"This is a love letter to the people who inspire us to be bolder and braver, but also an invitation to show an unwavering belief in someone else." Tina Roth Eisnberg, Founder/CEO of CreativeMornings

Tina Roth Eisnberg expressing gratitude for Ruth Ann Harnisch during a NYC chapter event.
To summarize, Tina shares in her blog a love letter to everyone who’s ever been part of a CreativeMornings gatherings. Since the start in 2008, its due to the remarkable volunteers that have hosted over 15,000 events across the globe. As a community, we have become experts in what it means to create spaces that allow for deep, loving, human connection in an increasingly disconnected world. With this series, we’re sharing what we’ve learned hoping it will encourage you to join in or create your own meaningful spaces. The future is not lonely. It’s communal and hyperlocal.
We want to thank our community that has lead this local chapter to grow to close to 400 members in the last 3 years!
We couldn't do it without you getting involved as a volunteer. Interested in volunteering? Click here

Hello June! The international theme for June is PUNK. It was chosen by our Bologna chapter in Italy and illustrated by Cristina Portolano.
Your creativity can save you. What you gonna make? What you gonna change? Wake up. Wake up. Wake up! 🎵 Written in the style of lyrics to a punk rock song. If you know a band that wants to put them to music, we’ll feature their cover song of our punk rock anthem on the CreativeMornings blog.

Speaker Eric Cummins; born and raised locally in Kitsap County. Even with no formal schooling or training, he has created The Slaughter Project and PNW Punk. He shares, "My goal with our brief time together is to show you how to take the lemons life gives you, throw them out completely and make whatever the **** you want to suit the flavor of your life."

Hello May! The international theme for May is REVIVAL. It was chosen by our Fort Worth chapter in Texas and illustrated by Mariell Guzman.
“Everything old is new again” sums up the revivals that bubble up throughout culture. But are there really no original ideas left? Does it matter? Lots of things from the past are worth saving from obscurity. It’s up to you to distill the best of the past and create a better future.
Speaker Katie Pratt is an architectural historian with more than 15 years of experience as a historic preservation consultant in the Pacific Northwest. Passionate about place-based public history, she loves how historic preservation encourages the protection and celebration of the tangible aspects of history. Katie believes that preservation enhances quality of life in our communities, which motivates her work to connect people, history, and place.
