Speaking of Klaine, have some aap noot mies:

Right now, Kurt’s on another small rant about a weird Dutch thing (havoër vs. vwo’er) and Blaine watches him with a look of pure adoration on his face. He’s being obvious. Trent actually has the power to see emotions through colour and according to him, Blaine’s been giving off a pink hue ever since he met Kurt.

But even though Kurt presumably does not have such powers, Blaine is still obviously staring. He might as well hang a flashing sign that says “THIS BOY IS IN LOVE” above his head with an arrow pointed towards him, but it’s… it’s Kurt. Blaine loves how passionate he is.

 And @cerriddwenluna's​ question brought me back to my SJAEU bullshit, so uh..

So when Sanjay says: “I’m Sanjay Acevedo, by the way. And you are?” Luke’s happy he can answer. He knows how to deal with introductions.

“Luke. Luke Smith.”

“Yeah, I know you.”

I am extremely normal about a character who has never even appeard on screen.

Empty Nest started out as the simple description you see above. It was supposed to be a little ficlette and nothing more. Instead, it turned into my catharsis piece of the stressful life as a parent with a gay, POC young adult son and the dystopia that the U.S. has become for families like mine and the living nightmare for those that are far, far off worse. I do realize that it's not everyone's cup of coffee or tea, but I hope you give it a try.

I would have LOVED to have taken shop! I’m good at concrete repair, painting, flooring, and “what does perspective mean?” muralling the paneling in the basement and walls of other rooms. I’m an enthusiastic, not talented, artist. lol

It was one of my favorite classes I took in middle school.  Drywall, framing, and plumbing.  Honestly, it’s so nice to be able to do something with your hands and why I enjoy taking art classes as an adult.  I am in the same boat of ‘enthusiastic, not talented’ lol.  I took a drawing class and I was legit the worst person in there but I had a lot of fun!  And I don’t think the pieces turned out super terrible...
