We love Churros Ingredients 1/4 cup oil vegetable or canola oil 1 cup + 3 tablespoons sugar divided * See notes 2 cups water 2 cups all purpose flour gluten free, if needed 1 tablespoon cinnamon For the chocolate sauce 1/2 cup coconut cream 1 cup chocolate chopped In a small saucepan, add your oil, water, and 3 tablespoons of sugar and bring it to a boil. Remove from the heat and stir through the flour, until it forms a ball of dough. In a small bowl, mix together your remaining sugar and cinnamon for the coating. In a deep pot, add 3-4 inches of oil. Heat on high until it reaches 190C or until a piece of dough sizzles and rises to the top. Transfer the dough into a piping bag fitted with a large star tip. Pipe the dough over the pot of oil at around 4-5 inches. Pipe 2-3 churros at a time. Fry them until golden brown. Transfer the cooked churros onto a paper towel for 1-2 minutes, before quickly rolling them in the cinnamon/sugar mixture. Repeat until all the dough is used up. 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 | I’m not gonna lie, I’ve always found churros a bit boring, I’ve never understood what the big deal is, but now I see it’s all down to what you do with them. @lovechurroslondon at @popbrixton have converted me and I think it’s mostly down to the sauces. Well firstly, the churros themselves are super soft and fluffy with a perfect outer crisp, I think the problem I’ve had with churros in the end is that they’ve been too hard. These are spot on. There’s 3 sauces; Belgian chocolate, white chocolate, and dulce de leche, and you HAVE to get all 3. Okay, the dulce de leche is my fave, but mix it up a bit. ☕☕☕ Churros con Chocolate | Varomeando Los churros son el elemento más castizo de todo Madrid, símbolo absoluto de las verbenas que tanto disfrutamos en la capital de España. Una masa dulce deliciosa, hecha de una forma muy específica que es la que le da las peculiaridades que los caracterizan. Muy pocas personas se atreven a hacerlos en casa, aunque como ahora veremos, no es tan difícil como puede parecer. Los churros también son típicos de la mañana del 1 de enero, después de una divertida noche de fin de año, para desayunar… Muchas veces sin haber dormido, y así irnos a gusto a la cama. En la ciudad de Madrid es fácil hacer esto, ya que la chocolatería San Ginés, abierta desde el año 1894, abre durante toda la noche esperando a los hambrientos que desean el último capricho antes de irse a dormir. Y ¿cuál es entonces el acompañamiento perfecto para unos deliciosos churros? ¡Un chocolate a la taza muy caliente! Se nos hace la boca agua de pensarlo, así que sin más dilación…¡Vamos a ello! These Churro's are soft on the inside and crisp on the outside. The cinnamon sugar just adds the perfect amount of sweetness to this delicious churro recipe, your going to love this recipe.

Believe it or not I only had my first churro a couple of years ago when I visited my sister in Spain. When you walk around the city of Barcelona you see stands with people selling hot freshly made churros in nearly all the street markets. The smell was out of this world and the scent of cinnamon sugar wafting in the air was to much of a enticement to resist. One taste and I was hooked.

¡DONUTS CHURRO + CHOCOLATE CALIENTE!☕️🍩 No me digáis que no tienen buena pinta 🤤 de verdad que los tenéis que probar pero así tal cual con el chocolate 🍫 Tengo pendiente hacer churros, pero las veces que he hecho no me han gustado nada, así que en proceso queda 😂💪🏻 🌈Si te gusta dale like 👍🏻 guarda 🔐 o comenta 💬 esta receta no cuesta nada y a mi me ayudas mucho🥰 INGREDIENTES (4 uds) Donut🍩 🥚1 huevo pequeño (45-50 gr) 🧈18 gr mantequilla (derretida) 🥛25 gr bebida vegetal 🍦30 gr leche evaporada (o nata para montar) ✨40 gr eritritol (o 4 gr saborizante) 🧂Pizca de sal 🍩50 gr harina de avena 🍫5 gr levadura 🍯Un poquito de sirope de arce Joseph’s (o miel/sirope de agave) ✨Eritritol + Canela para la cobertura Chocolate caliente ☕️ 🍫30 gr cacao puro 🥛215 gr bebida vegetal/leche 🌽2 cdtas de maicena 🧂Pizca de sal ✨20 gr eritritol PASO A PASO ▪️Mezclamos el huevo con el eritritol, añadimos la mantequilla derretida (que no esté muy caliente) ▪️Añadimos la leche evaporada y la bebida vegetal. ▪️Ahora pasamos a integrar los ingredientes secos (previamente tamizados) ▪️Pasamos a los moldes y horneamos 12-15 minutos a 175°C. ▪️Una vez hechos los donuts, les echamos una capa por encima de sirope (con ayuda de un pincel de cocina) y les podamos sobre un poco de eritritol con canela para que se pegue. ▪️Para hacer el chocolate caliente echamos en un cazo a fuego medio el eritritol, la sal y el cacao puro hasta que se forme una especie de miel. ▪️Disolvemos la maicena en la bebida vegetal y lo añadimos al fuego, seguimos cocinando y removiendo hasta que espese y listo‼️ Donuts churro con chocolate = maravilla de las buenas 🤤 🌸10% descuento en @megasilvita y @emfitnutrition con el código 💗FITFAT💗 #fitfatstyle #fitfoodporn #sinazucar #churros #chocolatecaliente #hotchocolate #recetasfit #fitrecipes #donutsfit #donuts🍩 #eatgirl #churrosconchocolate (en Churros Con Chocolate) https://www.instagram.com/p/COQqzf2l2vv/?utm_medium=tumblr
