Precision-Powered Coordination: Grapes IDMR as Your Hospital’s Digital Nucleus
Explore the full capabilities of Grapes IDMR by Grapes Innovative Solutions an all-in-one hospital software solution designed for precise administrative control, patient monitoring, and real-time data centralization. This integrated system connects OPD, IPD, pharmacy, HR, billing, lab services, and more into one streamlined platform. Whether you're managing a specialty clinic or a multi-branch hospital, Grapes IDMR ensures clarity in workflow, consistency in service, and compliance in every operation. Transform your hospital’s management layer with a solution that balances simplicity and sophistication.
Grapes IDMR: The Backbone of Organized Healthcare Management
Efficiency in a hospital isn't just about faster service it’s about orchestrating departments, tasks, and data to flow in harmony. Grapes IDMR, developed by Grapes Innovative Solutions, exists to bring that harmony. It's not just hospital management software it’s an ecosystem that tracks, records, updates, and responds with the accuracy required in medical environments. Hospitals often grapple with siloed systems, disconnected records, and frequent human errors. With Grapes IDMR, these issues are addressed through a central database, standardized workflows, and automated coordination that minimizes manual intervention and enhances transparency.
A Foundation Built on Interconnected Modules
Every hospital department has specific needs, and Grapes IDMR addresses each with precision. The registration module kickstarts the patient journey, assigning unique IDs and connecting that data to clinical and billing systems instantly. From OPD appointments to inpatient admissions, each event is linked with time-stamped records and doctor assignments. The inpatient module supports bed management, admission history, discharge planning, and ward-wise transfer. It connects directly with the pharmacy, dietary, diagnostic, and nursing charting systems ensuring everyone has updated, role-based access to what matters. Pharmacy management is handled through auto-generated requisitions, expiry alerts, inventory usage reports, and supplier-wise procurement logs. Billing and accounts are synchronized with these clinical events, allowing for itemized or consolidated billing, insurance status updates, and GST-compliant invoice generation. Moreover, the lab module integrates sample tracking, test parameters, automated result uploads, and doctor access to reports. Nurses can record vitals, interventions, and progress notes via the nursing station dashboard without switching screens.
Flexible Architecture with Configurable Scalability
One of the standout attributes of Grapes IDMR is its adaptability. It can be scaled to fit the needs of a small pediatric clinic or a multi-specialty, multi-location hospital chain. The software does not enforce rigid structures instead, it molds to existing workflows, helping hospitals transition smoothly into digital formats. Departments can be activated or deactivated depending on relevance. Specialty modules such as radiology, blood bank, dialysis, biomedical engineering, or rehabilitation can be added with ease. Each of these connects to central patient records while maintaining specific user workflows. Additionally, the system offers customizable templates for discharge summaries, OPD prescriptions, diagnostic formats, and invoice designs. Hospitals with brand-specific formats or regulatory needs can configure these directly from the admin panel without coding knowledge.
Clean UI Meets Deep Control: User-Friendly with Zero Guesswork
Grapes IDMR doesn’t require extensive training to operate. Its modern, minimal user interface is designed for role-specific dashboards that display what users need most. A receptionist sees the registration and appointment interface, while a pharmacist accesses only medicine issue and inventory screens. Admins have complete visibility through consolidated and department-specific dashboards. Navigation is built for speed. Color-coded status bars, auto-filters, dropdown-linked fields, and predictive search make working with Grapes IDMR seamless. Notifications alert users of pending tasks, delayed reports, or appointment overlaps preventing errors before they occur. A key element here is data visibility without clutter. Each screen is structured to present clear, actionable options ensuring your team spends less time navigating software and more time delivering care.
Operational Monitoring with Real-Time Alerts
Hospitals work on timelines. Missed diagnostic reports, pending discharges, or medicine shortages can lead to cascading problems. Grapes IDMR prevents this by offering real-time dashboards that surface alerts the moment something needs attention. Admission queues, surgery schedules, lab backlogs, pharmacy reorders, and housekeeping assignments are all trackable via status-based workflows. If a patient’s discharge is approved but the billing hasn’t been processed, a flag is shown. If dietary staff hasn’t marked the meal as delivered, it’s recorded. Every department sees its priority list upon login. For admins and hospital directors, this creates a powerful monitoring system. They can track what’s delayed, who’s responsible, and what needs urgent escalation. Instead of working retroactively on issues, they manage proactively.
