Summary of Position:  

Provides technical customer support for the Cadwell product line. Primary mode of support is telephone/WebEx helping the customer resolve issues faced with their Cadwell system in the field (installation, trouble shooting, networking, and applications training).   Also assists in software and hardware testing.

Job Duties:   

Provides customer support through product operations, introductory functional training, product information, telephone support, and other services in support of equipment operations

Comprehensive understanding of servers, virtual environments, WAN and LAN topologies, citrix, and storage environments

Effectively troubleshoots computer, software, and networking issues

Computer proficiency is essential

Strong knowledge of computer operations, including applicable software platforms and networking

Knowledge in the following areas: networking (multi-site), firewalls, internet circuits, and basic encryption and security

Requires excellent oral and written communications skills, including formal presentation skills before small groups to clearly communicate technical information

Have a pleasant, friendly style

Is willing and understands how to build a long-term relationship with the customer

Skilled in problem analysis and resolution to accurately assess customer needs

Week 8 SLOG

We have learned Binary Tree this week.

I ran the Tree Burst Function, it impressed me, because all the showing method of data is numbers and letters, it is the first time for me to see the image-like thing in Pycharm. It made me obssessed with Computer Science.

Binary Tree is really fun. All the parents only have no more than two children. So the diagram would be much clearer than the normal trees, which its parent may have infinite number of children. And we knew about the preorder, postorder, inorder and order level about the Binary Tree, it is the search order of the Binary Tree.
