LOVE Sunday Brunch!! Remember that FOOD is absolutely the most important thing to focus on in OUR life! It’s all about having the self-discipline to eat as clean as possible with amounts that balance out the ratio of energy IN and energy OUT! The important question we have to ask ourselves is; Can we burn off the amount of food calories we eat vs the amount of activity/movement we do to burn off those calories to maintain an ideal weight and body fat percentage. It’s not rocket science… Eat more than you burn off and your body stores it as fat… Burn off more than you consume and you lose weight or stay below your ideal weight... So obviously the best and most effective solution is to have a balanced nutrition plan for proper well-being according to your height/weight/age/activity level which can easily be found researching credible sources on the Internet… Just Google it.