Security, Compliance, and Support-Driven Reliability
Data privacy and institutional compliance are top priorities for any hospital. Grapes IDMR addresses both through strict user role permissions, audit logs, encrypted data handling, and disaster recovery protocols. Each action whether logging a patient detail, editing a medicine record, or approving a discharge gets time-stamped with user identity. Multi-level approvals prevent unauthorized edits or accidental deletions. Hospitals can also integrate biometric or RFID access controls. Support from Grapes Innovative Solutions doesn’t end at implementation. Dedicated teams assist with onboarding, configuration, training, and troubleshooting. Regular software updates ensure alignment with changing healthcare norms, whether NABH, HIPAA, or government-mandated reporting structures.
Conclusion
Instead of forcing rigid models, it brings structure to your existing system. From simplified user flows and interlinked modules to real-time data access and automated alerts, everything is designed for operational clarity. It brings departments closer, improves patient handling, and supports administrators with metrics that drive results. With Grapes IDMR, hospital leaders don’t just manage they govern with visibility, data, and control.

Scaling Clinics Without the Stress:
A Doctor’s Guide to Smarter Multi-Clinic Management
Managing a clinic is tough. Managing multiple clinics? Even tougher — but it doesn’t have to be.
If you're a healthcare provider looking to expand, you’re not alone. Many doctors open a second or third location to meet demand, grow revenue, or serve new areas. But expansion brings complexity: more patients, more staff, more data, and more things that can fall through the cracks.
Without the right systems in place, multi-clinic management becomes a daily struggle.
So how can you grow without burnout? The answer lies in using smart, all-in-one clinic management software designed to simplify your daily operations across all locations.
Why Multi-Clinic Management Is a Challenge
Let’s break down some of the common issues doctors face when managing more than one clinic:
1. No Single Source of Truth
Your front desk is using spreadsheets. Your assistant’s sharing updates on WhatsApp. Your finance team is using a different tool for payments. You have no real-time overview of what’s happening at each location.
2. Different Standards Across Locations
One clinic follows up with patients. Another doesn’t. One branch shares e-prescriptions. Another still uses paper. This inconsistency confuses patients and damages your brand.
3. Staff Coordination Becomes Messy
Assigning tasks, managing leave schedules, and communicating across teams become harder as your clinic network grows.
4. Data Scattered Everywhere
Patient information lives in files, apps, and inboxes — making it hard to deliver continuous care, especially if a patient switches branches.
5. Reporting is Time-Consuming
You want to see performance across all clinics — revenue, patient visits, missed appointments — but gathering this data manually is time-consuming and often inaccurate.
What the Right Clinic Management Software Can Do
A good clinic management software removes these barriers by providing a centralized, cloud-based system that helps you:
Monitor operations at all locations from one screen
Keep staff, schedules, and records in sync
Offer a consistent patient experience
Access real-time data and reports for smarter decisions
Scale your practice without adding more manual work
Let’s explore how these solutions work in real-life situations.
Common Problems—and Smart Solutions
Problem 1: You Miss Leads or Appointments
With multiple front desks, calls can be missed and follow-ups forgotten.
Solution: Automated reminders and central appointment booking mean no missed leads — and no empty slots.
Problem 2: Disconnected Tools, Disconnected Teams
Using separate tools for billing, EMR, staff tasks, and patient communication causes confusion and delays.
Solution: A unified platform brings everything — billing, records, communication — into one place for your entire network.
Problem 3: You Don't Know Which Location Is Underperforming
Without accurate data, it's hard to improve operations.
Solution: Dashboards show live metrics like patient flow, revenue, and doctor productivity — per location.
Problem 4: No Patient History Across Clinics
If a patient visits different locations, your team may not have access to their past prescriptions, tests, or notes.
Solution: A shared EMR system ensures every doctor sees the full patient history from any branch.
Problem 5: Scaling Feels Like Starting Over
Opening a new clinic means setting up everything from scratch.
Solution: Templates and customizable workflows let you duplicate success — fast. Set up a new location in minutes, not weeks.
Real Benefits Doctors See with Smart Software
When multi-clinic practices use a complete clinic management system, they often report:
30–50% fewer no-shows due to automated reminders
Better coordination between staff, doctors, and branches
Faster billing and fewer errors
Improved patient retention thanks to personalized care
Higher profitability, even with fewer admin staff
This isn’t just about software — it’s about smarter operations that give you time to focus on care, not coordination.
How Clinthora Supports Multi-Clinic Growth
Clinthora was built for growing practices. It simplifies complex clinic networks and turns manual chaos into digital clarity.
