the sewing machine over a little with her foot to get further in. Her fingers land on a familiar texture - soft, a bit worn in places, with the smooth fabric Mom stitched over the edges (and broke at least three sewing machine needles against her fingers). It unfolds partway as she pulls it out, showing a little bit of the picture of fluffy white-and-black owls watching over their nestlings against the green fabric.
As she pulls her head out of the closet, she distantly hears Mom make a noise that begins as a snarl and ends as a sob. There's a thump from the living room. A sob that rises to a held-back scream.
Another thump and the tumble of a stack of books being kicked over.
Yikes. Here we go.
She's not afraid of Mom, and never has been. Mom's never even yelled (not at her, at least). Some of their knicknacks and piles of books should probably be afraid though. She's just... sad.
It hurts to watch Mom hurt.
Mom's muffled, hitching swearing, in 24th Ward dialect, carries down the hall.
"Get bent over with a rusty pipe, I'll grind yer balls into soup ya rat bastard," growls Mom, and Chihaya can see that Mom is glaring into the glass of water at her feet.
"Fucking..." whatever Mom was going to say is lost in a raspy, hiccuping breath in.
Mom clears her throat as Chihaya walks close enough to see fresh tear tracks on Mom's cheeks, glistening in the lamplight. Mom hurls a book across the room, knocking over another stack of books and a basket of knicknacks.
"Fuck you, Arima Kishou! Father of my daughter and not here to kiss or even yell at!"
Another one joins the sad pile of injured books at the other end of the living room.
Mom's shoulders shake. Chihaya rubs her heel over her anklet again, breathing in and out slowly (her fingers knead the soft fabric of that owl blanket). Mom glares into her glass of water, one of the few things in their living room that isn't knocked over right now.
"Fuck our deal, fuck our plan, Arima! You didn't even stay long enough to find out you had a daughter!"
Mom crumples in on herself like stepping on a soda can.
"I just wanted someone who'd stay," she rasps, bitter and shaky (Mom's hurting voice, bleeding voice).

Sustainable Farming Made Simple for Indian Farmers

For generations, Indian farmers have lived close to nature. We have always respected the land, the animals, the rain, and the seasons. But in the last few decades, something changed. With rising costs, market pressure, and overuse of chemicals, many of us started feeling helpless.
What if we told you that farming could be simple again? That you could save money, protect your soil, and still grow a good crop?
This is where sustainable farming comes in. It's not something new or foreign. It’s the kind of farming our grandparents knew—done with local wisdom, simple tools, and respect for nature.
Here’s how you can make sustainable farming a part of your life, step by step.
1. Start With What You Have
You don’t need to buy fancy machines or costly inputs to begin. Look around—do you have cow dung? Dry leaves? Vegetable waste from your home?
Great. That’s enough to start making compost. Dig a small pit, dump your waste in, and cover it. In 30–40 days, you’ll have dark, rich compost—full of life for your soil.
This is sustainable farming in action: simple, local, and low-cost.
2. Make Your Own Pest Sprays
Chemical sprays may kill pests, but they also harm your soil and health. Plus, they cost a lot.
You can protect your crops naturally using things you already have—like neem leaves, garlic, green chillies, and cow urine.
Mix them, grind them, soak in water overnight, and spray it on your crops. It works just as well—and you don’t have to run to the shop every time.
3. Grow Two or More Crops Together
Monocropping (growing just one crop) can drain your soil and invite pests. Mixed cropping or crop rotation helps fix that.
Try planting vegetables between pulses, or mustard after wheat. Add flowers like marigold to your field edges—they look nice and keep harmful insects away.
These small changes help your land stay strong and productive.
4. Use Water Wisely
Every drop counts. If you don’t have drip irrigation, no problem. You can dig small trenches to collect rainwater. Use bunds to stop water from running off. Add mulch (dry grass, leaves, or straw) around your plants to keep the soil cool and moist.
This is one of the easiest parts of sustainable farming—save water, save effort.
5. Give the Soil a Break
If you keep growing the same crop in the same field, your soil gets tired. Pests grow faster. Yields go down.
Try rotating your crops every season. Follow wheat with pulses. Grow green manure crops once a year. Even leaving one patch of land empty for a season helps.
Healthy soil means a healthy harvest.
6. Work Together With Others
You’re not alone. Many farmers are thinking like you. Talk to them. Share seeds, ideas, and tools. Maybe you can take turns using a thresher or make compost together.
Sustainable farming is not just about methods. It’s also about community. Helping each other grow.
Real Farmer Talk
One farmer from Maharashtra shared this with us:
“When I started, people laughed at me for making compost and using neem spray. But after two years, my land gave me better yield, and I spent less money. Now, others come to learn from me.”
That’s what happens when you trust your land and trust yourself.
Final Thoughts
Sustainable farming is not hard. It’s honest. It’s about caring for your land, using your resources wisely, and farming with a long-term view.
You don’t need big changes all at once. Just start with one step. Make one pit of compost. Grow one second crop. Try one natural spray.
You’ll see the change—not just in your field, but in your confidence too.

