Nassau County of Long Island, New York passed a mask ban bill today. Please make a habit of calling your city, county, state, and federal representatives expressing your opposition to mask bans because fascist legislative proposals like this is absolutely going to be domino effecting throughout the US. Friends, I have the concrud but it is still Spooky Season, which means it is movie time! The second week of October on my personal Spooky Season schedule is Haunted Houses, and I had planned on watching Hausu. But I do not have enough brain for Hausu - I will get to it another day. Instead, I am going to watch House on Haunted Hill, because William Castle requires nothing of me and just wants to swing a glowing plastic skeleton over my head or make me jump by electrifying my seat in the movie theater.

I don't think I have seen this before! (My William Castle of choice is The Tingler, but that is not a Halloween movie.)

I had "con flu" before the plaque of 2020,caught it at the 2011 New York Comic Con had the fever (101) the minute we left the Javitz Center that Saturday afternoon and was heading home.

I didn't return to the con until 2014,it took me three months to get rid of it and that waa after I finally went to my doctor and was given antibiotics.

You mix "con flu" and "rona"...you will not like that cocktail when they both hook up into your body.

A little sneak peek into what I was working on today....

I've been dealing with concrud plague all week so I'm a little behind on my list of to-dos and projects, but I'm happy with how it's looking so far. I have several adjustments to try for tomorrow and then I think it'll be ready for painting, glamor shots, and listing(s). :)

So, I managed to catch the "Yuck" and now Wubbster has it too. I am predicting Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Lavender Essential oil/tea baths for the next few days. Throat & Lung tea for me, lots of warmed apple juice/warm Honey lemonade and an intense amount of soups are in our future.