Here's how:
One system for everything: appointments, EMRs, billing, and tasks — synced across all branches.
Location-based performance tracking: Know what’s working (and what’s not) at a glance.
Secure access from anywhere: e-go,on the go, assign tasks, or monitor performance from your phone or laptop.
Custom workflows that match your needs: No two clinics are the same. Clinthora lets you customize operations by location.
Scalable infrastructure: Add more clinics, doctors, or services without rebuilding your system.
Final Thought: Simplicity Scales
Growth is good. But growth with poor systems leads to frustration — for you, your staff, and your patients.
Instead of adding more tools, more apps, and more stress… Choose one software that handles it all.
With Clinthora’s clinic management software, doctors scale their practices, streamline operations, and deliver better care — without getting buried in admin work.
Ready to manage multiple clinics without multiple headaches? Start with a system that grows with you.

What Is NHS and GP in the UK? What You Don’t Know Might Be the Key to Landing a Job in 2025-26

You’ve probably heard of the NHS, but do you know how it works? Or better yet… how to land a job there in 2025-26? Because while thousands apply every year, only a few truly understand the system, which gives them the edge.
What if I tell you the NHS is not just one of the largest employers in the UK... but a global career gateway waiting to be unlocked? If you're an international medical graduate, nurse, healthcare assistant, or even a non-clinical professional with big dreams, this might just be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for. Let’s uncover everything from what “GP” means to how you can land your spot inside the NHS.
So... What Exactly Is the NHS?
The National Health Service (NHS) is the publicly funded healthcare system of the United Kingdom. Established in 1948, it delivers free healthcare to UK residents at the point of need, from emergency care and surgeries to general health advice.
What makes the NHS truly unique is its scale. It employs over 1.3 million people, making it one of the largest employers in the world, only behind giants like the U.S. Department of Defense and China’s military.
They’re constantly recruiting. Especially in the wake of post-pandemic recovery and workforce shortages, the NHS needs people. And not just doctors or nurses, but IT experts, administrators, lab scientists, care assistants, and more.
What Is a GP in the UK?
“GP” stands for General Practitioner a medical doctor who provides primary care for patients in the UK. Think of them as the first point of contact for any non-emergency health concern.
GPs handle:
Diagnosing and treating common illnesses
Referring patients to specialists
Managing long-term conditions like diabetes or hypertension
Preventive care and vaccinations
In the UK, nearly everyone is registered with a GP practice. These professionals are critical to the functioning of the NHS — and yes, GP jobs are in high demand. Becoming a GP in the UK isn’t just for UK-trained doctors. There are pathways for international medical graduates (IMGs) too.
Why the NHS Is a Career Goldmine — Especially Now
You might be wondering: why so much buzz around NHS jobs?
Here’s why:
Competitive salaries (even for entry-level roles)
Long-term job security
Free visa sponsorship for many roles
Relocation assistance and training
Work-life balance is unheard of in many countries
And let’s not forget the prestige. Working with the NHS is a career-defining opportunity, often opening doors across Europe, Canada, and beyond.
How to Secure a Job in the NHS (Step-by-Step for 2025)
If you’re serious about getting into the NHS, here’s the game plan:
Step 1: Understand Your Role Type
Are you clinical or non-clinical?
Clinical roles include doctors, nurses, midwives, physiotherapists, radiographers.
Non-clinical roles cover admin staff, finance, HR, IT support, data analysts, and more.
Each has its own requirements and separate application routes.
Step 2: Get Registered (If Clinical)
If you're applying for a medical or nursing role, you must register with the appropriate UK body:
Doctors → GMC – General Medical Council
Nurses/Midwives → NMC – Nursing and Midwifery Council
You’ll likely need to:
Pass IELTS/OET
Complete PLAB (for doctors) or CBT/OSCE (for nurses)
Meet experience requirements
Step 3: Search the Right Platforms
Don’t waste time randomly browsing. Use official NHS portals:
NHS Jobs
Trac Jobs
Set up email alerts and apply early. NHS roles are filled fast.
Step 4: Tailor Your CV & Cover Letter
Many applicants use generic templates. That’s a mistake.
Highlight:
Relevant experience
UK-equivalent qualifications
Soft skills (compassion, teamwork, adaptability)
Commitment to long-term NHS contribution
Step 5: Interview Prep
NHS interviews are structured and competency-based. Be ready to answer questions around:
Ethical scenarios
Handling pressure
Conflict resolution
Patient safety
Step 6: Sponsorship and Visa
Many NHS trusts offer Tier 2 visa sponsorship for overseas applicants.
