8. What were their first impressions of each other? Well canon wise we know Kuon was awestruck when she met Sniper and was crushing the moment he saved her from the harasser. Sniper also, we know at first she was pretty much a bit of a bother, but that's Sniper with pretty much everyone. We both know how they relationship developed with time and right at the moment is mutual respect, Kuon crushing on him still, but I can see him slowly crushing on her as time passes. (Andwehaveproofinarrive)

15. What are traits they dislike in one another?

Kuon finds Sniper too stubborn for her liking, like, the guy is stubborn as a mule. She could be suggesting him something for his own good but he would be like 'No.' the whole time.

Sniper on the other hand finds Kuon sometime overly naïve for her own good, too optimistic. But that's just her own confidence projecting up high, while in his point of view her optimism might bring her a lot of pain in the future.

21. How have they changed each other for the better/for the worse?

Both have changed for the better...A lot. Sniper boosted her confidence and pretty much told her like 'hey, you dont have to be perfect the whole time, you dont have to even be an angel the whole time, there will be people for you. Don't be perfect. I will stay, and when there is a risk of you doing something bad, I will be there to avoid it."

Kuon also learned how to be more confident and to calm herself down in moments of tension, like in the teams counterattack and that everything was looking grim, she thought 'what would the sniper do?' and calmed herself down and turned herself into a leader the crew needed.

She can, and will, destroy your arse if she must, and she could do it with no remorse since she has been TAUGHT to do so since she was small by her father (fuck you btw, mister shinzaki), but her meeting the sniper was enough for her to finally realize "Hey, friends are valuable, YOU are valuable. (hint to 'at your disposal' manga chapter where she just saw herself valuable since she had something of importance to give) They are not tools, neither you are."

Honestly the only reason the crew is still alive because she met the sniper mask and they are partners. That said by RIKA HIMSELF! (i mean even the villains fear her, come on....)

On Snipers pov, the mask affected him his views of emotions, quoting Umehara-san himself (snipers VA), Kuon is someone who makes Sniper feel. Something he was forgetting with the mask. And its something he has showed, even with the mask on, that was a trait of himself (its even on his name for petes sake--). She is the girl, that, even if he finds her too optimistic, doesn't mean he totally despises that. hell, her optimism and naivety as the thing that avoided him from k word himself when they first met. And from the mask program once again. Even in the sequel. She literally appeared in his worse moment, and she was his inspiration to keep on fighting, even showed in the rooftop back with the battle against great angel.

So if someone finds her useless he will personally headshot them because she is the one who made him keep pushing and holding on. She. is. his hope.  sorry for the long text, i adore them, thank for asking me about them :3

I LOVE THE DUALITY OF THEIR NAMES

While his name means "face fire/fight fire with reason", he, from the 2 of them, is more prone to go berserk when he is mad. Like we have seen him against luchador mask or against Aiwakas taunt related with his true identity, he insults him, he shouts, he shows his anger.

UNNNNLIKE THE OTHER ONE! While his name means "fight fire with courage" aka, an emotion, Whenever he gets mad is more like a sheer cold aura/murderous aura, instead of a berserk. We have seen that in Arrive, aftet that scene, he just arrives, glaring with a palpable hidden fury. But he doesnt insult, he doesnt grit his teeth. So many of the people would think he didnt feel a shit.

Until he see him excecute a LITERAL EXCECUTION PLAN WITH A DEADLY WEAPON MODE---?! Literally the man came to MURDER THAT ASSHOLE! (Eventhoughtheyweretoldtoapproachinamorediplomaticway)

Maybe it is reated that the other one learnt to hide his emotions foe a b or c reason? Unlike the other one who knows at least he is safe to show pride, or sadness, or anger, or happiness?

Anyways. Just something i liked to point out.

We already had an indicator when Sniper possesed Senya for the first time he looked like an eldritch horror, also Senyas nightmare he looked like a voracious creature. I dont know, but i have talked with theme with Max how i had a dream where Sniper actually had a more eldritch figure because....my head is fucked up.

Somehow i wanted him to went a bit like that, more intimidating. with the same aura (or less, since he might be weaker than Kuon in terms of power maybe), after Senya was gone, he just summoning himself like that, after Senya collapsed:

I mean, Daisei was already scared of him when he saw his true power, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT FOR ME TO JUST... distort everything in that black cloud he had, with those sudden gooeish, oozy, multiple dark hands appearing, along as those eyes distorting and twirling, that slowly made apparition of a feral, monster-like jaw with multiple fangs and those eldritch sound also appearing.

To just for them to end up, compacting itself, among those dark extension of dark energy clouds can use, to reveal our intimidating known hybrid. Staring with his sheer anger eyes, maybe with those famous reddish-brown color we know, that on the cover it looked even more red.

....OH WELL, WE MAY GET THAT IF HE GETS CORRUPTED! :D