and lowering the temperature of the chocolate to alter the crystals within it.
Untempered chocolate appears dull and crumbly, while tempered chocolate is shiny, firm, and exhibits the characteristic snap.
Although tempering was once performed manually, most large-scale chocolatiers currently use tempering machines for this process.
9. Turning Chocolate Into Hundreds of Different Products
Once the chocolate is tempered, it can be poured into moulds to make your favourite chocolate.
The moulds are shaken or tapped against a hard surface to remove air bubbles.
They are then set aside to cool down or placed in cooling tunnels to speed up the setting.
As the chocolate cools down, it also begins to solidify.
One final quality check of the chocolate is done before they are wrapped in foil or paper packaging to keep them fresh.
The chocolate is now ready to be delivered to you to enjoy.
Here are a few of my favourite Whitakers chocolates:
Chilli and orange chocolate bar (Fairtrade and vegan!)
Salted Caramel fondant creams (Fairtrade and vegan)
Mini salted caramel truffles
Dark Ginger wafer thins (Fairtrade and vegan)
(Take a look at this post if you want to know: Is dark chocolate ok for a vegan to eat?)
What’s the Difference in How Dark and Milk Chocolate is Made?
Both milk and dark chocolate are made using the same process, the only difference being the added ingredients.
At the grinding stage, more milk powder is added to make milk chocolate and to increase the creaminess.
How is White Chocolate Made
Strictly speaking, white chocolate isn’t really chocolate as it doesn’t contain any cocoa solids.
Making white chocolate means bypassing almost all of the steps from above.
It is made with cocoa butter blended with some combination of sugar, milk, cream and vanilla flavouring.
Final Notes On How Chocolate is Made Step-by-Step
Making chocolate from bean to bar shouldn’t be overestimated.

Our commitment to empowering the industry with smart, accessible solutions is at the core of our ethos. With numerous systems installed worldwide, Saansaa Machines maintains the reputation of supplying the finest and robust Chilli Stem Removing Machines synchronized with Chilli Cleaning Machines among the chilli processing industry.
When we talk about "affordable" in the context of industrial machinery, it's a nuanced term. It doesn't necessarily mean the cheapest machine on the market. Instead, it refers to a machine that offers the best balance of:
Initial Cost: The upfront investment required to purchase the machine.
Operational Efficiency: How much it costs to run the machine (electricity, labour, maintenance).
Durability and Longevity: The lifespan of the machine and how frequently it requires repairs or replacement.
Productivity and Output Quality: How much product it can process and the purity of the final output.
Return on Investment (ROI): How quickly the savings generated by the machine (labour, reduced waste, higher product value) offset its cost.
A machine that might have a slightly higher initial price but offers significantly lower operational costs, higher output, and a longer lifespan is, in the long run, far more "affordable" than a cheaper machine that frequently breaks down, consumes excessive power, or produces an inconsistent product.
Factors Influencing Chilli Machine Price in India
The price of a chilli machine in India can vary widely based on several critical factors:
Type of Machine: Are you looking for a dedicated chilli cleaning machine, a chilli stem cutting machine, or a combined system? Each has different complexities and costs. Grinding machines (pulverizers) are another category entirely, with their own price points based on horsepower and capacity.
Capacity and Throughput: Naturally, a machine designed to process 100 kg/hour will be priced differently from one capable of handling 1000 kg/hour. Higher capacity generally means a higher price due to larger components and more robust engineering.
Level of Automation: Manual or semi-automatic machines are typically less expensive than fully automated systems. Fully automated lines, while requiring a higher initial investment, offer significant long-term savings in labour and consistent output.
Material of Construction: Machines built with food-grade stainless steel (SS 304 or SS 316) for all contact parts will be more expensive than those made from mild steel. However, stainless steel offers superior hygiene, corrosion resistance, and durability, justifying the added cost for food processing applications.
Technology and Features: Advanced features like multi-stage cleaning (vibratory separation, air classification, destoning, magnetic separation), integrated dust collection, and precise control systems add to the manufacturing cost. Optional features like optical sorting for colour and defect removal also influence the price.
Brand Reputation and After-Sales Service: Reputable manufacturers with a proven track record of quality, reliability, and robust after-sales support (spares, technical assistance) might have a slightly higher price point, but this often translates to peace of mind and minimal downtime, which are invaluable for continuous operations.
Customization: If a machine needs to be custom-built or significantly modified to suit specific requirements or space constraints, this will factor into the final price.