Once selected:
You’ll receive a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS)
Apply for a Skilled Worker visa
Complete your relocation process
Tips for International Applicants
Don’t underestimate soft skills. The NHS values empathy, communication, and patient-centered care.
Start early. It can take 6–12 months from application to relocation.
Network on LinkedIn. Many NHS recruiters and hiring managers are active — reach out professionally.
Final Thought: The Door Is Open… But Not Forever
Thousands dream of working in the UK healthcare system, but they assume it’s impossible, too competitive, too complex. But in reality, the NHS needs you, perhaps now more than ever.
So the question is… Will you take the first step before the window closes? Or will you let someone else live your dream because they dared to apply?

Which Are the Best Resume Examples for Entry-Level Jobs?
Breaking into the job market for the first time can be intimidating—especially when you're competing against candidates with more experience. But here’s the good news: a powerful, well-structured resume can tip the odds in your favor. If you're wondering which are the best resume examples for entry-level jobs, you’re in the right place.
This article explores proven resume formats, industry-specific examples, and expert tips to help you create a compelling first impression—even without years of experience.
Why Entry-Level Resumes Matter More Than You Think
Recruiters typically spend just 6–7 seconds scanning a resume (source: Indeed). That’s not a lot of time to capture attention—which is why the best resume examples focus on clarity, relevance, and impact. For entry-level candidates, that means showcasing transferable skills, education, internships, and any experience (paid or unpaid) that reflects your potential.
Top Features of the Best Entry-Level Resume Examples
Before diving into specific examples, let’s break down the common elements found in high-performing entry-level resumes:
Clean and Simple Format: ATS-friendly, easy to read, and professional.
Strong Summary Statement: A brief, impactful summary highlighting your goals and key skills.
Skills Section: Tailored to the job you’re applying for.
Relevant Coursework or Certifications: Especially important if you lack work experience.
Volunteer Work and Internships: Real-world experiences count—highlight them.
Achievements Over Responsibilities: Even academic or extracurricular accomplishments matter.
1. Best Resume Example for Recent Graduates
Target Industry: General / Multiple
Why It Works: This type of resume focuses on education, GPA, honors, coursework, and leadership roles. It’s ideal for students transitioning from academia to the workforce.
Pro Tip: Include any capstone projects or relevant classwork that reflects your industry knowledge.
2. Best Resume Example for Tech Beginners
Target Industry: IT / Software Development
Why It Works: A skills-based format showcasing programming languages, certifications (like CompTIA or AWS), and personal projects (e.g., GitHub repos) grabs attention fast.
Pro Tip: Even if your degree isn’t tech-related, highlighting bootcamp experience or tech-focused coursework can add weight.
3. Best Resume Example for Marketing & Communications
Target Industry: Advertising / PR / Content
Why It Works: Includes measurable achievements like social media growth, campaign contributions, or writing samples.
Pro Tip: Add links to a digital portfolio or blog to showcase your style and voice.
4. Best Resume Example for Healthcare Support Roles
Target Industry: Nursing, Medical Assistant, Healthcare Admin
Why It Works: Emphasizes soft skills like communication and empathy, plus certifications like CPR, BLS, or CNA licenses.
Pro Tip: Include clinical rotations or volunteering at health camps.
5. Best Resume Example for Administrative & Office Jobs
Target Industry: Business, Office Support, HR
Why It Works: Highlights skills in Microsoft Office, scheduling, data entry, and organizational abilities.
Pro Tip: If you've managed student clubs or helped organize events, include those details.
How to Choose the Right Resume Example for You
While browsing the best resume examples, it’s important to customize the template based on your career goals. Here’s a quick checklist to help guide your selection:
✅ Does it align with the job description?
✅ Is it ATS-friendly (no fancy graphics or tables)?
✅ Does it highlight your strongest attributes first?
✅ Is the language clear, action-oriented, and error-free?
Common Mistakes to Avoid
Even with the best examples, many entry-level candidates fall into these traps:
❌ Using the same resume for every job
❌ Overloading with buzzwords without evidence
❌ Leaving out a summary or objective
❌ Ignoring formatting guidelines for ATS
Remember, recruiters aren’t just looking for experience—they’re looking for potential. Your resume should tell a story of what you’ve done and what you’re capable of doing.
