     Shopping for food didn’t excite Yuki as much as one would expect. From his very limited experience, such a thing involved looking at the raw ingredients - which were often inedible by themselves particularly, in his view, vegetables and the like - for a very long time before standing in a line for another very long time.      ‘Or,’ Yuki began, ‘you could go shopping, and I will stay here and defend your home from any possible intruders.’

Due to storms and dangerous evasions, Lena and the crew arrived back at around 04:00 hours rather than the 17:00 they were expected at. She knew that her wife would be scared but she hoped that she was trying to get some sleep for now. 

Heading up to their quarters with her usual cuppa in hand, she entered the passcode and peaked her head in as the door slid quietly open. She was exhausted but also wired from taking over from the autopilot to speed them through the storm. 

“Love? You awake?” She whispered, trying to see if Mei was awake or not.

“Mei!” Roland boomed loud enough to carry his voice over the music with ease. It was almost like he’d been trained by Reinhardt himself. While he moved to place his offerings on the snack table and unpack everything for ease of consumption, he continued to speak. “It has been quite a while. A surprise hearing who would all be here, but I am glad to see you all the same. Honestly, I...”

His smile wavered some before his sentence died out. With barely a pause, it returned and he spun around, the ruffles of his clothes adding a flourish to his motion. It was a costume fit for a renaissance fair... or a cosplay. The goblin king. Many frills, high boots, a mask that hid the opper half of his face. He looked flamboyant enough to walk onto a stage and break out in song. Unfortunately for everyone else, he hadn’t had enough to drink or been around the festivities long enough to do that.

"If anyone asks, I am fashionably late,” he stated, which he followed up with a point of his finger and wide grin. “No idea how you could bear without me.”

Had they been told that joke several times already? He didn’t know. He just hoped they wouldn’t kill him over it if they had.

A crack of a nearby branch was what alerted them to company - something beside the deer they were helping, which had gotten itself caught up in the brambles.      With a quick click of their tongue they located the intruder in their part of the woods and ran over with inhuman precision and gripped the otherwise unsuspecting person tight by the arms.      ‘Be quiet.’ Their voice was soft, as though they weren’t quite used to using it, and particularly at any volume. ‘You’ll scare her.’

A smirk  crossed the taller one’s lips. Followed by a yank to the other’s shirt. She pulled the shorter one close to her, planting a passionate kiss to their lips.

     ‘I have to go. I’ll come back one day, I promise.’      Those were his last words to her, accompanied with a hug. He’d offered no explanation, lest the terribly sullen mood he’d been in for the days prior could be considered one.

His return came after years of radio silence in the human world, recognisable by none - other than the kitsune who had helped him through the rough patch.      And now he finally felt prepared to offer an explanation.      He knocked on the door, the home of a friend, hoping only to be forgiven.      It was hard, but he knew she was a good person, and she would surely understand.

he may have wedded one of theirs, but it does not mean the archer has formally accepted his brother’s invitation to join the ranks of overwatch. he still works under his own operations and has every intention of staying that way. however, he won’t get in his wife’s way. she is one of them and it’s a choice that hanzo may not be completely satisfied with, but respects.

she’s getting ready to leave for the day, much to his dislike, but he understands her calling and isn’t the slightest bit upset at having to watch their child. he’d much rather sophia be under the care of either of them rather than anyone from overwatch - genji’s, especially. she’s mostly dressed, pausing by his place on the edge of the bed where he sits and watches. it’s almost a piteous sight, really, this grown man, still disheveled and half asleep not saying much but it’s clear he’s unhappy with her leaving. 

at least mei-ling has the mercy to give him a kiss, a mistake really. it’s one that he takes full advantage of, not leaving it at a single peck or several, but one that melts, beckons her to stay longer, keeps her weighted here to him. it’s not long before he escalates it, teeth sinking gently into her lower plush lip, the tip of his tongue gliding over the sting to alleviate the pain. her initial position of standing over him and leaning down for a kiss is gradually changing when his hands slide down her waist, one guiding the shape of her leg to mold it until she’s straddling him while the other gets to mischief and squeezes at the palm full of her shapely rear to pull her closer against him.

Chiasa was happy to obliage, picking the scientist up with a tight hug to get them closer to head height - before pressing an excited, affectionate kiss to one of her temples. The embrace by her lips dotted Mei’s  face down her cheek, across her mouth, and up the other way again, leaving a warmth from ear to ear.

Cue Satoshi jumping a bit and turning to look wide-eyed, only to see it was Mei. Ohhhh now his entire face is as red as a tomato and hes so flustered by it. Poor boy.

MEI perked up at seeing her sister again, finally. She drops everything in her hands, quite literally, rushing towards her to give her a big, squeezing hug. “It’s so good to see you again!”