This prevents unnecessary upfront expenditure on features or capacities that aren't immediately required.

As a leading Chilli Stem Cutting Machine Supplier in Rajkot, we offer machines that provide immediate and significant savings on labour, making the initial machine cost quickly recoverable and demonstrating true long-term affordability.

This integrated approach solidifies our position as one of the Best Suppliers for Chilli Cleaning Machines in India.
Durability and Low Maintenance for Long-Term Savings: We believe that a truly affordable machine is one that doesn't become a money pit after purchase. Our machines are built with high-grade, food-contact safe stainless steel and robust components, ensuring maximum uptime and minimal maintenance requirements. Less downtime means continuous production and lower repair costs over the machine's long lifespan, significantly contributing to its overall affordability.
"Made in India" Advantage: As proud contributors to the 'Aatma-Nirbhar Bharat' initiative, all our machines are designed and manufactured in India. This allows us to offer competitive pricing by optimizing supply chains, controlling manufacturing costs, and reducing import duties or currency fluctuations that might impact the price of imported machinery. It also ensures readily available spare parts and responsive service.
Addressing Diverse Agricultural Needs: Our commitment to innovative, affordable solutions extends beyond chillies. We are also recognized for manufacturing the Best French Beans End Cutting Machine in Gujarat. This diversification highlights our engineering capability to apply our principles of efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness across various agricultural processing needs, showcasing our commitment to offering value-driven solutions.
Making the Right Investment
For businesses looking to invest in a chilli machine, focusing solely on the lowest price can be a costly mistake. Instead, consider the total cost of ownership over the machine's lifespan. Ask about:
Energy consumption: What are the daily running costs?
Maintenance schedule and spare parts availability: How often does it need servicing, and are parts easily accessible and affordable?
Expected lifespan: How long is the machine realistically expected to perform optimally?
Output quality: Does it consistently deliver the purity and quality required for your market?
At Saansaa Machines Pvt Ltd, we are transparent about the value proposition of our machines. We provide detailed specifications and work with clients to understand their specific needs, ensuring they choose a machine that is not only competitively priced but also offers the best long-term affordability and return on investment for their operations. Our goal is to empower chilli processors across India to achieve their production goals with equipment that is robust, efficient, and ultimately, genuinely affordable.

Brewing Dreams | My First Day at Barista School in Kathmandu

Waking up early on a chilly Kathmandu morning, I felt more nervous than usual. Today wasn’t just another day—I was finally starting my journey at barista school. As someone who’s always loved the smell of fresh coffee but never really understood how to make it, enrolling in a barista course felt like the perfect blend of passion and purpose.
Walking Into the Unknown (With the Scent of Coffee)
I arrived at the training center in Bagbazar, greeted by the rich aroma of espresso and the soft hum of machines already at work. It was comforting. Inside, the room was full of students just like me—some nervous, some excited, all curious.
Our instructor, a seasoned barista who had worked in Dubai, started with the basics: the history of coffee, types of beans, and what makes a good espresso shot. It wasn’t all theory though—we soon gathered around the espresso machine for our first practical lesson.
Hands-On from Day One
Holding the portafilter for the first time felt like holding a paintbrush before the first stroke. Grinding the beans, tamping them evenly, and locking the group head into place—it was all new and honestly a bit intimidating. But when my first espresso poured out, golden and aromatic, I couldn’t help but smile.
The day continued with milk steaming tutorials and trying (and failing) to pour a heart in a latte. It turns out latte art is just as much about patience as it is technique. I wasn’t perfect, but I wasn’t alone—everyone was learning, and that made it easier to laugh off mistakes.
More Than Just Coffee
What stood out the most wasn’t just the technical training. It was the focus on presentation, communication, and the little details that transform coffee into an experience. We were being trained not just as baristas, but as hospitality professionals.
If you're someone who loves coffee and wants a skill that can actually turn into a job—locally or internationally—barista training in Nepal is an opportunity worth exploring. It’s affordable, practical, and honestly a lot of fun.
Looking Ahead
As I left the center that day, I felt a quiet sense of pride. I hadn’t just learned how to make coffee—I had taken my first step into a new chapter.
One day down, many cups to go.