Where to Find the Best Resume Examples
There are several trusted platforms offering free and premium resume templates, including:
Zety
Canva
Indeed
Novoresume
LiveCareer
Choose a template that matches your industry, and edit it to reflect your unique background.
Final Thoughts
Finding the best resume examples for entry-level jobs doesn’t have to be a challenge. By using templates that highlight your strengths, aligning with job descriptions, and showcasing your potential through real-life experience (even if unpaid), you can stand out from the crowd.

Why Administrative Tasks Are a Growing Problem in Healthcare
Introduction to Clinic Management Software
Let’s face it — doctors didn’t go to medical school to become paperwork experts. Yet for many, that’s exactly what their day feels like. From updating charts to chasing insurance claims, the administrative load has grown overwhelming. Thankfully, clinic management software can flip the script.
This digital solution combines scheduling, billing, documentation, reporting, and more into one easy-to-use platform. It replaces disjointed tools like spreadsheets, paper files, and sticky notes with smart automation and real-time data. For pediatricians, it offers relief from daily bottlenecks and helps deliver a better experience for both doctors and parents.
Why Administrative Tasks Are a Growing Problem in Healthcare
Healthcare is one of the most regulated sectors in the world. Pediatricians deal with a constant inflow of patient data, compliance guidelines, insurance claims, and scheduling — and it’s only getting more complex. A recent study shows physicians spend over 15 hours a week on administrative work, robbing time from patient care.
This doesn’t just affect provider well-being. It contributes to burnout, delayed treatment, and reduced satisfaction. If your clinic is drowning in paperwork, it’s not your fault. The system is outdated — and that’s why the solution must be smarter.
The Hidden Cost of Manual Admin Work
Every extra minute spent on manual entry or double-checking a patient file has a cost. It slows down your team, creates room for error, and ultimately impacts revenue. Delayed billing, denied insurance claims, and rescheduled appointments are common symptoms of outdated processes.
Clinic management systems aim to plug these leaks. By digitizing and automating repetitive tasks, they not only improve accuracy but also increase the volume of patients you can manage without hiring more staff.
Benefits of Clinic Management Software
Why should clinics consider going digital? Here’s what modern clinic management software brings to the table:
Faster workflows with automation
Fewer errors through validation and templates
Better communication with patients and staff
Secure cloud-based storage
Insightful reporting for business decisions
It’s about simplifying the complex — letting you breathe and do more with less.
How Clinic Management Software Supports Pediatricians
Pediatric clinics have unique needs: frequent visits, vaccination tracking, growth charts, and parental communication. A clinic management system tailored for pediatrics includes templates for child health records, alerts for immunizations, and even milestone checklists.
Whether it's managing a 2-year-old's follow-up or streamlining developmental screenings, this software keeps everything structured and stress-free.
Automated Billing That Works While You Sleep
Let’s talk about billing — one of the biggest pain points. Manually coding procedures, verifying insurance, and chasing overdue payments is exhausting.
Clinic management software automates:
Invoice generation
Claim submissions
Payment reminders
Everything is logged and traceable, reducing rework and boosting revenue.
Digital Medical Records Made Simple
Paper files are relics of the past. Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) allow real-time updates, easy sharing, and better record-keeping. They can store everything from a baby’s birthweight to allergy history — accessible with just a click.
Doctors, nurses, and front desk staff can collaborate faster, and patients benefit from fewer errors and improved care continuity.
Template-Based Documentation: Write Less, Do More
Templates help clinicians chart faster without missing crucial details. Pediatric templates may include sections for:
Developmental milestones
Vaccine schedules
Common childhood conditions
This keeps your documentation accurate, faster to complete, and aligned with best practices.
Integrated Scheduling and Appointment Management
Forget manual diaries or back-and-forth calls. Built-in schedulers allow:
Online appointment booking
Calendar syncing
SMS/email reminders
Parents appreciate the convenience, and you’ll notice fewer no-shows.
Telemedicine Integration in Clinic Management Systems
The pandemic taught us that virtual care is here to stay. With integrated telehealth features, pediatricians can consult remotely, reduce waiting room congestion, and offer flexibility to working parents.
Compliance Made Easy with Built-in Checks
Keeping up with healthcare regulations is tough. Good clinic management software includes automatic prompts and updates for:
Consent forms
ICD-10 coding
Privacy rules
You stay audit-ready, without the stress.
Patient Communication Tools That Build Loyalty
SMS updates, appointment reminders, and post-visit instructions sent via email all help create a better parent-patient relationship. A connected clinic is a trusted clinic.
