The coil, the lateral line and side bending This one got crazy but was a fun exploration both illustrating and feeling in the body. Try this: -take a deep breath, check in with your body, really try to squeeze that exhale out and fully fill your inhale in -then, side bend to one side, really close and clamp that side crunch down on one side and take several deep breaths from there -repeat on other side -go back to your central / neutral breath, check back in. What’s different? I still feel breath and breathing is one of the most under utilized tools and technologies of the human body. We’re working on that.