How We Make Our Spices premix: The Secret Behind Natural Indian Spices
🌿Natural Indian spices are more than just flavor. They tell a story of patience and tradition. In today’s world of factory-made masalas, much is lost when speed replaces skill.
These organic spices represent India’s rich food culture and are part of sustainable food systems that value tradition over mass production. For generations, families have used hand-ground methods to prepare them. These traditional practices protect the natural oils and deep aromas that define real Indian cooking.
Hand-ground spices offer a bold aroma and rich flavor. They add fresh masala and bring authentic taste to every dish.
🌾 The Organic and Traditional Spice-Making Journey
1. Sourcing Matters
The quality of any Indian spice premix begins with its ingredients. Natural Indian spices are best when sourced from local farms.
For example, we pick whole spices like cumin, fennel, and coriander for their strong aroma and rich color.
Only sun-dried ingredients are used.
Moreover, no artificial preservatives or additives are used.
This careful sourcing gives you a cleaner, more flavorful blend—something often highlighted in organic food trends.
2. Manual Cleaning and Sorting
Before grinding, we clean and sort the spices by hand. Factory machines often miss small things like stems, or stones.
Thus, dust, stones, and damaged seeds are removed manually.
We also avoid chemicals in the cleaning process.
Therefore, hand-sorting ensures that only the most aromatic spices are used.
3. Natural Drying and Roasting
Then, we sun-dry red chillies and turmeric to keep their natural oils. Sometimes we lightly roast them to boost flavor. This is done in small batches, not with harsh industrial heat.
This step prevents nutrient loss.
It also improves the spice’s oils and aroma.
Furthermore, it gets spices ready for grinding without over-processing.
4. Hand Grinding: A Slower but Superior Method
This is where the big difference lies.
Industrial machines use high heat and speed. That burns off essential oils. But hand-ground spices keep their aroma and nutrition.
We grind spices with manual or slow machines.
Because of this slower method, we retain the natural oils that carry flavor.
Consequently, the result is a more aromatic texture—ideal for Indian food.
So, grinding isn't just a tradition. It's a better way to bring out the true power of natural Indian spices.
5. Hand Mixing for Balanced Flavor
Then,After grinding, we mix the spices by hand. This helps us keep the right balance.
We mix each batch in small quantities. Thus, we ensure better quality.
Each handful is checked for texture and color.
Additionally, blends like garam masala, rajma masala, and pav bhaji masala are adjusted by taste—not machines.
Importantly, we never use artificial flavor boosters.
👩🍳 A Human Touch That Preserves Tradition
Behind every batch of natural Indian spices is a team of skilled people. Unlike factory lines, our methods put people first—especially women.
Local women handle the detailed work. They clean, sort, grind, and mix each organic spice. Their skills and passion make all the difference.
👩🌾 Supporting Women Through Skilled Employment
In many parts of rural India, job options are limited for women. Spice-making provides a skill-based job.
As a result, many women earn steady income, helping their families and children’s education.
The work also builds a sense of pride.
In fact, older women pass on traditional skills to younger ones, keeping the culture alive.
Making natural Indian spices is about more than food. It’s about empowerment and community growth.
🤝 Why Hand-Made Still Matters
What some call “old-fashioned” is actually skilled work.
These artisans know how to judge texture and spice balance by hand.
When you choose traditional Indian spices made this way, you’re getting more than flavor. You’re also supporting women and ethical production.

Most importantly, your dish tastes great without extra seasoning.