Customizable Templates for Pediatric Cases
From ADHD screenings to ear infection follow-ups, pediatric care can be unpredictable. Customizable templates allow quick adjustments without missing documentation standards.
Data-Driven Insights for Better Decision Making
Dashboards show how your clinic is performing. What are the most common diagnoses? Which patients missed vaccines? Which day has the most cancellations?
Use this data to improve services and anticipate needs.
Inventory and Supply Management
Running out of vaccines or antiseptics can halt operations. Track usage and get alerts before you hit critical lows.
User Access and Role Management
Not everyone should see everything. Assign access by role (doctor, nurse, receptionist) to maintain privacy and limit errors.
Revenue Cycle Management at Your Fingertips
Track each patient’s financial journey — from check-in to payment. Monitor unpaid claims, automate follow-ups, and improve your cash flow.
Mobile Access for On-the-Go Updates
Doctors are often on-call or traveling between clinics. A mobile-friendly clinic management system allows updates from anywhere — without compromising security.
Lab and Imaging Integration
Link lab reports and imaging results directly into the patient file. Say goodbye to missing documents or delayed diagnoses.
Real-time Notifications and Alerts
Receive alerts for urgent test results, canceled appointments, or vaccine recalls instantly. Stay one step ahead.
Support for Multi-location Clinics
If your practice spans multiple sites, a cloud-based solution ensures consistent records, scheduling, and billing across all locations.
Cloud-based Security and Backup
Never worry about data loss. Automatic backups and encryption keep your records safe, always.
Training and Onboarding for Your Team
A good system comes with great support. Choose vendors who offer staff training, onboarding, and round-the-clock assistance.
Cost vs. Value: Is It Worth the Investment?
It might seem like an expense upfront, but the long-term gains in productivity, patient satisfaction, and revenue far outweigh the cost.
Selecting the Right Clinic Management Software
Evaluate based on:
Ease of use
Pediatric features
Support and training
Customizability
Integration options
Book a demo, ask for a trial, and get team feedback before choosing.
Real Stories: Pediatricians Who Made the Switch
Clinics using Clinthora reported:
60% less time on documentation
30% increase in daily appointments
50% drop in missed revenue from billing errors
Real results, real change.
Clinthora: The Future of Pediatric Practice Management
Clinthora is more than just software. It’s your assistant, analyst, and admin manager — all rolled into one.
Tailored for pediatricians, it offers:
Child-focused templates
Vaccine scheduling
Billing automation
Real-time alerts
Let Clinthora handle the admin, so you can focus on what matters most — your patients.
Conclusion: It’s Time to Work Smarter, Not Harder
The days of being buried in paperwork are over. With clinic management software, pediatricians can enjoy a smoother, faster, and more efficient practice. Whether you’re launching a new clinic or upgrading your current workflow, the right system can be a game-changer.
Don’t let admin work steal your time. Let Clinthora carry that weight — so you can get back to being the doctor your patients adore.

Learner's Module
I really don't understand why the professors doesn't want us to use the learner's module that the gov't provided for creating lesson plans.
Yes, it's a bit difficult for kids but actually, it's more of a review for teachers too. Our task is to study the new reference then create materials that are more comprehensible for students. That's why the used of Information and Communication Technology is strictly mandated among teachers. Yes, a must.
TEACHERS ARE ALSO LEARNERS
The modules were used during the pandemic period. Before I left, when the news of changing the curriculum to K-12, the admins casually conversed in our clinic cum admin office (The school physician is also one of the administrators) They said the new curriculum will require the teachers to start the lesson with activities then do the lecture and discussion after. They were a bit skeptic but I think it is normal whenever an impending change may happen. Maybe to gather authentic output from the students or to highlight the application of the topic. It's like jumping to the third level in bloom's taxonomy, up, then let the mind understand and remember everything naturally. To process everything naturally. That's why I am not surprise when I saw the manual even their books (which they rarely used it) I actually saw another reference/source that has the same content style. More activities. That one is used in private schools.
I have been questioned for using the module as a source before, but actually, a fill in box in the Detailed Lesson Plan (DLP) template asks for the module's lesson pages. it means the template was created in reference to the module. The books actually becomes additional resources because even that they are not using.
Maybe the only reason why I will change some of the activities, is to make them more interactive, less costly and time efficient. I prefer the students to read and write at home.
I don't know, maybe because I have this delusion to become like MARIA. Haha.
You know even my hard-headed, potential problem kid baby brother then, love that film.
